Abstract
本發明為一種可調整彈性模數的積層結構,其包括多數個連結件以及至少一連結點,各連結件為一S形狀的曲線構件,各連結件具有一內端以及一外端,該多數個連結件透過該至少一連結點相互連結,且該至少一連結點的直徑大於或等於相接連接件的最大直徑;藉此,本發明的結構調整彈性模數時,結構強度不會下降,而可根據不同的患者狀況調整彈性模數。
Description
本發明涉及一種醫療人工植入物,尤指一種應用於醫療人工植入物的可調整彈性模數的積層結構。
隨著科技的發展,3D列印技術,如使用金屬材料的積層製造過程,所製造的產品多為多孔性的結構,並廣泛的應用於不同的科技領域中,醫療人工植入物也是3D列印醫療領域的一大應用,然而因金屬材料的積層製造出的結構多為全固定的結構,所以不具彈性。
如TW證書號I536955「仿生固定裝置」,前述專利案中的撓性部具有多數個孔洞,其可承受撓性部長度方向力量,但前述專利案並無彈性力量,而具有剛性太強的缺失。
為解決現有技術中無彈性的缺失,相關業者開發出US證書號9918849的「COILED IMPLANTS AND SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF」,前述的專利案為C字型結構的疊合,然而,C字型結構的剪力較弱,無法承受剪應力,並此彈性無法依據病患生理需求調整,且其同一結構的還可能直徑不同,造成調整直徑時,強度下降。
為解決現有醫療人工植入物,關於無彈性力量,而具有剛性太強的缺失,或結構的剪力較弱,無法承受剪應力,並此彈性無法依據病患生理需求調整的缺失與不足,本發明目的是提供一種可以依據病患需求調整彈性模數的可調整彈性模數的積層結構,並且此結構調整彈性模數時,結構強度不會下降。
本發明解決先前技術問題所提出的可調整彈性模數的積層結構,其包括: 多數個連結件,各連結件為一S形狀的曲線構件,各連結件具有一內端以及一外端; 至少一連結點,該多數個連結件透過該至少一連結點相互連結,且該至少一連結點的直徑大於或等於相接連接件的最大直徑。
前述的可調整彈性模數的積層結構,其中該至少一連結點的形狀為圓球體、橢圓球體、長方形體、正方形體或混合曲面的不規則體積。
前述的可調整彈性模數的積層結構,其包括多個連結件,該多個連結件透過其內端相互連結於一連結點。
前述的可調整彈性模數的積層結構,其中各連結件的外端設有一圓球體、橢圓球體、長方形體、正方形體或混合曲面的不規則體積。
前述的調整彈性模數的積層結構,其中該多數個連結件的直徑值不同。
前述的可調整彈性模數的積層結構,其中該多數個連結件的曲率不同。
本發明的技術手段可獲得的功效增進包括: 1.本發明的彈性模數可進行調整,因各連結件可調整曲線形狀、同一連結點曲線數量、曲線直徑、曲線在同一連結點正交角度…等來調整結構的彈性模數,以達到個別病患的需求。 2. 本發明各連結件的弧度可以個別調整,以產生不同的彈性模數,例如:其中同一個零件的不同位置連結件,可以不同弧度,以符合病患個別的要求,且各連結件組成時,可以從不同角度連結,以符合病患同一零件不同位置對不同方向的抗拉強度及抗壓強度需求。
為能詳細瞭解本發明的技術特徵及實用功效,並可依照發明內容來實現,玆進一步以如圖式所示的較佳實施例,詳細說明如后:
本發明所提供的可調整彈性模數的積層結構的第一較佳實施例係如圖1至圖5所示,該可調整彈性模數的積層結構包括多數個連結件10以及至少一連結點20,其中:
各連結件10為一S形狀的曲線構件,各連結件10具有一內端11以及一外端12,較佳的是,本發明的第一較佳實施例包括八個連結件10,該八個連結件10透過其內端相互連結於一連結點20,而各連結件10的外端11設有一圓球狀的結構,更進一步,各連結件10的直徑D範圍為0.2mm~3mm,實際實施例的直徑範圍為0.23mm~0.9mm,再進一步,該連結點20的形狀為圓球體、橢圓球體、長方形體、正方形體或混合曲面的不規則體積。
本發明第一較佳實施例的製造方式採用粉末積層列印方式製造,本發明操作使用時請參照圖6至圖10所示,其係透過多數個第一實施例相互連結成層狀構造並具有多孔表面,且本發明使用粉末積層列印方式製造生產的產品,在生產後都為多孔表面,此為製程特有現象。
本發明的連結件與連結點數量多寡,決定結構的強度,通常一個連結點的曲線為1條~32條,實際實施例的一個連結點的曲線數量為1~16條,曲線數量越多,孔洞率和孔洞大小會相對降低;本發明的彈性模數可進行調整,因其可調整曲線形狀、同一連結點曲線數量、曲線直徑、曲線在同一連結點正交角度…等來調整結構的彈性模數。
本發明實際操作使用時,係將如圖6至圖10所示結構設至於人體內部,由人體的肉與血填充孔度,並本發明各連結件10的弧度可以個別調整,以產生不同的彈性模數,例如:其中同一個零件的不同位置連結件10,可以不同弧度,以符合病患個別的要求,且各連結件10組成時,可以從不同角度連結,以符合病患同一零件不同位置對不同方向的抗拉強度及抗壓強度需求。
如圖11至圖13所示,為本發明的第二較佳實施例,其大致與第一較佳實施例相同,差別僅在於:各連結件10A的直徑D1、D2並不相同,且各連結件10A的曲率不同,更進一步,各連結件10A的外端12A設有一圓球體、橢圓球體、長方形體、正方形體或或混合曲面的不規則體積,而連結點20A的形狀亦與第一較佳實施例不同。
以上所述,僅是本發明的較佳實施例,並非對本發明作任何形式上的限制,任何所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者,若在不脫離本發明所提技術方案的範圍內,利用本發明所揭示技術內容所作出局部更動或修飾的等效實施例,並且未脫離本發明的技術方案內容,均仍屬於本發明技術方案的範圍內。

Claims (6)
- 一種可調整彈性模數的積層結構,其包括: 多數個連結件,各連結件為一S形狀的曲線構件,各連結件具有一內端以及一外端; 至少一連結點,該多數個連結件透過該至少一連結點相互連結,且該至少一連結點的直徑大於或等於相接連接件的最大直徑。
- 如請求項1所述之可調整彈性模數的積層結構,其中該至少一連結點的形狀為圓球體、橢圓球體、長方形體、正方形體或混合曲面的不規則體積。
- 如請求項2所述之可調整彈性模數的積層結構,其包括多個連結件,該多個連結件透過其內端相互連結於一連結點。
- 如請求項3所述之可調整彈性模數的積層結構,其中各連結件的外端設有一圓球體、橢圓球體、長方形體、正方形體或混合曲面的不規則體積。
- 如請求項1至4所述之可調整彈性模數的積層結構,其中該多數個連結件的直徑值不同。
- 如請求項5所述之可調整彈性模數的積層結構,其中該多數個連結件的曲率不同。
