Abstract

A method of mending or reinforcing existing construction, which is characterized in that the sheet-shape article formed of reinforced fiber is impregnated into resin; when mending or reinforcing the existing construction with the reinforced fiber resin layer hardened with the resin, the gelation time of resin at 25 degree C is more than 15 minutes, and settable within 6 hours after polymerizing even at 5 degree C, using a reactive mixture consisted of a compound (1) having a monomer with a vinyl group, and a reactive oligomer having a vinyl group and/or thermoplastic polymer as main components (2).
