Abstract
本發明為一種兩用型捲煙，包括捲紙包裹的可吸用材料段和濾嘴段，可吸用材料段和濾嘴段之間設置為捲紙包圍的中空段，中空段的捲紙上設置有多個第一毛細孔。本發明具有在開始抽吸時不會吸入冷空氣還能避免高溫霧氣灼傷呼吸道粘膜的優點。
Description
本發明提供一種兩用型捲煙，特別是一種開始抽吸時不會吸入冷空氣還能避免高溫霧氣灼傷呼吸道粘膜的兩用型捲煙。
隨著國內外反吸煙運動的日益高漲，在國內外公共場所吸煙禁令範圍的逐步擴大，非燃燒型煙草製品的研究開發成為了世界上許多國家煙草企業的研究熱點之一。所謂非燃燒型煙草製品，是指通過“加熱煙絲或煙草提取物而產生煙氣”的煙草製品，它避免了煙草燃燒的高溫裂解，從而使其主流煙氣中有害成分的釋放量大大降低。同時，由於煙絲未經燃燒，從而大幅降低了環境煙氣。但現有的兩用型捲煙在開始抽吸時會吸入冷空氣從而造成不適感，在大口抽吸時，高溫霧氣有時會灼傷呼吸道粘膜，對人體造成傷害。
本發明之目的在於提供一兩用型捲煙，該兩用型捲煙開始抽吸時不會吸入冷空氣還能避免高溫霧氣灼傷呼吸道粘膜之功效。 本發明提供一種兩用型捲煙，其中，包括一捲紙包裹的可吸用材料段和一濾嘴段，可吸用材料段和濾嘴段之間設置為捲紙包圍的中空段，中空段的捲紙上設置有多個第一毛細孔。 在上所述之兩用型捲煙，其中，濾嘴段的捲紙上還設置有多個第二毛細孔。 在上所述之兩用型捲煙，其中，濾第一毛細孔的直徑小於或等於該第二毛細孔的直徑。 在上所述之兩用型捲煙，其中，第一毛細孔靠近濾嘴段端2mm-3mm處，第一毛細孔的透氣度為100CU-600CU，第一毛細孔為2排，中空段的長度為5mm-35mm。在此，CU為透氣度值的單位，定義為：在1千帕壓力下， 每分鐘穿過1平方釐米上述捲紙的空氣的毫升數。 在上所述之兩用型捲煙，其中可吸用材料段為煙草製品段。 在上所述之兩用型捲煙，其中烘烤霧化段內的植物纖維為絲狀、顆粒狀或片狀。 在上所述之兩用型捲煙，其中捲紙為捲煙用捲紙。 在上所述之兩用型捲煙，其中捲紙為雪茄用捲紙。 在上所述之兩用型捲煙，其中濾嘴段的長度為5mm-25mm，吸阻2000Pa-5000Pa。 為讓本發明之上述特徵和優點能更明顯易懂，下文特舉較佳實施例，並配合所附圖式，作詳細說明如下。
請參閱圖1與圖2，圖1所繪示為本實施例之剖視圖，圖2所繪示為圖1的A局部放大圖。本發明之一種兩用型捲煙包括捲紙5包裹的可吸用材料段6和濾嘴段1，可吸用材料段6和濾嘴段1之間設置為捲紙5包圍的中空段3，中空段3的捲紙上設置有多個第一毛細孔4。 本發明之兩用型捲煙主要是利用電加熱設備對可吸用材料段進行烘烤，使其中的易揮發物質（如煙草的香味物質和尼古丁等）揮發出來供人們吸用，由於在可吸用材料段6和濾嘴段1之間設置有中空段3，從而在抽吸前加熱揮發出來的易揮發物質會存積在中空段3內，在人們開始抽吸時就能吸到有香味的氣體，並由於在中空段3的捲紙5上設置有多個第一毛細孔4，在易揮發物質存積在中空段3內的同時會將原來中空段3內的冷空氣從第一毛細孔4排出，從而避免開始抽吸時吸入冷空氣的不適感，由於第一毛細孔4孔隙小，從而保證在一定壓力差的情況下才會形成氣流；在中空段3的捲紙5上設置有多個第一毛細孔4，在抽吸時，還可以同時吸入外界的冷空氣，對吸入的高溫霧氣進行降溫，能避免高溫霧氣灼傷呼吸道粘膜。 請繼續參閱圖2並同時參閱圖1，在先前技術的基礎上，本發明之兩用型捲煙具體是，濾嘴段1的捲紙5上也設置有多個第二毛細孔2，利用在濾嘴段1的捲紙5上設置有第二毛細孔2，從而能對霧氣進行進一步的降溫，保證進入口腔霧氣的舒適度，為了保證濾嘴段1的第二毛細孔2能充分進氣，將第一毛細孔4的直徑設置為小於或等於第二毛細孔2的直徑。 在先前技術的基礎上，本創作之兩用型捲煙具體是，第一毛細孔4靠近濾嘴段1端2mm-3mm處，所述第一毛細孔4的透氣度為100CU-600CU，所述第一毛細孔4為二排，所述中空段的長度為5mm-35mm。 在先前技術的基礎上，本發明之兩用型捲煙具體是，可吸用材料段1為煙草製品段。 在先前技術的基礎上，本發明之兩用型捲煙具體是，可吸用材料段1內的可吸用材料為絲狀，在其它實施例中還可以為顆粒狀或片狀等。 在先前技術的基礎上，本發明之兩用型捲煙具體是，捲紙5為捲煙用捲紙；為了提高霧氣的品質，在其它實施例中，捲紙也可以用為雪咖用捲紙。 在先前技術的基礎上具體是，濾嘴段的長度為5mm-25mm，吸阻2000Pa-5000Pa。 雖然本發明已以較佳實施例揭露如上，然其並非用以限定本發明，任何所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者，在不脫離本發明之精神和範圍內，當可作些許之更動與潤飾，因此本發明之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

- 一種兩用型捲煙，包括一捲紙包裹的可吸用材料段和一濾嘴段，該可吸用材料段和該濾嘴段之間設置為捲紙包圍的一中空段，該中空段的捲紙上設置有多個第一毛細孔。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之兩用型捲煙，其中，該濾嘴段的捲紙上還設置有多個第二毛細孔。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之兩用型捲煙，其中，該第一毛細孔的直徑小於或等於該第二毛細孔的直徑。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之兩用型捲煙，其中，該第一毛細孔靠近該濾嘴段端2mm-3mm處，該第一毛細孔的透氣度為100CU-600CU，該第一毛細孔為2排，該中空段的長度為5mm-35mm。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述之兩用型捲煙，其中該可吸用材料段為煙草製品段。
