Abstract
A manufacturing method for forming decorative patterns, colors, and letters or characters, including: step 1: to grind and polish the aluminum material being heat treated; step 2: to soak the aluminum material in grease removing liquid having suitable concentration; step 3: to clean the aluminum material with water completely; step 4: to glue trademark letters or characters made of Oriented Poly Propylene(OPP) material on the surface of the aluminum material being wiped and dried; step 5: to put the aluminum material into aluminum cleansing liquid having suitable concentration for suitably fogging and bleaching the surface of the aluminum material; step 6: to clean the aluminum material with water again; step 7: to put the aluminum material into a vibrating device, in which a mixture of steel balls, etc. applied to collide with the surface of the aluminum material for a short time, and irregular decorative patterns formed on the surface not glued with trademark letters or characters; step 8: to clean the aluminum material with water, then wipe and dry; step 9: to perform the electro coloration of the aluminum material; step 10: to put the aluminum material having decorative patterns, colors, and trademark letters or characters into a drying device having a medium temperature; the trademark letters or characters slipping off automatically; step 11: the product finished and having decorative patterns, colors, and clear letters or characters.
