Abstract
本發明所提供的樹脂組成物,係含有超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂的樹脂組成物,在不致損及由超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂所衍生優異特性情況下,能利用與尋常聚乙烯同樣的方法施行成形。
本發明的樹脂組成物係含有:黏度平均分子量達30萬以上的超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)、以及縮合羥基脂肪酸及/或其醇酯(B)。其中一實施形態,上述樹脂組成物係含有超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)以外的樹脂(C),而該樹脂(C)係烯烴系樹脂。
Description
本發明係關於樹脂組成物及使用該樹脂組成物之成形體。
超高分子量聚乙烯係具有例如30萬以上的分子量,且強度、耐磨損性、潤滑性及衛生性等均優異,廣泛使用為滑動材料等工業零件的材料。然而,超高分子量聚乙烯因分子巨大而導致成形加工性差,會有頗難適用尋常聚乙烯所採用一般成形方法(例如擠出成形、射出成形)的問題。
就改良超高分子量聚乙烯之成形加工性的方法,有提案:在含有超高分子量聚乙烯的樹脂組成物中,添加既定潤滑材的方法(專利文獻1);添加石蠟、石油樹脂或高級醇的方法(專利文獻2);添加低分子量聚乙烯的方法(專利文獻3)等。然而,由超高分子量聚乙烯所衍生的優異特性與成形加工性兼具有拉鋸關係,任一方法均無法在維持優異特性情況下,提升成形加工性。

本發明係有鑑於上述問題而完成,目的在於提供:含有超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂的樹脂組成物,在不致損及由超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂所衍生優異特性狀態下,可利用與尋常聚乙烯同樣的方法施行成形之樹脂組成物。
本發明的樹脂組成物係含有:黏度平均分子量達30萬以上的超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)、以及縮合羥基脂肪酸及/或其醇酯(B)。
其中一實施形態,上述超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)的黏度平均分子量係30萬~1500萬。
其中一實施形態,上述樹脂組成物係含有超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)以外的樹脂(C),而該樹脂(C)係烯烴系樹脂。
其中一實施形態,相對於上述樹脂組成物中的樹脂100重量份,上述超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)的含有比例係20重量份~95重量份。
其中一實施形態,相對於上述樹脂組成物中的樹脂100重量份,上述縮合羥基脂肪酸及/或其醇酯(B)的含有比例係0.1重量份~30重量份。
其中一實施形態,上述縮合羥基脂肪酸的縮合度係2以上。
其中一實施形態,上述縮合羥基脂肪酸的醇酯係縮合度達2以上的縮合羥基脂肪酸、與醇的反應生成物。
其中一實施形態,相對於上述樹脂組成物中的樹脂100重量份,上述樹脂(C)的含有比例係超過0重量份且80重量份以下。
根據本發明另一佈局係提供成形體。該成形體係使用上述樹脂組成物形成。
根據本發明,藉由在含有超高分子量聚乙烯的樹脂組成物中,添加縮合羥基脂肪酸及/或其醇酯,便可在不致損及超高分子量聚乙烯所衍生的優異特性情況下,獲得成形加工性優異的樹脂組成物。本發明的樹脂組成物係利用與尋常聚乙烯同樣的方法(例如擠出成形、射出成形),便可良好地成形。更具體而言,本發明的樹脂組成物係具有在成形時能防止出現剪切剝離、在薄片形成時能形成薄膜等優點。又,由本發明的樹脂組成物所獲得成形體,係機械特性、耐磨損性、外觀、自我潤滑性、耐衝擊性、外觀等均優異。
本發明的樹脂組成物係含有:超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)、與縮合羥基脂肪酸及/或其醇酯(B)(以下亦簡稱「化合物(B)」)。其中一實施形態,上述樹脂組成物係可含有超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)以外的樹脂(C)(以下亦簡稱「樹脂(C)」)。
根據本發明,如上述,藉由添加縮合羥基脂肪酸及/
或其醇酯,便可在不致損及超高分子量聚乙烯所衍生優異特性情況下,獲得成形加工性優異的樹脂組成物。成形加工性的優劣係例如利用樹脂組成物的熔體流動速率便可評價。本發明樹脂組成物在190℃、21.6kgf下的熔體流動速率,較佳係1g/10min以上、更佳係3g/10min以上、特佳係5g/10min以上、最佳係8g/10min以上。該熔體流動速率的上限係例如100g/10min。熔體流動速率係根據JISK7210的方法便可測定。
超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)的黏度平均分子量係達30萬以上。若使用此種分子量較高的聚乙烯系樹脂,便可獲得能形成耐磨損性、自我潤滑性、耐衝擊性、低溫特性、及耐藥性等均優異成形體的樹脂組成物。超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)的黏度平均分子量較佳係30萬~1500萬、更佳係50萬~800萬、特佳係100萬~600萬。若在此種範圍內,便可獲得能加工性佳地形成上述優異特性成形體的樹脂組成物。本發明的樹脂組成物亦可含有不同分子量的2種以上超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)。另外,上述黏度平均分子量(Mv)係利用ASTMD4020所規定的黏度法便可測定。具體而言,根據ASTMD4020的黏度法測定極限黏度(η(dl/g)),再從下式(1)便可求取黏度平均分子量(Mv)。

超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)的極限黏度係例如3.5dl/g以上。超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)的極限黏度上限係例如60dl/g以下。
超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)係由以乙烯為主成分的單體組成物(總單體中的乙烯含有比例成為最大之單體組成物),進行聚合而獲得的樹脂。超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)係可為乙烯的單聚物,亦可為乙烯、與能與該乙烯共聚合之其他單體的共聚合體。超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)中,由乙烯所衍生構成單位的含有比例,較佳係80莫耳%以上、更佳係90莫耳%以上、特佳係95莫耳%以上。
能與乙烯共聚合的其他單體係可例如碳數3以上(較佳係碳數3~20)的α-烯烴等。該碳數3以上的α-烯烴係可舉例如:丙烯、1-丁烯、異丁烯、1-戊烯、2-甲基-1-丁烯、3-甲基-1-丁烯、1-己烯、3-甲基-1-戊烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯、1-庚烯、1-辛烯、1-癸烯、1-十二碳烯、1-十四碳烯、1-十六碳烯、1-十八碳烯、1-廿碳烯等。
超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)係利用任意的適當方法便可製造。例如利用日本專利特開昭58-83006號公報所記載的方法,在任意的適當觸媒存在下,使上述單體進行聚合便可獲得。
其中一實施形態,如上述,本發明的樹脂組成物係更進一步含有超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)以外的樹脂(C)。此情況,相對於樹脂組成物中的樹脂100重量份(即樹脂(A)與樹脂(C)的合計量100重量份),超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)的含有比例較佳係20重量份~95重量份、更佳係30重量份~85重量份、特佳係40重量份~80重量份。若在此種範圍內,可獲得加工性特優的樹脂組成物。
另一實施形態,本發明的樹脂組成物係樹脂成分僅含超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)而已。
本發明中,藉由含有縮合羥基脂肪酸及/或其醇酯(B),即便樹脂成分係含有超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)的樹脂組成物,仍可獲得利用與尋常聚乙烯系樹脂同樣的成形方法(例如擠出成形、射出成形),施行加工的樹脂組成物。
上述縮合羥基脂肪酸係利用羥基脂肪酸施行脫水縮合便可獲得。縮合羥基脂肪酸係例如在羥基脂肪酸中添加苛性鈉等鹼觸媒,藉由在加熱下除去反應水而進行脫水縮合便可獲得。
上述縮合羥基脂肪酸係羥基脂肪酸的縮合體,縮合度較佳係2以上、更佳係4以上。縮合羥基脂肪酸的縮合度上限係例如20。另外,所謂「縮合度」係指由原料羥基脂肪酸的酸值、與縮合反應後的酸值便可計算求得。
上述羥基脂肪酸係分子內具有1個以上羥基的脂肪酸。羥基脂肪酸的具體例係可舉例如:蓖麻油酸、12-羥基硬脂酸、檜酸(sabinic acid)、2-羥基十四烷酸、甘藷酸(ipurolic acid)、2-羥基十六烷酸、牽牛花脂酸(jalapinolic acid)、杜松酸(juniperic acid)、麝香梨酸、蟲膠酸(aleuritic acid)、2-羥基十八烷酸、18-羥基十八烷酸、9,10-二羥基十八烷酸、粗糠柴酸(kamlolenic acid)、栓酸(phellonic acid)、腦酮酸等。羥基脂肪酸係可單獨使用1種、亦可組合使用2種以上。
縮合羥基脂肪酸的醇酯係藉由使上述縮合羥基脂肪酸、與醇進行酯化反應便可獲得。縮合羥基脂肪酸的醇酯係例如將上述縮合羥基脂肪酸與醇進行混合,在所獲得混合物中添加苛性鈉
等鹼觸媒或磷酸等酸觸媒,藉由在加熱下除去反應水便可獲得。該反應中的酯化進行度係可藉由測定酸值、皂化值、羥值等便可確認。此處所使用縮合羥基脂肪酸的縮合度,亦是如上述,較佳係2以上、更佳係4以上。
上述醇係可例如:甲醇、乙醇、異丙醇等一元醇;乙二醇、丙二醇等二元醇等等。又,上述醇亦可使用多元醇。多元醇係可舉例如:季戊四醇、甘油等烷烴多元醇;該烷烴多元醇之聚合體的聚烷烴多元醇;蔗糖等糖類;山梨糖醇、甘露糖醇等糖醇所代表的糖衍生物等。該等醇係可單獨使用1種、亦可組合使用2種以上。
以上述化合物為原料而合成的縮合羥基脂肪酸及/或其醇酯(B)之具體例,係可舉例如:由篦麻油酸進行脫水縮合的縮合篦麻油酸、由12-羥基硬脂酸進行脫水縮合的縮合12羥基硬脂酸、縮合篦麻油酸與甘油六聚體之屬於六甘油酯的縮合篦麻油酸六甘油酯、縮合篦麻油酸與甘油四聚體之屬於四甘油酯的縮合篦麻油酸四甘油酯、縮合12羥基硬脂酸與丙二醇之酯的縮合12羥基硬脂酸丙二酯、縮合篦麻油酸與丙二醇之酯的縮合次亞麻油酸丙二酯等。該等係可單獨使用1種、亦可組合使用2種以上。
相對於樹脂組成物中的樹脂100重量份,縮合羥基脂肪酸及/或其醇酯(B)的含有比例較佳係0.1重量份~30重量份、更佳係0.1重量份~20重量份、特佳係0.1重量份~10重量份、最佳係0.5重量份~10重量份、最最佳係0.5重量份~8重量份、更最佳係0.6重量份~6重量份。若在此種範圍內,便可獲得能加工性佳地形成耐磨損性、自我潤滑性、耐衝擊性、低溫特性及耐藥性等特性均
特優成形體的樹脂組成物。所謂「縮合羥基脂肪酸及/或其醇酯(B)的含有比例」係指縮合羥基脂肪酸與縮合羥基脂肪酸之醇酯的合計含有比例。所以,當上述樹脂組成物的化合物(B)係僅含縮合羥基脂肪酸的情況,所謂「縮合羥基脂肪酸及/或其醇酯(B)的含有比例」便指縮合羥基脂肪酸的含有比例。又,當上述樹脂組成物的化合物(B)係僅含縮合羥基脂肪酸之醇酯的情況,所謂「縮合羥基脂肪酸及/或其醇酯(B)的含有比例」便指縮合羥基脂肪酸之醇酯的含有比例。
其中一實施形態,如上述,本發明的樹脂組成物係含有超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)以外的樹脂(C)。樹脂(C)係可例如烯烴系樹脂(例如:α-烯烴的單聚物、由2種以上α-烯烴構成的共聚合體等)。樹脂(C)亦可組合使用2種以上的樹脂。
構成樹脂(C)的α-烯烴較佳係碳數2~10之α-烯烴、更佳係碳數2~8之α-烯烴,特佳係乙烯、丙烯或1-丁烯。
其中一實施形態,樹脂(C)係使用超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)以外的聚乙烯系樹脂。該聚乙烯系樹脂中,由乙烯所衍生構成單位的含有比例較佳係80莫耳%以上、更佳係90莫耳%以上、特佳係95莫耳%以上。
當樹脂(C)係聚乙烯系樹脂的情況,黏度平均分子量係例如20萬以下。藉由含有較低分子量的樹脂(C),便可更加提升樹脂組成物的成形加工性。
當作樹脂(C)使用的聚乙烯系樹脂,在190℃、2.16kgf
下的熔體流動速率較佳係0.01g/10min~150g/min、更佳係0.1g/10min~100g/min、特佳係10g/10min~90g/min、最佳係20g/10min~80g/min。若在此種範圍內,可獲得成形加工性特優、且能充分發揮由超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)所衍生特性的樹脂組成物。
其中一實施形態,樹脂(C)係使用丙烯系樹脂。就從與超高分子量聚乙烯樹脂(A)間之相溶性佳的觀點,較佳係丙烯系樹脂。丙烯系樹脂係可舉例如:丙烯的單聚物、由丙烯與乙烯構成的無規聚丙烯、由丙烯與乙烯構成的嵌段聚丙烯、由丙烯、乙烯及1-丁烯構成的聚丙烯三元共聚物、間規聚丙烯、無規聚丙烯、長鏈分支聚丙烯等。該等樹脂係可單獨使用1種、亦可組合使用2種以上。丙烯系樹脂中由丙烯所衍生構成單位的含有比例,較佳係50莫耳%以上、更佳係80莫耳%以上、特佳係90莫耳%以上、最佳係95莫耳%以上。
當作樹脂(C)使用的丙烯系樹脂在230℃、2.16kgf下之熔體流動速率,較佳係0.1g/10min~100g/min、更佳係0.5g/10min~80g/min、特佳係1g/10min~50g/min。若在此種範圍內,可獲得成形加工性特優、且能充分發揮由超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)所衍生特性的樹脂組成物。
相對於樹脂組成物中的樹脂100重量份,樹脂(C)的含有比例較佳係超過0重量份且80重量份以下、更佳係5重量份~60重量份、特佳係10重量份~50重量份。若在此種範圍內,可獲得成形加工性特優、且能充分發揮由超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)所衍生特性的樹脂組成物。
本發明的樹脂組成物視需要亦可更進一步含有任意的適當添加劑。添加劑係可舉例如:調流劑(flow modifier)、抗結塊劑、熱安定劑、耐候劑等安定劑;顏料、染料等著色劑;滑劑、交聯劑、交聯助劑、防黏劑、抗靜電劑、防霧劑、有機填料、無機填料等。
調流劑係可舉例如:聚二甲基矽氧烷等各種聚矽氧油、液態潤滑劑、各種脂肪族化合物或其金屬鹽、脂環式化合物、各種蠟類、固態潤滑劑、各種界面滑性劑、該等的混合物等。其中一實施形態,調流劑係使用脂肪酸醯胺(較佳芥子酸醯胺)。脂肪酸醯胺含有比例係相對於樹脂組成物中的樹脂100重量份例如0.05重量份~1重量份。若依此添加脂肪酸醯胺,則樹脂組成物的流動性獲改質、可提升由該樹脂組成物進行的薄膜之薄膜成形性。
聚矽氧油係可舉例如:二甲基聚矽氧烷式、甲基氫聚矽氧烷式、二末端氫聚矽氧烷式、甲基苯基聚矽氧烷式、烷基改質聚矽氧式、胺基改質聚矽氧式、羧基改質聚矽氧式、高級脂肪酸改質聚矽氧式、環氧改質聚矽氧式、乙烯基含有聚矽氧式、醇改質聚矽氧式、聚醚改質聚矽氧式、烷基‧聚醚改質聚矽氧式、氟改質聚矽氧式的聚矽氧油。
液態潤滑劑係可舉例如:聚甘醇油、聚苯醚油、酯油、磷酸酯油、聚三氟氯乙烯油、氟酯油、氯化聯苯油、聚矽氧油等合成潤滑油;乙烯-α-烯烴共聚合合成潤滑油等。
脂肪族化合物係可舉例如:癸酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕櫚酸、硬脂酸、油酸等脂肪酸;伸乙雙-硬脂酸醯胺、硬脂酸醯

脂環式化合物係可舉例如:酯化松脂、環狀萜烯樹脂、萜烯樹脂衍生物;以聚環戊二烯、氫化聚環戊二烯、雙環戊二烯為主成分,添加1,3-戊二烯或共軛二烯烴等進行聚合的聚環戊二烯系樹脂;雙環戊二烯系石油樹脂等。
蠟類係可舉例如:正壬烷、正癸烷、正十一烷、正十二烷、正十四烷、正十八烷、廿二烷、廿三烷、廿四烷、卅烷(triacontane)等碳數22以上的正烷烴、或以該等為主成分之與低級正烷烴的混合物;由石油分離精製之所謂「石蠟」;由乙烯、或乙烯與其他α-烯烴進行共聚合而獲得屬於低分子量聚合體的中/低級聚乙烯蠟;利用高壓法聚乙烯蠟、乙烯共聚合蠟、或中/低壓法聚乙烯、高壓法聚乙烯等使聚乙烯進行熱裂解等降低分子量的蠟、及該等蠟的氧化物或順丁烯二酸改質等氧化蠟;順丁烯二酸改質蠟、二十八酸酯系蠟、脂肪酸衍生物的蠟(例如:二羧酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯、醯胺蠟)等。

抗靜電劑係可例如:低分子型界面活性劑式抗靜電劑、高分子型式抗靜電劑等。低分子型界面活性劑式抗靜電劑係可舉例如:具有四級銨鹽、吡啶鎓鹽、一~三級胺基等陽離子性基的陽離子性抗靜電劑;具有磺酸鹼、硫酸酯鹼、磷酸酯鹼、磺酸鹼等陰離子性基的陰離子性抗靜電劑;胺基酸抗靜電劑、胺基硫酸酯抗靜電劑等兩性抗靜電劑;胺醇抗靜電劑、甘油抗靜電劑、聚乙二醇抗靜電劑等非離子性抗靜電劑等等。高分子型式抗靜電劑係可舉例如:聚環氧乙烷、聚環氧丙烷、聚乙二醇、聚醚酯醯胺、聚醚酯、聚醚聚烯烴、環氧乙烷‧表氯醇系共聚合體等非離子性高分子型抗靜電劑;聚苯乙烯磺酸等陰離子性高分子型抗靜電劑;含四級銨鹽基的丙烯酸酯聚合體、含四級銨鹽基的苯乙烯聚合體、含四級銨鹽基的聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯系共聚合體等陽離子性高分子型抗靜

再者,就從賦予抗靜電機能的觀點,可使用導電性物質。導電性物質係可舉例如:金屬、金屬氧化物、經金屬或金屬氧化物施行被覆的粒子、無機金屬鹽化合物、碳系材料、改質聚矽氧材料、離子性有機化合物、非離子性有機化合物、導電性高分子、離子性液體等。金屬係可舉例如:金、銀、白金、銅、鎳、鐵、鈀、鋁、鎵、銦、錫等。金屬氧化物係可舉例如:氧化鋅、氧化銻、氧化錫、氧化鈰、氧化銦、氧化銦錫(ITO)、經摻雜金屬之氧化錫、及金屬摻雜氧化鋅等。經摻雜金屬之氧化錫係可例如摻雜銻之二氧化錫(ATO)。無機金屬鹽化合物係可舉例如:金屬矽酸鹽、金屬鈦酸鹽、鹼金屬硫酸鹽、鹼金屬硝酸鹽、鹼金屬過氯酸鹽、鹼金屬磺酸鹽、鹼金屬羧酸鹽、四氟硼酸的金屬錯合物、六氟磷酸的金屬錯合物等。碳系材料係可例如:碳黑、石墨、碳纖維、碳奈米管、富勒烯、石墨烯等。賦予導電性的材料係可例如導電性填料。導電性填料係可例如碳系、金屬系、金屬氧化物系、金屬被覆系的導電性填料。碳系導電性填料係可舉例如:石墨化碳黑、乙炔黑、油爐黑等。構成金屬系導電性填料的金屬係可例如:Ag、Ni、Cu、Zn、Al、不銹鋼等。構成金屬氧化物系導電性填料的金屬氧化物係可例如:SnO2、In2O3、ZnO等。金屬被覆系導電性填料係可採用例如被覆材使用Ni、Al等,且基質填料係使用雲母、玻璃珠、玻璃纖維、碳纖維、碳酸鈣、氧化鋅、氧化鈦等地填料。
其中一實施形態係使用碳系導電性填料(較佳係石墨化碳黑)。碳系導電性填料的含有比例,例如相對於樹脂組成物中的樹脂100重量份係2重量份~20重量份。若依此添加碳系導電性
填料,便可獲得能形成經適當設定表面比電阻值(例如103Ω/□~105Ω/□)之成形體的樹脂組成物。
著色材係可舉例如:苝紅(C.I.Pigment Red178)、喹吖酮紅(C.I.Pigment 122、202)、蒽醌黃(C.I.Pigment Yellow147)、苯并咪唑酮黃(C.I.Pigment Yellow180、181)、單偶氮色澱黃(C.I.Pigment 183)、酞菁銅藍(C.I.Pigment Blue15-1)、酞菁銅綠(C.I.Pigment Green7)等有機顏料;二氧化鈦(C.I.Pigment White6)、硫化鋅(C.I.Pigment White22)、碳黑(C.I.Pigment Black7)、煅燒黑(C.I.Pigment Black28)、釩酸鉍黃(C.I.Pigment Yellow184)、鎳鈦黃(C.I.Pigment Yellow53)、鉻鈦黃(C.I.Pigment Brown24)、紅殼(C.I.Pigment Red101)、氧化鉻(C.I.Pigment Green17)、鈷綠(C.I.Pigment Green19)、群青(C.I.Pigment Blue29)、鈷藍(C.I.Pigment Blue28)、群紫(C.I.Pigment Violet15)(ultramarine violet)、及鋁(C.I.Pigment matal1)等無機顏料等等。
本發明的樹脂組成物係利用任意的適當方法便可製造。該製造方法係可例如:將超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)、縮合羥基脂肪酸及/或其醇酯(B)、以及視需要添加的樹脂(C),施行熔融混練之方法(熔融摻合法)。熔融混練的方法係可例如使用單軸擠出機、多軸擠出機、串聯式擠出機、班布瑞混合機等的方法。若在縮合羥基脂肪酸及/或其醇酯(B)存在下,將上述樹脂施行熔融混練,便可抑制塊狀物發生,俾能獲得樹脂分散狀態良好的樹脂組成物。
上述熔融混練時的加工溫度,較佳係能將樹脂組成物
所含有樹脂予以熔融之溫度。該溫度係例如150℃~330℃。
根據本發明,可提供使用上述樹脂組成物形成的成形體。該成形體的成形方法係可舉例如:射出成形法、射出壓縮成形法、異形擠出成形法、發泡成形法、活塞式擠出成形法、凝固擠出法(solidification extrusion)、筒(pipe)成形法、管(tube)成形法、異種成形體被覆成形法、射出吹塑成形法、直接吹塑成形法、T型模頭薄片或薄膜成形法、延伸成形法、充氣成形法、軋延成形法、沖壓成形法、旋轉成形法、真空成形法、壓空成形法、熔融紡絲等。
上述成形體係配合用途,可形成例如:片狀、膜狀、棒狀、管狀、塊狀、異形狀等。上述成形體的形態係可例如:容器、冷凍袋、吹塑瓶、托盤、包裝材、膠帶、蓋材等。又,被覆材亦可使用上述成形體。
上述成形體係具有超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂所衍生的特性(優異的機械特性、耐衝擊性、耐磨損性、自我潤滑性等),且因上述樹脂組成物的成形容易性而使外觀亦優異。
以下,針對本發明利用實施例進行更具體說明,惟本發明並不僅侷限於該等實施例。實施例的評價方法係如下。另外,「份」及「%」在無特別聲明前提下係根據重量基準。
針對所獲得樹脂組成物,根據JISK7210,使用立山科學工業公
司製「L268」測定熔體流動速率(MFR),評價流動性。樹脂組成物進行MFR試驗時的試驗條件係設為溫度:190℃、荷重:21.6kgf。
利用40mm 單軸擠出機(GSI Creos公司製、商品名「691C-EF049」、擠出溫度:250℃),評價樹脂組成物的擠出成形性。表1與表2中,將可良好擠出成形的情況時評為「○」,將擠出成形出現不良情形的情況(樹脂組成物無法吐出的情況)評為「×」。
將樹脂組成物根據JISK6936-2施行壓縮成形而製作評價樣品。針對該評價樣品,根據JISK7111,使用東洋精機製作所公司製「DG-CB」評價夏比衝擊特性。評價樣品的形狀及測定條件係如下。表1中,將評價樣品沒有因該試驗而遭破壞時便評為「非破壞」。又,當評價樣品遭破壞時,便在表1中記載該評價樣品的夏比衝擊強度。

分別將同量的水與磨粒(粒徑200μm~1000μm矽砂)混合而獲得混合液,再裝填入具備攪拌葉片的攪拌槽內。
利用壓縮成形(JISK6936-2),獲得寬100mm×長100mm×厚4mm的評價樣品。
依由該評價樣品的寬與長度所規範的面,平行於攪拌葉片旋轉軸之方式,將該評價樣品安裝於攪拌葉片上。
然後,依500rpm旋轉速度使攪拌葉片進行60000轉。
將上述試驗前的評價樣品重量、與試驗後的評價樣品重量之差設為磨損量。
將上述超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)之下述超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A1)60重量份、與上述樹脂(C)之下述聚乙烯樹脂(C1)40重量份、以及上述化合物(B)之下述縮合羥基脂肪酸的醇酯(B1)2重量份,利用雙軸擠出機(東芝機械公司製、商品名「TEM37SS」)施行熔融混練,獲得樹脂組成物。所獲得樹脂組成物提供進行上述評價(1)~(4)。結果如表1所示。

由表1得知,本發明的樹脂組成物係在不致損及超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂所衍生優異特性(耐衝擊性、磨損性)情況下,利用尋常聚乙烯同樣的方法便可成形,實用性極大。
將上述超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)之超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A3)60重量份、上述樹脂(C)之聚乙烯樹脂(C1)40重量份、上述化合物(B)之縮合羥基脂肪酸的醇酯(B1)2重量份、以及調流劑(E1)之芥子酸醯胺(花王公司製、商品名「脂肪酸醯胺E」0.2重量份,使用雙軸擠出機(東芝機械公司製、商品名「TEM26SS」)進行熔融混練,獲得樹脂組成物。所獲得樹脂組成物提供進行上述評價(1)~(2)。結果如表2所示。
除取代超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A3)60重量份,改為使用超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A5)60重量份,且將醇酯(B1)的摻合量設為0.5重量份之外其餘均依照與實施例21同樣地獲得樹脂組成物。所獲得樹脂組成物提供進行上述評價(1)~(2)。結果如表2所示。
由表2得知,本發明的樹脂組成物係藉由添加調流
劑,便可更加提高流動性。
將實施例6所獲得樹脂組成物使用為原料,利用40mm 單軸擠出機(GSI Creos公司製、商品名「691C-EF049」),藉由使用T型模頭的薄膜成形,依模具寬度300mm、模口間隙0.5mm、加工溫度250℃的條件成形厚300μm的薄片。
由本發明樹脂組成物所獲得薄片的耐磨損性、滑動性及耐衝擊性均優異。
將實施例15所獲得樹脂組成物使用為原料,且使用與成形體製造例1同樣的設備,依模具寬度300mm、模口間隙0.3mm、加工溫度250℃的條件成形厚50μm的薄膜。
由本發明樹脂組成物所獲得薄膜,就在保持磨損特性、滑動性、耐衝擊性等性能情況下,可施行薄膜成形性的觀點係屬優異,商品設計幅度特別寬廣。
對由成形體之製造例1、2所成形的基材施行電暈處理,再利用將黏著劑組成物溶液依直接塗佈方式施行塗佈且乾燥的方法,製作黏貼帶。塗佈法並無特別的限定,可採用例如:逆輥塗佈、凹版塗佈等滾筒塗佈法;以及旋轉塗佈法、網版塗佈法、噴泉塗佈法、浸漬法、噴塗法等。
由本發明樹脂組成物所獲得黏貼帶係具有優異的磨損特性、滑動性、及耐衝擊性等性能。
將實施例11所獲得樹脂組成物使用為原料,利用單層成形法、或與其他樹脂的多層薄膜成形法製作薄膜,使用該薄膜利用熱熔接等方法製作冷凍保存用袋(保護用袋)。
由本發明樹脂組成物所獲得冷凍保存用袋(保護用袋),就保持滑動性、磨損特性、耐衝擊性、耐寒衝擊性及耐藥性等觀點係屬優異,可有效使用為活體組織的冷凍保存袋、食品保存袋。
將實施例1所獲得樹脂組成物使用為原料,利用異形擠出成形法成形為棧板狀零件,經組裝而製作卡車車斗的保護材。
由本發明樹脂組成物所獲得保護材係保護卡車等的車斗因貨物而遭受損傷,同時使貨物容易滑動,俾使搬運作業的效率亦優異。
使用將實施例1所獲得樹脂組成物使用為原料,依照與成形體製造例1同樣方法施行成形的厚1mm、2mm之薄片,依成形溫度300~350℃施行真空成形,而製作搬送用托盤。
由本發明樹脂組成物所獲得搬送用托盤係磨損特性、滑動性及耐衝擊性均優異,可達製品長壽命化。
將實施例11所獲得樹脂組成物使用為原料,添加化學發泡劑,利用異形擠出成形法製作板狀成形體。表面未發泡的表皮層部分係在維持磨損性及滑動性狀態下,藉由中心層發泡,便可達成形品輕量化。
將實施例11所獲得樹脂組成物使用為原料,利用吹塑成形法製作中空托盤。
由本發明樹脂組成物所獲得搬送用托盤係磨損特性、滑動性及耐衝擊性均優異,且製品長壽命、輕量化亦優異。
本發明的樹脂組成物係頗適用為例如:容器、冷凍袋、吹塑瓶、托盤、包裝材、膠帶、蓋材等各種成形體的材料。
Claims (8)
- 一種樹脂組成物,係含有:黏度平均分子量為30萬以上的超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)、以及縮合羥基脂肪酸及/或其醇酯(B)。
- 如請求項1之樹脂組成物,其中,上述超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)的黏度平均分子量係30萬~1500萬。
- 如請求項1或2之樹脂組成物,其中,更進一步含有超高分子量聚乙烯系樹脂(A)以外的樹脂(C),該樹脂(C)係烯烴系樹脂。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之樹脂組成物,其中,相對於上述樹脂組成物中的樹脂100重量份,上述縮合羥基脂肪酸及/或其醇酯(B)的含有比例係0.1重量份~30重量份。
- 如請求項1至4中任一項之樹脂組成物,其中,上述縮合羥基脂肪酸的縮合度係2以上。
- 如請求項1至4中任一項之樹脂組成物,其中,上述縮合羥基脂肪酸的醇酯係縮合度為2以上的縮合羥基脂肪酸、與醇的反應生成物。
- 如請求項2至6中任一項之樹脂組成物,其中,相對於上述樹脂組成物中的樹脂100重量份,上述樹脂(C)的含有比例係超過0重量份且80重量份以下。
- 一種成形體,係使用請求項1至7中任一項之樹脂組成物形成。
