本發明一種透心美耐板結構，包括一底層、一同色層以及一耐磨印刷層。該底層作為基底，該同色層設置於該底層上，而該耐磨印刷層，設置於該同色層上。藉由本發明精妙的結構配置，使得透心美耐板的邊緣處與板材表面融為同一色調。且賦予了美耐板卓越的穿透性，從而達成了無邊框的視覺效果，讓美耐板的整體結構顯得更為鮮明與美觀。

Description

透心美耐板結構
本發明為一種美耐板結構，尤指一種透過精妙的結構配置，使得透心美耐板的邊緣處與板材表面融為同一色調。且賦予了美耐板卓越的穿透性，從而達成了無邊框的視覺效果，讓美耐板的整體結構顯得更為鮮明與美觀的透心美耐板結構。
按，美耐板，是居家裝潢中常見的選材之一。不論是牆壁、天花板還是廚房檯面，都可見其身影。此外，其擁有相對於石材、磚材便宜的價格，並可透過加工技術，模仿大理石、實木紋等質地。
首先，習式美耐板是由含浸特殊樹脂的裝飾色紙及牛皮紙層層堆疊製成，並經過高溫高壓、烘乾等過程處理。因其花色多樣且貼合後無需再上漆，因此被廣泛使用於各種門片、檯面等的表面材料。
其次，美耐板有著耐髒、耐刮及好清理的特性。由於美耐板的表面毛孔凹洞少，不易藏污納垢，並能承受大部分弱酸鹼的清潔劑及食材髒污，因此被廣泛運用在廚房檯面、桌椅、門片、櫥櫃、牆壁等處。
再者，美耐板有著多樣選擇。除了單一色彩，還包括木紋、石材、金屬等。其價格也因樣式而異。
清潔方面，美耐板具有不易吸附髒污的特性。然而，要避免使用可能會嚴重刮傷板材的工具，如鋼刷、砂紙等，且清潔劑應避免使用酸性的，因為酸性會腐蝕美耐板表面，進而降低其使用壽命。
然而，雖然美耐板經過特殊表面處理具有抗刮、抗磨、防燄等效果，但其本身由於是由特殊樹脂和紙材構成，因此不耐高溫、不耐酸鹼。使用時需要特別留意，以避免因高溫造成表面燒焦，一旦焦黑就不可復原。
另外，在選擇黏著劑時也要慎重。美耐板容易遇水膨脹，施工時若使用液態黏膠，可能會導致壁面不平整、不密接、出現縫隙等情況。因此，建議施工前背面預先泡水，以確保施工的穩定性。同時，要選擇無害無污染、低甲醛的黏著劑，施工完後需要通風兩個月再行入住。
總的來說，美耐板以其耐用、樣式多元、價格實惠等優點，成為許多家庭裝修的常見材料。然而，如同所有建材，使用時也需要注意其特性，適當照顧以確保其持久性。
雖然美耐板有著以上特性，但現有的美耐板板邊邊緣處是黑色的，目測觀之有一黑色邊框過於突兀且不美觀，導致目前美耐板的應用範圍有限。是以，要如何解決上述習用之問題與缺失，即為本發明之發明人與從事此行業之相關廠商所亟欲研究改善之方向所在者。
故，本發明之發明人有鑑於上述缺失，乃搜集相關資料，經由多方評估及考量，並以從事於此行業累積之多年經驗，經由不斷試作及修改，始設計出此種發明專利者。
本發明之目的在於提供一種透過精妙的結構配置，使得透心美耐板的邊緣處與板材表面融為同一色調。且賦予了美耐板卓越的穿透性，從而達成了無邊框的視覺效果，讓美耐板的整體結構顯得更為鮮明與美觀的透心美耐板結構。
為了達到上述或其他目的，本發明一種透心美耐板結構，包括一底層、一同色層以及一耐磨印刷層。該底層作為基底，該同色層設置於該底層上，而該耐磨印刷層，設置於該同色層上。藉由本發明精妙的結構配置，使得透心美耐板的邊緣處與板材表面融為同一色調。且賦予了美耐板卓越的穿透性，從而達成了無邊框的視覺效果，讓美耐板的整體結構顯得更為鮮明與美觀。

為達成上述目的及功效，本發明所採用之技術手段及構造，茲繪圖就本發明較佳實施例詳加說明其特徵與功能如下，俾利完全了解。
請參閱圖1-3所示，為依據本發明透心美耐板結構較佳實施例之立體圖、較佳實施例之立體分解圖以及側視圖。由圖中可清楚看出，本發明一種透心美耐板結構，所述美耐板結構1包括一底層2、一同色層3以及一耐磨印刷層4之三層結構。
該底層2其作為基底，較佳地，該底層2的材質包括含浸底紙或無紡布，該底層2的厚度為5條至30條之間，以及該底層2之一面透過佈膠固定於一表面上。實際應用時，可於現場直接佈膠施工，提高施作便利性。
該同色層3設置於該底層2上，較佳地，該同色層3的材質包括環己二醇(PETG)、丙烯、丁二烯或苯乙烯(ABS)，該同色層3的厚度為20條至80條之間，以及該同色層3的顏色包括白、黑、灰、黃或紅，但不限於此。實際應用時，環己二醇(PETG)或丙烯、丁二烯或苯乙烯(ABS)為單一顏色(可為白、黑、灰、黄、紅等任何顏色)，該顏色會相同或近似耐磨印刷層4的顏色。
該耐磨印刷層4設置於該同色層3上，較佳地，該耐磨印刷層4的材質包括聚丙烯(PP)或聚氯乙烯(PVC)，該耐磨印刷層4的厚度為5條至20條之間，該耐磨印刷層4表面設置有壓紋。再者，該耐磨印刷層4具有抗磨、防燄火的效果。實際應用時，可印刷高度擬真木紋紋理，並結合表面壓紋，增加實木的木質觸感。
藉由上述之結構、組成設計，茲就本發明之使用作動情形說明如下：請同時參閱圖4所示，為依據本發明透心美耐板結構較佳實施例之實施示意圖一。由圖中可清楚看出，本發明透心美耐板結構可以安裝在室內裝潢，例如具有桌面、檯面、或是櫃體的平面處。由於本發明透心美耐板結構的邊緣處與板材表面是同色系，所以其穿透性高，因此整體視覺效果感覺是無邊框的，相較於先前技術，本發明更為自然美觀。
請同參閱圖5所示，為依據本發明透心美耐板結構較佳實施例之實施示意圖二。由圖中可清楚看出，本發明透心美耐板結構亦可用於任何的家具上，例如桌椅、櫃台、吧檯、櫥櫃、門片、廚房流理臺或是牆面等等物件的立面處，如圖中所示應用於櫥櫃上，可達到絕佳的自然美觀效果。
需要特別說明的是，本發明為一優化的透心美耐板結構，其中的”透”指顏色穿透或稱為延伸到中心的意思，也就是說，板材表面之耐磨印刷層4的顏色會近似於同色層3的顏色。本發明透心美耐板結構具有以下用途以及優點：
一、美觀性：高度擬真的木紋、石紋、布紋等印刷紋理，搭配上同色層3，可使產品的剖面顏色更貼近實材，結合耐磨印刷層4的硬度，於耐 磨印刷層4表面製作出紋理觸感，不僅在材質上增加耐候性、降低白化性，在視覺與觸覺上，也大大提升仿真度。
二、便利性：底層2採用含浸底紙或無紡布材質，運送時可如同紙張一般捲起，加上重量極輕，不需耗費大量的承載空間及力氣。而至現場施工時，可以相容更多材質的膠水，只需塗上膠水即可進行施工，不僅省時而且操作簡單，在裝修時更加便捷，節省時間和成本。
三、實用性：各層結合後，使產品具有高度彈性，能輕鬆地貼合於各種曲面或不規則的表面，包含可使用於室內、室外、凹凸面或曲面，使施工不受限加上價格親民，增進使用意願，提升裝修實用性。
故，請參閱全部附圖所示，本發明使用時，與習用技術相較，著實存在下列優點：本發明透心美耐板結構精妙的結構配置，使得透心美耐板的邊緣處與板材表面融為同一色調。且賦予了美耐板卓越的穿透性，從而達成了無邊框的視覺效果，讓美耐板的整體結構顯得更為鮮明與美觀。
惟，以上所述僅為本發明之較佳實施例而已，非因此即拘限本發明之專利範圍，故舉凡運用本發明說明書及圖式內容所為之簡易修飾及等效結構變化，均應同理包含於本發明之專利範圍內，合予陳明。

  1. 一種透心美耐板結構，所述美耐板結構包括：
    一底層，其作為基底；
    一同色層，設置於該底層上；以及
    一耐磨印刷層，設置於該同色層上。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之透心美耐板結構，其中該底層的材質包括含浸底紙或無紡布。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之透心美耐板結構，其中該底層的厚度為5條至30條之間。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之透心美耐板結構，其中該底層之一面透過佈膠固定於一表面上。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之透心美耐板結構，其中該同色層的材質包括環己二醇(PETG)、丙烯、丁二烯或苯乙烯(ABS)。
