Abstract
本發明之目的在於提供一種於4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷與甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯共存之體系中亦不會引起光劣化,可穩定地發揮出較高之紫外線防禦效果之防曬化妝料。本發明提供一種防曬化妝料,其特徵在於包含如下成分:(a)0.5~5.0質量%之4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷;(b)3.0~10質量%之甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯;(c)5.0質量%以上之兩親媒性物質;及(d)含有IOB=0.05~0.60之酯油之液狀油分;且上述成分(a)、(b)及(c)之調配量滿足如下之關係:[(a)+(b)]/(c)=0.5~3.5。

本發明係關於一種防曬化妝料。更詳細而言,本發明係關於一種抑制紫外線吸收劑之光劣化,於自UVA(Ultra Violet A,長波紫外線)至UVB(Ultra Violet B,中波紫外線)之較廣之波長區域中穩定地發揮出較高之紫外線防禦能力,並且使用性亦優異之防曬化妝料。
保護皮膚免受紫外線之傷害為皮膚護理、身體護理方面之重要課題之一,為了將紫外線給皮膚帶來之不良影響抑制為最低限度,業界開發有各種防UV化妝料。作為防UV化妝料之一種之防曬化妝料(sunscreen cosmetics)係意在藉由利用調配有紫外線吸收劑或紫外線散射劑之塗膜覆蓋皮膚,將UVA及UVB吸收或散射而抑制到達皮膚之紫外線量,從而保護皮膚免受紫外線之傷害之化妝料(非專利文獻1)。 於防曬化妝料中,將以化學方式吸收紫外線之紫外線吸收劑與以物理方式對紫外線進行反射/散射之紫外線散射劑適當組合進行調配,且以發揮出良好之紫外線防禦效果之方式製備。紫外線吸收劑係具有吸收紫外線之能量之結構之有機化合物,根據吸收波長區域可分類為UVA吸收劑、UVB吸收劑、及遍佈自UVA至UVB之波長區域具有吸收帶之廣域吸收劑。 已知4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷等二苯甲醯甲烷衍生物係作為於約360 nm處具有最大吸收波長之UVB吸收劑而被通用於化妝料等中,但缺乏光穩定性,紫外線防禦效果會因光照射而降低(專利文獻1)。於專利文獻1中記載有藉由一併調配作為二苯甲醯甲烷衍生物之4-(1,1-二甲基乙基)-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷及烷基芳基-1,3-丙二酮聚矽氧衍生物,光穩定性顯著地增加。然而,確認到上述光穩定化效果者僅為特定之二苯甲醯甲烷衍生物。 另一方面,為了於自UVA至UVB之較廣之波長範圍內獲得良好之紫外線防禦效果,必須將UVA吸收劑與UVB吸收劑組合而進行調配,但若併用作為UVB吸收劑之二苯甲醯甲烷衍生物與作為UVA吸收劑之甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯,則有引起光劣化之問題。 於專利文獻2中揭示有藉由調配三(聚丙二醇-3-苄醚)檸檬酸酯,4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷及甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯之光劣化得到抑制,但未確認到於包含兩者之紫外線吸收劑之防曬化妝料中之效果。 [先前技術文獻] [專利文獻] [專利文獻1]日本專利特開2007-106701號公報 [專利文獻2]日本專利第5540243號公報 [非專利文獻] [非專利文獻1]「新化妝品學」第2版、光井武夫編、2001年、南山堂發行、第497~504頁
[發明所欲解決之問題] 因此,本發明之課題在於提供一種於4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷與甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯共存之體系中亦不會引起光劣化,可穩定地發揮出較高之紫外線防禦效果之防曬化妝料。 [解決問題之技術手段] 本發明者等為了解決上述課題而進行努力研究,結果發現,藉由向含有4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷與甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯之防曬化妝料中,調配兩親媒性物質與特定之油分,可有效地防止紫外線吸收劑之光劣化,而可獲得於遍佈UVA~UVB之較廣之波長區域中穩定地發揮出較高之紫外線防禦效果(高SPF(Sun Proteetion Factor,防曬係數))之防曬化妝料,從而完成本發明。 即,本發明提供一種防曬化妝料,其特徵在於包含如下成分: (a)0.5~5.0質量%之4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷; (b)3~10質量%之甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯; (c)5.0質量%以上之兩親媒性物質;及 (d)含有IOB(Inorganic/Organic Balance Value,無機/有機平衡值)=0.05~0.60之酯油之油分;且 上述成分(a)、(b)及(c)之調配量滿足以下之關係: [(a)+(b)]/(c)=0.5~3.5。 [發明之效果] 本發明之防曬化妝料由於即便最大限度地含有4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷與甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯亦抑制紫外線防禦能力之光劣化,故而於自UVA至UVB之較廣之波長區域中可長時間發揮出較高之紫外線防禦效果。進而本發明之防曬化妝料之使用性及保存性亦優異。
本發明之防曬化妝料含有(a)4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷、(b)甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯、(c)兩親媒性物質、及(d)IOB=0.05~0.60之酯油作為必需成分。以下詳細地加以說明。 (a)4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷 4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷係於UVA區域中具有最大吸收波長之二苯甲酮系紫外線吸收劑之一種,一直以來被廣泛地用於化妝料等。 本發明中所使用之4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷可為市售品,例如可例示以「Parsol 1789」之名稱由DSM NUTRITION JAPAN股份有限公司銷售者。 本發明之防曬化妝料中之成分(a)4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷之調配量為0.5~5.0質量%,較佳為0.5~3.0質量%,更佳為1.0~2.5質量%。 (b)甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯 甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯係於UVB區域中具有最大吸收波長之桂皮酸系紫外線吸收劑之一種。本發明中所使用之甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯可為市售品,例如可例示以「Parsol MCX」之名稱由DSM NUTRITION JAPAN股份有限公司銷售者。 本發明之防曬化妝料中之成分(b)甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯之調配量為3.0~10.0質量%,較佳為4.0~8.0質量%,更佳為5.0~7.5質量%。 (c)兩親媒性物質 本發明中所使用之兩親媒性物質(成分(c))為選自環氧烷衍生物及多元醇衍生物之1種或2種以上。 作為本發明中之環氧烷衍生物,較佳為下述式(I)所表示之聚氧伸烷基-聚氧伸乙基共聚物二烷基醚。 R1

作為可用作本發明中之兩親媒性物質(成分(c))之多元醇衍生物之例,可列舉:甘油、二乙二醇、二丙二醇、二丁二醇、聚乙二醇(亦記載為「PEG」)、聚丙二醇(亦記載為「PPG」)及聚丁二醇(亦記載為「PBG」),係自可用於化妝料等皮膚外用劑者中選擇,但較佳為分子量500以上者,進而較佳為分子量1000以上者。分子量之上限值並無特別限定,例如可適宜地使用分子量4000以下、3000以下、或2500以下者。 本發明之防曬化妝料中之兩親媒性物質(成分(c))為選自環氧烷衍生物及多元醇衍生物之1種或2種以上,較佳為包含至少1種環氧烷衍生物、尤其是聚氧伸烷基-聚氧伸乙基共聚物二烷基醚,其中,較佳為包含聚氧伸丙基-聚氧伸乙基共聚物二甲醚。 兩親媒性物質(成分(c))之調配量為5.0質量%以上,較佳為5.0~10質量%。若調配量未達5.0質量%,則存在無法充分地獲得光穩定性提高之效果之情形,若超過10質量%進行調配,則存在對乳化穩定性或使用性帶來影響之情形。 本發明之防曬化妝料之特徵在於:上述(a)4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷、(b)甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯、及(c)兩親媒性物質之調配量滿足以下之關係:[(a)+(b)]/(c)=0.5~3.5。調配量比率([(a)+(b)]/(c))較佳為1.0~3.0,更佳為1.0~2.5。若該比率超過3.5,則存在無法充分地抑制紫外線吸收劑之光劣化之情形,若未達0.5,則有化妝料之乳化穩定性或者保存性劣化之傾向。 (d)液狀油分 本發明之防曬化妝料中所調配之液狀油分(成分(d))係含有IOB=0.05~0.60之酯油,且於常溫下為液狀之油分。該酯油之IOB值較佳為0.07~0.55,更佳為0.1~0.5之範圍內。 再者,本發明中之「酯油之IOB值(Inorganic/Organic Balance Value)」係定義為如下值,即,針對所有酯油將化妝料中所調配之各酯油之IOB值乘以各酯油之調配量相對於所有酯油之合計調配量的比率所得之值累加而得之值。因此,於化妝料僅含有一種酯油之情形時,該化妝料中之酯油之IOB值與該酯油固有之IOB值一致。 作為本發明中所可使用之酯油,可列舉:2-乙基己酸鯨蠟酯、三異辛酸甘油酯、癸二酸二異丙酯、肉豆蔻酸異丙酯、三丙二醇新戊酸酯、季戊四醇四-2-乙基己酸酯、琥珀酸二乙基己酯、己二酸二庚基十一烷基酯、二異硬脂酸甘油酯、L-月桂醯麩胺酸二(植物固醇/辛基十二烷基)酯、2-癸基十四醇、蘋果酸二異硬脂酯、橄欖油、白芒花籽油、異硬脂酸異鯨蠟酯、荷荷芭油等。 酯油可調配一種或將兩種以上組合而進行調配。例如於使用將癸二酸二異丙酯(IOB=0.4)與2-乙基己酸鯨蠟酯(IOB=0.13)以1:1之比率組合而成之酯油之情形時,該酯油之IOB值成為[0.4×1/2]+[0.13×1/2]=0.265,滿足本發明之條件。 成分(d)之「液狀油分」除可含有上述酯油以外,亦可含有化妝料中可調配之於常溫下為液狀之其他液狀油性成分、例如烴油、高級脂肪酸、高級醇、聚矽氧油等。 作為烴油,可例示:液態石蠟、地蠟、角鯊烷、姥鮫烷、烷烴、純地蠟、角鯊烯、凡士林、微晶蠟、聚乙烯蠟、費托蠟等。 作為高級脂肪酸,可例示:月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕櫚酸、硬脂酸、山萮酸、花生四烯酸等。 作為高級醇,可例示:月桂醇、肉豆蔻醇、鯨蠟醇、硬脂醇、山萮醇、花生醇、鯊肝醇、鮫肝醇、二十四烷醇、蠟醇、芫荽醇、蜂花醇、蟲蠟醇、反油醇、異硬脂基甘油醚、辛醇、三十烷醇、沙油醇、鯨蠟硬脂醇、油醇、羊毛脂醇、氫化羊毛脂醇、己基癸醇、辛基癸醇等。 作為聚矽氧油,可例示:甲基聚矽氧烷、八甲基矽氧烷、十甲基四矽氧烷、甲基氫聚矽氧烷、甲基苯基聚矽氧烷、六甲基環三矽氧烷、八甲基環四矽氧烷、十甲基環五矽氧烷等。可較佳地例示八甲基環四矽氧烷及十甲基環五矽氧烷等。 其中,較佳為將酯油於液狀油分(成分(d))中所占之比率設為30質量%以上,更佳為50質量%以上。若酯油所占之比率未達30質量%,則有紫外線吸收劑之光劣化防止效果降低之傾向。 本發明之防曬化妝料中之液狀油分(成分(d))之調配量為1~80質量%,較佳為3~70質量%,更佳為5~60質量%。因此,本發明之防曬化妝料中之酯油之調配量為0.3~40質量%,較佳為0.9~35質量%,更佳為1.5~30質量%。 本發明者等認為於(a)4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷與(b)甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯共存之體系中所產生之紫外線防禦效果之光劣化係與4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷和甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯之相互作用相關。例如,認為,因體系中所含之水等揮發而導致溶劑量減少,4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷與甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯相互接近、碰撞之頻度增加為因兩者之相互作用而進行光劣化之一個原因。於本發明之化妝料中,不揮發性之(c)兩親媒性物質及(d)液狀油分係作為紫外線吸收劑之溶劑而發揮作用,故而於水等揮發後亦抑制4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷與甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯相互作用之頻度,而防止光劣化。 因此,本發明提供一種防止防曬化妝料之光劣化之方法,其包括如下步驟:向包含(a)4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷及(b)甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯之防曬化妝料中,調配(c)5.0質量%以上之兩親媒性物質及(d)含有IOB=0.05~0.60之酯油之液狀油分。 於本發明之防曬化妝料中,可最大限度地調配作為UVA吸收劑之(a)4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷、與作為UVB吸收劑之(b)甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯,藉由調配(c)兩親媒性物質與(d)含有IOB=0.05~0.60之酯油之液狀油分,而抑制紫外線吸收劑之光劣化,故而於自UVA至UVB之波長區域中長時間發揮出充分高之紫外線防禦能力(例如SPF15以上)。 然而,可進而調配(a)4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷及(b)甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯以外之其他紫外線吸收劑,進而提高UVA及/或UVB區域之紫外線防禦能力效果,或者亦可以減少4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷及/或甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯之調配量之方式製備。 作為其他紫外線吸收劑,可自化妝料中通常所使用者中選擇,並無特別限定。例如可例示選自對胺基苯甲酸衍生物、水楊酸衍生物、丙烯酸β,β-二苯酯衍生物、二苯甲酮衍生物、亞苄基樟腦衍生物、苯基苯并咪唑衍生物、三衍生物、苯基苯并三唑衍生物、蒽基衍生物、咪唑啉衍生物、亞苄基丙二酸酯衍生物、4,4-二芳基丁二烯衍生物等之1種或2種以上。 本發明之防曬化妝料除可調配如上所述之紫外線吸收劑以外,亦可調配藉由反射、散射以物理方式遮蔽紫外線之粉體(紫外線散射劑)。 本發明中所使用之紫外線散射劑只要為於化妝料之領域中可用作紫外線散射劑之粉體,則並無特別限定。作為具體例,可列舉選自氧化鈦、氧化鋅、硫酸鋇、氧化鐵、滑石、雲母、絹雲母、高嶺土、雲母鈦、鐵藍、氧化鉻、氫氧化鉻、二氧化矽、氧化鈰等中之1種或2種以上。就光學特性而言,尤佳為使用具有1.5以上之折射率之粉體、例如氧化鋅、氧化鈦。 紫外線散射劑藉由進行表面疏水化處理,於油中之分散性或耐水性提高,於本發明中亦可較佳地使用經表面疏水化處理而成之紫外線散射劑。 作為表面處理之方法,可列舉:甲基氫聚矽氧烷、甲基聚矽氧烷等聚矽氧處理;烷基矽烷處理;利用磷酸全氟烷基酯、全氟醇等之氟處理;利用N-醯基麩胺酸等之胺基酸處理;以及卵磷脂處理;金屬皂處理;脂肪酸處理;磷酸烷基酯處理等。 本發明中所使用之紫外線散射劑並無特別限定,通常較佳為平均一次粒徑為100 nm以下者,更佳為80 nm以下。於平均一次粒徑遠遠超過100 nm之情形時,可見導致白色粉末浮起或白色粉末殘留之傾向。 再者,本發明中之所謂平均一次粒徑,例如係根據穿透式電子顯微鏡照片,以粒子之長軸之長度與短軸之長度之相加平均之形式求出的值。 紫外線散射劑之粒子形狀並無特別限定,可為一次粒子之狀態,亦可為形成有凝聚之二次集合體者。又,除球狀、橢圓形狀、粉碎狀等形狀以外,亦並無特別限定。 於向本發明之防曬化妝料中調配紫外線散射劑之情形時,其調配量係設為1~30質量%,較佳為設為3~25質量%。若調配量未達1質量%,則所獲得之紫外線防禦效果之提高不充分,若超過30質量%進行調配,則存在塗抹時之白度變得醒目,而產生佈滿粉末之使用感之情形。再者,本發明之防曬化妝料由於藉由紫外線吸收劑而獲得充分之紫外線防禦效果,故而亦可以不含紫外線散射劑之態樣提供。 本發明之防曬化妝料除可含有上述必需成分、其他紫外線吸收劑及紫外線散射劑以外,亦可於不阻礙本發明之效果之範圍內含有防曬化妝料中通常可調配之其他任意成分。 作為其他任意成分,可列舉:水溶性高分子、油溶性高分子、蠟類等固形油分、低級醇、保濕成分、界面活性劑、粉末成分、藥劑等,但並不限定於該等例示。 作為水溶性高分子,可列舉2-丙烯醯胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(以下,簡稱為「AMPS」)之均聚物、或共聚物。共聚物係包含乙烯基吡咯啶酮、丙烯醯胺、丙烯酸鈉、丙烯酸羥基乙酯等共聚單體之共聚物。即,可例示:AMPS均聚物、乙烯基吡咯啶酮/AMPS共聚物、二甲基丙烯醯胺/AMPS共聚物、丙烯醯胺/AMPS共聚物、丙烯酸鈉/AMPS共聚物等。 進而可例示:羧基乙烯基聚合物、聚丙烯酸銨、聚丙烯酸鈉、丙烯酸鈉/丙烯酸烷基酯/甲基丙烯酸鈉/甲基丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物、鹿角菜膠、果膠、甘露聚糖、卡德蘭多糖、硫酸軟骨素、澱粉、肝糖、阿拉伯膠、透明質酸鈉、黃蓍膠、三仙膠、硫酸黏液素、羥乙基瓜爾膠、羧甲基瓜爾膠、瓜爾膠、葡聚糖、硫酸角質、刺槐豆膠、琥珀醯聚糖、甲殼素、殼聚糖、羧甲基甲殼素、瓊脂等。 作為油溶性高分子,可例示:三甲基矽烷氧基矽酸、烷基改性聚矽氧、聚醯胺改性聚矽氧、二甲聚矽氧烷交聯聚合物、(二甲聚矽氧烷/乙烯基二甲聚矽氧烷)交聯聚合物、聚甲基倍半矽氧烷等。 作為蠟類,例如可例示:蜂蠟、小燭樹蠟、巴西棕櫚蠟、羊毛脂、液狀羊毛脂、荷荷芭蠟等。 作為低級醇,可列舉:乙醇、異丙醇等碳數1~5之醇。 作為保濕成分,可例示:乙二醇、丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、二丙二醇、聚丁二醇等多元醇等。 界面活性劑可列舉:陰離子性、陽離子性、非離子性、或兩性之界面活性劑,包含聚矽氧系或烴系之界面活性劑。 作為粉末成分,可例示:尼龍或丙烯酸系之聚合物球狀粉末、二氧化矽粉末、聚矽氧粉末、利用不含金屬之表面處理劑進行表面處理而成之金屬氧化物粉末等。 作為藥劑,可例示:L-抗壞血酸及其衍生物之鹽、甘草酸二鉀、甘草酸單銨等甘草酸及其衍生物、甘草次酸硬脂酯等甘草次酸及其衍生物、尿囊素、傳明酸及其衍生物之鹽、烷氧基水楊酸及其衍生物之鹽、麩胱苷肽及其衍生物之鹽、尿囊素、薁等。 作為其他成分,可例示:海藻糖、赤藻糖醇等糖類、透明質酸、乙醯化透明質酸等多糖類、絲胺酸、甘胺酸、羥基脯胺酸、麩胺酸、丙胺酸等胺基酸類、蠶絲萃取物、綠藻萃取物、水解珍珠蛋白、矢車菊萃取物、甜茶萃取物、酵母萃取物、肌醇、甘草萃取物、地榆萃取物、薔薇萃取物、薏仁等之萃取物等。 本發明之防曬化妝料可以水中油型乳化化妝料、油中水型乳化化妝料、或油性化妝料之形態提供。作為具體之劑型,為防曬乳液、防曬乳霜等劑型,可使用適合各劑型之常法製造。 [實施例] 以下列舉實施例更詳細地說明本發明,但本發明並不受該等之任何限定。調配量只要未特別記載,則係以相對於調配該成分之體系之質量%表示。 (1)油中水型乳化防曬化妝料 (1-1)藉由下述表1及表2所示之組成製備油中水型乳化防曬化妝料之試樣。具體而言,將油性成分混合,使黏土礦物(二硬脂二甲銨鋰膨潤石)分散,添加另外混合之水性成分,並利用均質攪拌機進行乳化處理。 繼而,針對各例之試樣,藉由以下之方法評價防曬化妝料之光穩定性(紫外線吸收能力之穩定性)。關於光穩定性,對殘留率為60%以上、或殘留率相對於基準之標準之比率(提高率)超過103%者,判斷光穩定性較高。 對各例之試樣將樣品塗抹於PMMA基板,並測定500-280 nm之吸光度。對該基板利用Suntest試驗機照射UV2小時後,同樣地測定吸光度,並根據下式算出照射前後之上述波長區域中之吸光度累計值之變化(光照射後之紫外線吸收能力之殘留率)。 光照射後之殘留率(%)=(光照射後之吸光度累計值)/(光照射前之吸光度累計值)×100 將各例中之光照射後之殘留率(%)之值一併示於表2。 [表1]

根據表2所示之結果表明,於調配IOB=0.05~0.60之酯油及兩親媒性物質5質量%以上之實施例1~18中,與不含兩親媒性物質之情形(比較例1)相比,光照射後之殘留率顯著地提高。 (1-2)針對具有下述表3~表5中所記載之組成之油中水型乳化防曬化妝料,進行與上述(1-1)同樣之評價。將評價結果一併示於表3~5。 [表3]

根據表3~5所示之結果表明,所調配之酯油之IOB值只要為於本案發明中特定出之範圍內,則無論酯油之種類或調配量如何,均可獲得優異之光穩定化效果。 (1-3)針對具有下述表6中所記載之組成之油中水型乳化防曬化妝料,進行與(1-1)同樣之評價。將評價結果一併示於表6。 [表6]
根據表6所示之結果確認到,即便調配特定IOB值之酯油及兩親媒性物質,若兩親媒性物質之調配量未達5質量%,則亦無法獲得充分之光穩定化效果。 (1-4)針對具有下述表7中所記載之組成之油中水型乳化防曬化妝料,進行與(1-1)同樣之評價。將評價結果一併示於表7。 [表7]
根據表7所示之結果確認到,於調配特定IOB值之酯油及兩親媒性物質,進而調配有其他紫外線吸收劑之化妝料中,可獲得充分之光穩定化效果。 (2)水中油型乳化防曬化妝料 藉由下述表8及表9所示之組成製備水中油型乳化防曬化妝料之試樣。具體而言,於水性成分中使增黏劑(卡波姆等)溶解,添加另外混合、溶解之油性成分,並利用均質攪拌機進行乳化處理。 針對所獲得之各例之化妝料,進行與(1-1)同樣之評價。將評價結果一併示於表8及9。 [表8]

根據表8及9所示之結果確認到,即便為水中油型乳化之形態,藉由調配特定IOB值之酯油及兩親媒性物質,亦可獲得優異之光穩定化效果。 以下列舉本發明之防曬化妝料之其他配方(實施例)。該等化妝料亦可獲得優異之光穩定化效果。 配方1:水中油型防曬凝膠 [表10]
製造方法:於水性成分中使增黏劑溶解,添加另外混合、溶解之油性成分,並利用均質攪拌機進行乳化處理。 配方2:水中油型美白隔離霜 [表11]
製造方法:於水性成分中使增黏劑溶解,添加另外混合、溶解之油性成分,並利用均質攪拌機進行乳化處理。 配方3:油中水型防曬乳液 [表12]
製造方法:將油性成分混合,使粉末分散,添加另外混合之水性成分,並利用均質攪拌機進行乳化處理。 配方4:油中水型化妝防曬噴霧 [表13]
製造方法:將油性成分混合,使粉末分散,添加另外混合之水性成分,並利用均質攪拌機進行乳化處理。將所形成之原液與液化氣體(LPG)以指定之比率填充至氣溶膠罐內。 配方5:油中水型妝底乳霜 [表14]
製造方法:將油性成分混合,使黏土礦物與粉末分散,添加另外混合之水性成分,並利用均質攪拌機進行乳化處理。

Claims (4)
- 一種防曬化妝料,其特徵在於包含如下成分: (a)0.5~5.0質量%之4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷; (b)3.0~10質量%之甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯; (c)5.0質量%以上之兩親媒性物質;及 (d)含有IOB=0.05~0.60之酯油之液狀油分;且 上述成分(a)、(b)及(c)之調配量滿足以下之關係: [(a)+(b)]/(c)=0.5~3.5。
- 如請求項1之化妝料,其中上述(c)兩親媒性物質為下述式(I)所表示之聚氧伸烷基-聚氧伸乙基共聚物二烷基醚, R1 O-[(AO)m (EO)n ]-R2 (I) (式(I)中,AO表示碳原子數3~4之氧伸烷基,EO表示氧伸乙基,且1≦m≦70,1≦n≦70)。
- 如請求項1或2之化妝料,其進而包含選自對胺基苯甲酸衍生物、水楊酸衍生物、丙烯酸β,β-二苯酯衍生物、二苯甲酮衍生物、亞苄基樟腦衍生物、苯基苯并咪唑衍生物、三衍生物、苯基苯并三唑衍生物、蒽基衍生物、咪唑啉衍生物、亞苄基丙二酸酯衍生物、4,4-二芳基丁二烯衍生物等中之1種或2種以上之其他紫外線吸收劑。
- 一種防止防曬化妝料之光劣化之方法,其包括如下步驟:向包含(a)4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷及(b)甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯之防曬化妝料中,調配(c)5.0質量%以上之兩親媒性物質及(d)含有IOB=0.05~0.60之酯油之液狀油分。
