Abstract
一種去除硫化鐵用之組成物,其係含有下述通式(1)所示之α,β-不飽和醛為有效成分。
(R1~R3各自獨立表示氫原子、碳數1~10的烷基、碳數2~10的烯基或碳數6~12的芳基。其中,R1可與R2或R3互相連結以構成碳數2~6的伸烷基,R1與R2不同時為氫原子)
Description
本發明係關於去除硫化鐵用之組成物、及使用其的硫化鐵之去除方法。
在天然氣、液化天然氣、酸氣、原油、石油腦、重質芳香族石油腦、汽油、煤油、柴油、輕油、重油、FCC漿料、柏油、油田濃縮物等的化石燃料或精製石油製品等的烴中常常存在的硫化氫,會腐蝕掘削設備等所使用的鐵而成為產生硫化鐵的原因。硫化鐵由於會在化石燃料或精製石油製品的製造設備內累積成為堆積物,而降低熱交換器、冷卻塔、反應容器、輸送管道或爐等的機器類之操作效率或妨礙用於設備保全的正確測定,所以最好將其去除。
作為去除硫化鐵之方法,已知有使用丙烯醛以融化硫化鐵之方法,於2011年10月30日~11月2日在美國科羅拉多州丹佛所舉行的SPE Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition SPE 146080中,亦發表了關於以丙烯醛為有效成分的硫化鐵去除。但是,丙烯醛係毒性強,在勞動安全上及環境安全上嚴格規定其濃度的化合物,會有在處理上需要注意的問題。此外,丙烯醛係極為容易聚合,在欠缺熱安定性方面,或從欠缺pH 安定性,會因為使用之環境的pH而緩緩地減少存在量方面,在處理上也會成為問題。

如上所述,以去除硫化鐵為目的而使用丙烯醛,會在安全性或熱安定性、及pH安定性方面有問題,而期望更安全且安定的化合物來代替。從而,本發明的目的在於提供具有熱安定性及pH安定性高的有效成分,而且能安全且效率良好地去除硫化鐵之組成物。
根據本發明,上述之目的可藉由下述[1]至[7]而達成。
[1]一種去除硫化鐵用之組成物,其含有下述通式(1)所示之α,β-不飽和醛(以下,稱為醛(1))為有效成分。
(R1~R3各自獨立表示氫原子、碳數1~10的烷基、碳數2~10的烯基或碳數6~12的芳基。其中,R1 可與R2或R3互相連結以構成碳數2~6的伸烷基,R1與R2不同時為氫原子。)
[2]如[1]之組成物,其中R1~R3各自獨立為氫原子或碳數1~5的烷基。
[3]如[1]或[2]之組成物,其中R3為氫原子。
[4]一種硫化鐵之去除方法,其特徵係使如[1]至[3]中任一項之組成物接觸硫化鐵。
[5]如[4]之方法,其中相對於硫化鐵1質量份,添加前述組成物中的醛(1)使其成為0.1~100質量份。
[6]如[4]或[5]之方法,其係使該組成物中的醛(1)與硫化鐵在-30℃~150℃的範圍接觸。
[7]一種如[1]至[3]中任一項之組成物之用途,其係用於去除硫化鐵。
本發明的組成物係藉由含有醛(1),而硫化鐵的去除性能優異。
尤其是與含有丙烯醛之以往的硫化鐵去除劑相比,本發明的組成物具有毒性極低,熱安定性及pH安定性高的優點。其理由雖未必清楚,但醛(1)由於在β位具有至少1個烷基、烯基或芳基,所以與在β位不具有取代基的丙烯醛相比,認為生物分子或生長鏈等的體積大的分子於β位不易引起加成反應為主要因素之一。另一方面,關於硫化鐵的去除,雖認為結合硫化鐵與在平衡狀態的硫化氫,藉此將其去除會促進硫化鐵的溶解,結果硫化鐵被去除,但認為即使在β位具有取代基,也並不 那麼妨礙來自一般小分子之硫化氫的攻撃,而硫化鐵去除性能受到保持。
圖1係顯示丁烯醛(SAL)的pH安定性之圖表。
圖2係顯示丙烯醛的pH安定性之圖表。
本發明的組成物之特徵係含有醛(1)為有效成分。
醛(1)中R1~R3各自獨立表示的碳數1~10之烷基可為直鏈狀或分支狀或環狀,可列舉例如甲基、乙基、n-丙基、異丙基、n-丁基、異丁基、t-丁基、n-戊基、n-己基、n-辛基、n-癸基、n-十二烷基、環戊基等。從硫化鐵的去除性能之觀點來看,其中較佳為甲基、乙基或n-丙基,更佳為甲基或乙基,進一步較佳為甲基。
R1~R3各自獨立表示之碳數2~10的烯基可為直鏈狀或分支狀或環狀,可列舉例如乙烯基、烯丙基、1-戊烯-1-基、4-甲基-3-戊烯-1-基、4-戊烯-1-基、1-己烯-1-基、1-辛烯-1-基、1-癸烯-1-基等。其中較佳為碳數1~8的烯基,更佳為碳數1~6的烯基。
R1~R3各自獨立表示之碳數6~12的芳基,可列舉例如苯基、甲苯基、乙基苯基、二甲苯基、三甲基苯基、萘基、聯苯基等。其中較佳為碳數6~10的芳基。
又,R1與R2或R3互相連結表示碳數2~6的伸烷基情形,就該伸烷基而言,可列舉例如伸乙基、n-伸丙基、n-丁烯基、n-伸戊基、n-伸己基、2-甲基伸乙基、1,2-二甲基伸乙基、2-甲基-n-伸丙基、2,2-二甲基-n-伸丙基、3-甲基-n-伸戊基等。
R1~R3較佳係各自獨立為氫原子或碳數1~5的烷基。
從具有硫化鐵的去除性能且確保熱安定性及pH安定性之觀點來看,較佳係R1、R2的至少一者為甲基,更佳係R1、R2均為甲基。
又,從促進與硫化氫的反應、效率良好地去除硫化鐵之觀點來看,R3較佳為氫原子。

此外,針對具有trans體及cis體的化合物,可使用任一者,也可使用混合物。使用混合物的情形,可使用任意的混合比者。
醛(1)可使用市售品,也可藉由對應的α,β-不飽和醇之氧化脫氫反應而合成(參照例如日本特開昭60-224652號公報)。
本發明之組成物中的有效成分之醛(1)的含有比例,可根據使用態樣而適當設定,通常為1~99.9質量%,從費用相對於效果之觀點來看,較佳為5~99.9質量%,更佳為5~95質量%。
本發明的組成物在不損及本發明效果之範圍內,可含有丙烯醛、肆(羥基甲基)膦或對應的鏻鹽、鹽酸、甲酸等的其他硫化鐵去除劑。
又,本發明的組成物可含有環己烷、甲苯、二甲苯、重質芳香族石油腦、石油蒸餾物;甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇等的碳數1~10的單醇或二醇等的適當溶劑。
本發明的組成物係除了醛(1)以外,只要不損及本發明效果,可含有界面活性劑、防腐劑、脫氧劑、鐵分控制劑、交聯劑、分解劑(breaker)、凝集劑、溫度安定劑、pH調整劑、脫水調整劑、膨潤防止劑、防垢劑、殺生物劑、摩擦減低劑、消泡劑、逸泥防止劑、潤滑劑、黏土分散劑、加重劑、凝膠化劑等的成分。
本發明的組成物的製造方法並未特別限定,例如可藉由在醛(1)中添加混合前述其他的硫化鐵去除劑或溶劑等的任意成分等而製造。
本發明的組成物適宜為液狀,能根據為了去除硫化鐵使用的形態,而載持在適當載體等,且可為粉體、流體等的固體狀。
就本發明的較佳實施態樣之例而言,可列舉將足以去除硫化鐵的量之本發明的組成物,朝含有硫化鐵的液體添加而進行處理。在使用本發明之組成物的去除硫化鐵之方法中,本發明之組成物中含有的醛(1)的量,相對於硫化鐵1質量份,較佳係添加成0.1~100質量份,更佳係添加成2~100質量份。將本發明的組成物添加至含有硫化鐵的液體中使其接觸而進行處理時的溫度,較佳為0℃~150℃,更佳為20℃~130℃的範圍。
以下,藉由實施例等來具體地說明本發明,但本發明並不因以下之例而受到任何限定。此外,實施例及比較例所使用的SAL、檸檬醛及丙烯醛為以下者。
SAL:按照日本特開昭60-224652號公報所記載的方法,由異戊烯醇(prenol)而合成者(純度98.1%)
檸檬醛:Kuraray股份有限公司製(純度98.0%,trans:cis=51:49~57:43(莫耳比))
丙烯醛:東京化成工業股份有限公司製,作為安定劑且含有氫醌
在具備溫度計、攪拌機、冷卻管之1L的三口燒瓶中,加入500mL的蒸餾水、1mL的1mol/L鹽酸、120.0mg(0.5mmol)的硫化鈉.9水合物、138.2(0.5mmol)的硫酸鐵.7水合物,攪拌時硫化鐵生成為微細的黑色沉澱。於其中添加126.3mg(1.5mmol)的SAL,將反應液以500rpm一邊攪拌一邊升溫至50℃。將添加SAL的時間點設為0小時,觀察硫化鐵的樣子,結果在4小時後硫化鐵溶解,且反應液為無色透明。
除了取代SAL而使用檸檬醛以外,實施與實施例1同樣的試驗。7小時後硫化鐵溶解,且反應液為無色透明。
除了取代SAL而使用丙烯醛以外,實施與實施例1同樣的試驗。4小時後硫化鐵溶解,且反應液為無色透明。
將SAL及丙烯醛分別放入50mL三口燒瓶,在氮環境下升溫至50℃,用使用內部標準之氣相層析法所得到的校正曲線法,觀察將升溫之後的SAL及丙烯醛的含量設為100%時之含有率的變化。將結果示於表1。
分析機器:GC-14A(島津製作所股份有限公司製)
偵測器:FID(氫焰游離型偵測器(hydrogen flame ionization detector))
使用管柱:DB-1701(長度:50m,膜厚1μm,內徑0.32mm)(Agilent Technologies股份有限公司製)
分析條件:Inject.Temp.250℃,Detect.Temp.250℃
升溫條件:70℃→(以5℃/分鐘升溫)→250℃
內部標準物質:二甘二甲醚(二乙二醇二甲基醚)
10小時後,相對於SAL殘存99.9%,丙烯醛儘管含有作為安定劑之氫醌,仍損失了3.4%。從該結果,可知SAL的熱安定性遠高於丙烯醛。
使SAL及丙烯醛分別溶解於pH不同的0.5mol/L磷酸緩衝液中,而調製0.1wt%溶液。將該溶液50mL在氮環境下放入試樣瓶,在23±2℃下保管,用藉由高速液體滲透層析分析所得到的絕對校正曲線,觀察將調製時之SAL及丙烯醛的含量設為100%時的含有率之變化。將結果示於圖1及2。
從該結果,可知SAL的pH安定性遠高於丙烯醛。
pH1.7:使4.9g的75%磷酸、7.8g的磷酸二氫鈉.2水合物溶解於200mL的蒸餾水中。
pH6.2:使7.8g的磷酸二氫鈉.2水合物、7.1g的磷酸氫二鈉溶解於200mL的蒸餾水中。
pH8.1:使0.3g的磷酸二氫鈉.2水合物、13.9g的磷酸氫二鈉溶解於200mL的蒸餾水中。
分析機器:Prominence系統(島津製作所股份有限公司製)
使用管柱:Cadenza CD-C18(長度:150m,內徑4.6mm)
展開液:H2O/MeOH=45/55vol比,H3PO4=1mol/L
流速:1mL/min
SAL、檸檬醛及丙烯醛為現有的化合物,關於安全性的資訊已被揭示。將關於安全性的資訊當作參考示於表2。已知與丙烯醛相比,SAL或檸檬醛的毒性極低,且為安全的。
從以上的實施例、比較例、試驗例及參考例,可知SAL等的醛(1)具有與丙烯醛同等的硫化鐵去除能力,熱安定性及pH安定性比丙烯醛高,且為安全的。
本發明之組成物的熱安定性及pH安定性高,在能安全且效率良好地去除硫化鐵這方面是有用的。
Claims (7)
- 一種去除硫化鐵用之組成物,其係含有下述通式(1)所示之α,β-不飽和醛為有效成分,
(R 1~R 3各自獨立表示氫原子、碳數1~10的烷基、碳數2~10的烯基或碳數6~12的芳基;其中,R 1可與R 2或R 3互相連結以構成碳數2~6的伸烷基,R 1與R 2不同時為氫原子)。 - 如請求項1之組成物,其中R 1~R 3各自獨立為氫原子或碳數1~5的烷基。
- 如請求項1或2之組成物,其中R 3為氫原子。
- 一種硫化鐵之去除方法,其特徵係使如請求項1至3中任一項之組成物接觸硫化鐵。
- 如請求項4之方法,其中相對於硫化鐵1質量份,添加該組成物中的α,β-不飽和醛使其成為0.1~100質量份。
- 如請求項4或5之方法,其係使該組成物中的α,β-不飽和醛與硫化鐵在-30℃~150℃的範圍接觸。
- 一種如請求項1至3中任一項之組成物之用途,其係用於去除硫化鐵。
