Abstract
A new process for stabilized emulsions, which is characterized in during the reversed core-shell emulsion process, using strong alkaline to partially neutralize the first stage hydrophilic organic carboxylic acid polymer to pH of 5 to 7, carrying out the second stage hydrophobic polymer polymerization, after completion of the emulsion polymerization completely neutralizing the polymer organic carboxylic acid, aging the emulsion solution by controlling its pH at 7 to 11 and temperature at room temperature to 80 deg.C to complete the reversion of the core-shell structure in order to obtain a stabilized emulsion; in which the organic carboxylic acid is selected from the group of reactive organic acid: acrylic acid, (alpha)-methacrylic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid, crotonicacid, itaconic acid, vinyl benzoic acid, isopropyl benzoic acid, etc.
