Abstract
一種隱形眼鏡,包括由變色原料與隱形眼鏡原料混合而製成之虹膜區,所述變色原料能夠於光線充足時吸收光而存儲,於光線不足或黑暗時散發磷光,當所述隱形眼鏡處於光線充足的環境時,所述隱形眼鏡經由光線照射後吸收大量之光並加以存儲;當該隱形眼鏡處於光線不足或黑暗環境時,所述隱形眼鏡變色而散發出不同顏色之光。本發明還進一步提供了一種製作隱形眼鏡之方法。
Description
本發明涉及一種隱形眼鏡及製作隱形眼鏡之方法。
鏡片已發展許久,用於各領域如光學儀器或眼鏡,大部分鏡片或眼鏡講求造型設計及光學鏡片功能。先前技術有所謂各種不同材質之光學鏡片,包括塑膠、玻璃等。為了滿足輕薄之趨勢,一般眼鏡鏡片利用塑膠製作,可於其上鍍膜,例如抗反射膜、抗紫外線膜等,但是此種制程需採用塗布機,例如旋轉塗布機,將膜層塗上。且此種裝置價值不斐,因此不僅需要貴重儀器,且額外增加許多步驟與工時。因為是將膜層塗於鏡片表面,因此容易刮損,且並非整個鏡片本身含有抗紫外線材質效果有限。
隱形眼鏡隨之發展,主要功能仍與習知眼鏡相同為視力矯正,包括:近視、遠視、散光、老花、像差等。以外觀顏色演變來看,隱形眼鏡從早期透明片發展至後來之水藍片,是為了方便佩戴者易於自護理液中辨識夾取。一般而言,現今多數隱形眼鏡之主要成份皆屬高分子聚合物,材料之發展朝向強調高透氧性與舒適度發展。其中,矽水膠可製成透氧量達100以上之鏡片,遠高於習知鏡片所用材質能達到之效果。若依照使用期限分,隱型眼鏡可分為:日拋、周拋、雙周拋、月拋、季拋、半年拋及一年以上之長戴型。
習知之變色眼鏡一般是將變色染料應用於隱形眼鏡材質上,當鏡片於光之環境下時就會轉換成帶有顏色之鏡片,亦可降低光之透光度而保護眼睛。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種於光環境下吸收而存儲光並於黑暗環境中釋放光之隱形眼鏡。
一種隱形眼鏡,包括有變色原料與隱形眼鏡原料,所述變色原料摻合於所述隱形眼鏡原料中混合,並經過固化、脫模、水化而成所述隱形眼鏡,當隱形眼鏡處於白天時,所述隱形眼鏡經由陽光或紫外線照射後吸收大量之光並加以存儲;當該隱形眼鏡處於黑暗環境時,所述隱形眼鏡變色而散發出不同顏色之光。
一種製作隱形眼鏡之方法,包括步驟:
將變色原料摻入隱形眼鏡原料中溶解混合;
將混合後之變色原料與隱形眼鏡原料移印或印刷於隱形眼鏡模具之虹膜區;及
固化、脫模、水化該變色原料與隱形眼鏡原料之混合液,使混合液成型為隱形眼鏡;當隱形眼鏡處於白天時,所述隱形眼鏡經由陽光或紫外線照射後吸收大量之光並加以存儲;當該隱形眼鏡處於黑暗環境時,所述隱形眼鏡變色而散發出不同顏色之光。
與習知技術相比,於上述隱形眼鏡及製作所述隱形眼鏡之方法中,當隱形眼鏡處於白天時,所述隱形眼鏡經由陽光或紫外線照射後吸收大量之光並加以存儲;當該隱形眼鏡處於黑暗環境時,所述隱形眼鏡變色而散發出不同顏色之光。
圖1是本發明製作隱形眼鏡之一較佳實施方式之一流程圖。
於下列敘述中,各式特定細節系用以提供本發明實施例之通盤瞭解。本發明將配合其較佳實施例與後附之圖式詳述於下,應理解之是本發明中所有較佳實施例僅為例示之用,並非用以限制本發明。熟之該項技術者亦應理解,本發明之實施不須一或多特定細節,或其他特定方法。本發明可以應用於各種隱形眼鏡,以下做一說明。
於一實施方式中,本發明隱形眼鏡之生產制程可採用模子製作隱形眼鏡鏡片,包括注模或旋模。注模成型法適合作為短天期拋棄式鏡片或醫療使用。旋模成型法是將特殊配方之定量液態單體注入設定轉速之模內,液態單體因模子高速旋轉下離心力之作用而形成薄膜。鏡片曲度由模具型狀、模子轉速控制,因其製造之鏡片抗韌度較佳,適合使用于長戴型或較長天期之拋棄式鏡片使用。
具體地,本發明隱形眼鏡之製作方式可以將變色原料摻入隱形眼鏡原料中溶解混合,將混合後之原料移印或印刷於隱形眼鏡模具之虹膜區,經固化與再堆疊之程式後,再將隱形眼鏡原料注入隱形眼鏡模具,並經過固化、脫模、水化等程式後得。當該隱形眼鏡經由陽光或紫外線照射後產生化學結構變化,而吸收大量之光並加以存儲;當該隱形眼鏡不受陽光或紫外線照射或於黑暗環境時,所述隱形眼鏡可變色而散發出不同顏色之光,而達到美化虹膜、時尚之效果。
於一實施方式中,變色原料可以為發光材料,如,稀土激活之硫化物、稀土啟動之堿土鋁酸鹽、稀土激活之矽酸鹽、氟化鈣(CaF2
)、氧化鐵(Fe2
O3
)、氧化鉛(PbO)、二氧化矽(SiO2
)、碳酸鈉(Na2
CO3
)、碳酸鈣(CaCO3
)或以上例舉之化合物中之任意兩個或兩個以上之混合物。
於一實施方式中,所述隱形眼鏡原料親水單體、交聯劑和起始劑之混合物。所述親水單體可以為甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯(2-Hydroxyethyl methacrylate,HEMA)、甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯(glycidyl methacrylate,GMA)、乙烯基吡咯烷酮(vinyl pyrrolidone, NVP)、甲基丙烯酸(methylacrylic acid, MAA)、二甲基乙醯胺(Dimethyl Acetamide,DMA)、或有機矽單體(silicone based monomer)等用於製備眼用鏡片之單體,不以上述例子為限。所述交聯劑可以為二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(Ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate,EGDMA)、三羥甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(Trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate,TMPTMA)等用於製備眼用鏡片之交聯劑。所述引發劑可以為偶氮二異丁腈(2,2-Azobisisobutyronitrile,AIBN)、Irgacure-1173(化工行業標準型號)等用於製備眼用鏡片之引發劑。
於一實施方式中,所述隱形眼鏡原料於所述混合物中之質量百分比為24%~78%,進一步地,所述親水性單體於所述隱形眼鏡原料中之質量百分比為42%~78%,所述交聯劑於所述隱形眼鏡原料中之質量百分比為10%~38%,所述引發劑於所述隱形眼鏡原料中之質量百分比為1%~8%。所述變色原料於所述變色原料與隱形眼鏡原料之混合物中之質量百分比為17%~65%。
請參閱圖1,本發明隱形眼鏡之製作方法可採用以下步驟完成:
步驟101:將變色原料摻入隱形眼鏡原料中溶解混合,並用攪拌機等攪拌工具將之攪拌均勻。
步驟102:將混合後之變色原料與隱形眼鏡原料移印或印刷於隱形眼鏡模具之虹膜區。於一實施方式中,所述隱形眼鏡模具之溫度會影響隱形眼鏡之顏色,變色原料與隱形眼鏡原料之混合液之比例濃度亦會影響隱形眼鏡之顏色,因此,可藉由控制所述隱形眼鏡模具之溫度、及混合液之比例來控制隱形眼鏡所需要之顏色。
步驟103:固化、脫模、水化該變色原料與隱形眼鏡原料之混合液,使之成型為隱形眼鏡。於一實施方式中,所述隱形眼鏡可藉由脫模液使鏡片水化後自隱形眼鏡模具上脫落。
當所述隱形眼鏡處於光線充足的環境時,所述隱形眼鏡經由陽光或紫外線照射後產生化學結構變化,而吸收大量之光並加以存儲。當該隱形眼鏡不受陽光或紫外線照射或於黑暗環境,如夜晚時,所述隱形眼鏡可變色而散發出不同顏色之光,而達到美化虹膜、時尚之效果。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之請求項。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下請求項內。

Claims (10)
- 一種隱形眼鏡,包括由變色原料與隱形眼鏡原料混合而製成之虹膜區,所述變色原料能夠於光線充足時吸收光而存儲,於光線不足或黑暗時散發磷光,當所述隱形眼鏡處於光線充足的環境時,所述隱形眼鏡經由光線照射後吸收大量之光並加以存儲;當該隱形眼鏡處於光線不足或黑暗環境時,所述隱形眼鏡變色而散發出不同顏色之光。
- 如請求項第1項項所述之隱形眼鏡,其中所述變色原料於所述變色原料與隱形眼鏡原料之混合物中之質量百分比為17%~65%。
- 如請求項第2項項所述之隱形眼鏡,其中所述變色原料為稀土激活之硫化物、稀土激活之堿土鋁酸鹽、稀土激活之矽酸鹽、氟化鈣、氧化鐵、氧化鉛、二氧化矽、碳酸鈉、或碳酸鈣。
- 如請求項第1項項所述之隱形眼鏡,其中所述隱形眼鏡原料親水單體、交聯劑和起始劑之混合物,所述親水單體為甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯、甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯、乙烯基吡咯烷酮、甲基丙烯酸、二甲基乙醯胺、或有機矽單體,所述交聯劑為二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、或三羥甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯,所述引發劑為偶氮二異丁腈。
- 如請求項第1項項所述之隱形眼鏡,其中所述隱形眼鏡原料於所述變色原料與隱形眼鏡原料之混合物中之質量百分比為24%~78%,所述親水性單體於所述隱形眼鏡原料中之質量百分比為42%~78%,所述交聯劑於所述隱形眼鏡原料中之質量百分比為10%~38%,所述引發劑於所述隱形眼鏡原料中之質量百分比為1%~8%。
- 一種製作隱形眼鏡之方法,包括步驟:
將變色原料摻入隱形眼鏡原料中溶解混合;
將混合後之變色原料與隱形眼鏡原料移印或印刷於隱形眼鏡模具之虹膜區;及
固化、脫模、水化該變色原料與隱形眼鏡原料之混合液,使混合液成型為隱形眼鏡;當所述隱形眼鏡處於光線充足的環境時,所述隱形眼鏡經由陽光或紫外線照射後吸收大量之光並加以存儲;當該隱形眼鏡處於黑暗環境時,所述隱形眼鏡變色而散發出不同顏色之光。 - 如請求項第6項項所述之製作隱形眼鏡之方法,其中所述變色原料於所述變色原料與隱形眼鏡原料之混合物中之質量百分比為17%~65%。
- 如請求項第7項項所述之製作隱形眼鏡之方法,其中所述變色原料為稀土激活之硫化物、稀土激活之堿土鋁酸鹽、稀土激活之矽酸鹽、氟化鈣、氧化鐵、氧化鉛、二氧化矽、碳酸鈉、或碳酸鈣。
- 如請求項第8項項所述之製作隱形眼鏡之方法,其中所述隱形眼鏡原料親水單體、交聯劑和起始劑之混合物,所述親水單體為甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯、甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯、乙烯基吡咯烷酮、甲基丙烯酸、二甲基乙醯胺、或有機矽單體,所述交聯劑為二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、或三羥甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯,所述引發劑為偶氮二異丁腈。
