Description

Smart health system

The invention is a smart health care system, in particular a health care system capable of transmitting a user's physiological information and sports information to at least one member of a contact group.

With the stability and prosperity of the society, people are paying more and more attention to their health management. Health management can be divided into daily physiological information and sports/activity information. Common physiological information includes blood pressure, respiratory rate, blood oxygen concentration, heart rate, body temperature and other data. For the middle and high age groups and those who need long-term care, the monitoring of physiological information is especially important for their own health management. In terms of exercise/activity, many people exercise in their daily routines, such as walking, jogging, gymnastics, and dance, in order to promote health. With moderate exercise, the benefits include promoting blood circulation, improving body function, and preventing disease. Therefore, the monitoring of sports/activity information can help carers understand their usual habits and remind themselves whether there is a lack of exercise/activity.

In addition, with the rapid development of communication technology, communication technology has become more and more widely used in preventive health care, medical care and care related services, and will become one of the important strategies for solving health care needs. For example, many wearable health monitoring devices such as smartwatches and smartbands have been introduced in the market, which can be connected to mobile phones via a communication interface such as Bluetooth. Among them, the monitored physiological information includes the above physiological data, and the exercise/activity information includes data such as running, walking, lying, standing still, calorie consumption and the like. In the existing smart health management system, the health monitoring device can transmit the collected physiological and sports/activity information to a database such as the Cloud Platform, so that the database can analyze the obtained information. In the case of physiological information, if the analyzed data exceeds a warning value, the smart health management system can proactively notify the carers, family members and medical staff. Medical staff can also actively view the physiological information stored in the database.

However, as far as sports information is concerned, the existing smart health management system can proactively notify the cared person himself, but has not yet pushed his sports information to a contact group other than the cared person. This situation causes no one other than the cared person to be actively informed of the amount of exercise of the cared person. That is to say, if the cared person has insufficient exercise, no one else can understand the abnormal situation, and it also represents that there is still room for improvement in the existing smart health management system.

In view of this, the present invention provides a smart health care system, referred to as a "smart health care system". The system has the following functions: detecting and transmitting at least one of physiological information and exercise information of the cared person to at least one member of the car owner and a contact group. In addition, the smart fitness system of the present invention can also analyze at least one of the acquired physiological information and exercise information. After analysis, if at least one of the physiological information and the sports information is determined to be abnormal, the smart camera system of the present invention sends a reminder message to the cared person and the contact group. Therefore, compared with the traditional smart health management system, only the physiological information is reported to the outside. The smart health camera system of the present invention can further inform the sports information, and can also push the reminder message to inform the physiological information and the sports information at least. One of them has an abnormal situation. As used herein, the term "outward" refers to the person being cared for and at least one member of a contact group, such as a family member, a friend, a health care professional, and the like. In this way, members of the carers and contact groups can learn about and care about each other's health status with regard to physiological information and sports information. In other words, the contact group may include a plurality of members whose respective operations correspond to the second communication device 103.

In an implementation manner, the third communication module 104a of the smart camera host 104 can be a single type wireless transmission module, and can utilize, for example, 3G (third generation), 4G (fourth generation), and ADSL (asymmetric digital subscriber line). The communication technology that can be connected to the Internet, such as WI-FI or WiMax (worldwide inoperability for microwave access), exchanges information with the information delivery module 101b, the first communication module 102a, and the second communication module 103a.

In another embodiment, the third communication module 104a can be an assembly using two different communication technologies, such as a short-range wireless transmission module and a long-distance wireless transmission module. The short-range wireless transmission module can be used to exchange information between the information delivery module 101b, the first communication module 102a, and the second communication module 103a. However, as the case may be, the information transmission module 101b, the first communication module 102a, and the second communication module 103a may exchange information with the third communication module 104a via the long-distance infinite transmission module. Among them, the short-range wireless transmission module can use wireless transmission technologies such as Bluetooth, Zigbee or NFC (near field communication), and the long-distance wireless transmission module can transmit using the above 3G, 4G, ADSL, WIFI or WiMax. technology. In the present invention, the type of the third communication module 104a is not particularly limited. The connection relationship of each member will be described below.

In the embodiment, the information transmission module 101b is wired or wirelessly connected to the third communication module 104a, and the third communication module 104a is wired or wirelessly connected to the first communication module 102a and the second communication module 103a. If the third communication module 104a uses the wireless connection mode, the connection mode may be Bluetooth, Zigbee, NFC, 3G, 4G, ADSL, WIFI or Wimax transmission technology, but not limited thereto.

The smart camera system 100 of the present invention provides users with a more complete health care service through the functions of information collection and message push to the group. Anyone who has basic operational capabilities for communication devices (such as mobile phones, PDAs, tablets, laptops, desktop computers, etc.) currently sold in the market can be used by users. The basic operational capability of the present invention is defined as answering a call, making a call, viewing a short message/instant message, and the like. In general, monitoring of physiological information is needed for older people or those who need long-term care. However, since the smart camera system 100 of the present invention also has the function of notifying sports information, it is also practical for young people. Therefore, users of the smart fitness system 100 to which the present invention is applied are gender-neutral and have a wide range of ages.

104a。The actual operation mode of the smart camera system 100 of the present invention will be described below, and the motion information will be described. However, the following modes of operation can also be applied to the processing of physiological information. The measuring device 101 shown in FIG. 1 can be worn by the user, so that the sensor 101a detects the user's motion information, such as the number of steps, the moving distance, the calorie consumption, and the like. As previously described, the measurement device 101 can be a smart bracelet. After obtaining the motion information of the user, the information delivery module 101b uploads the obtained motion information to the third communication module 104a.

104。In another embodiment, the smart camera system 100 of the present invention can use another information transmission path. As shown in FIG. 2, the information delivery module 101b is communicatively coupled to the first communication module 102a for transmitting motion information to the first communication module 102a. Then, the first communication module 102a uploads the motion information to the third communication module 104a. In other words, in the present embodiment, the motion information can be transmitted from the measurement device 101 to the smart camera host 104 via the first communication device 102. In addition, in the embodiment, when the third communication module 104a does not receive the motion information for a predetermined time, the processing module 104b can generate and transmit an alert signal to the third communication module 104a. Then, the third communication module 104a transmits the warning signal to the first communication module 102a. The purpose of the warning signal is to notify the user that the smart camera host 104 has not received the motion information, and inform the user to upload the received motion information to the smart camera host 104 by using the first communication device 102.

Please refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2. After the third communication module 104a receives the motion information, the third communication module 104a forwards the motion information to the first communication module 102a and the second communication module 103a. If the motion information received by the third communication module 104a is uploaded by the first communication module 102a (as shown in FIG. 2), the third communication module 104a may not return the motion information to the first communication module 102a. Only the motion information is transmitted to the second communication module 103a. As such, in the case described above, the user and the members of the group can obtain the user's motion information through the first communication device 102 and the second communication device 103, respectively.

In addition, the first communication device 102 and the second communication device 103 can respectively include a first prompting component (not shown) and a second prompting component (not shown) as a medium for expressing motion information. For example, the first prompt element and the second prompt element may be a screen display (not shown) to display the user's motion information such as the number of steps. In addition, the first prompting component and the second prompting component may also be a sound player (not shown) to present the motion information in a voice manner. In this way, in addition to the user himself, members of the group can also understand the amount of exercise of the user on the day. If the number of walking steps is known to be abnormal, such as excessively less than a normal number of steps, members of the group, such as family members or friends, can actively greet the user to express concern. If the group also includes the medical staff of the medical unit, the medical staff can also greet the user whether they are physically unwell or need medical assistance. The features described above can also be applied to the embodiment depicted in FIG.

In another embodiment, when the user initially uses the smart camera system 100, the processing module 104b can generate a normal range of the amount of exercise according to the received motion information, as a comparison criterion for judging whether there is an abnormal situation in the future. . For example, the measuring device 101 can be preset to upload the detected motion information to the smart camera host 104 at some time of the day. After the smart camera host 104 receives the motion information, the processing module 104b compares the data in the motion information with the previously established normal value range to determine whether there is an abnormal situation.

When the abnormal situation is determined, if the motion information received by the third communication module 104a is the number of steps taken by the user for daily walking, when the processing module 104b determines that the received data is smaller than the normal value range, it means that the amount of exercise is insufficient. At this time, the processing module 104b generates and transmits a prompt signal to the third communication module 104a. Then, the third communication module 104a transmits the prompt signal to the first communication module 102a and the second communication module 103a, and then the first prompt element and the second prompt element express the reminder message included in the prompt signal. In this way, the user and members of the group are informed that the user has insufficient exercise on the day. The reminder message may be a voice recording, an electronic mail, a text message, or an instant message, but is not limited thereto. Thus, when the amount of exercise of the user is insufficient, members of the group can be notified immediately. Members who receive the reminder message can ask the user again, so that family members and friends can care more about each other's living conditions. If the group also includes the medical staff of the medical unit, the medical staff can immediately know that the user's exercise is insufficient, and actively greet the user whether they are physically unwell or need medical assistance.

In addition, the smart camera host 104 can set the conditions for pushing the reminder message outward according to the outside (such as the user or his family). For example, if the difference between the motion information received by the smart camera host 104 and the normal value range must be greater than or equal to a certain difference value, the smart camera host 104 will send a reminder signal to the user and its specific group. The user or his/her family can also consult the caregiver about the difference, and the smart camera host 104 should send an alert message to the outside. When the difference value is confirmed by the parties (e.g., user, family member, medical staff, etc.), the setting of the difference can be performed by the user using the first communication device 102. In one embodiment, the first communication device 102 has an operational interface (not shown). The user can manipulate the interface and set the difference value parameter of the smart camera host 104 via the network.

How the smart camera host 104 recognizes the second communication device 103 is described below. The processing module 104b can include a storage unit (not shown) such as a flash memory to store a contact group. The contact group includes at least one member such as the user's family, friends or medical staff, but not limited to this. The way to identify this member can be an identification account, such as a phone number, a social networking site, or a communication software account, but not limited to this. In this way, the third communication module 104a can send the motion information and the reminder message to the second communication module 103a corresponding to the identification account according to the identification account in the contact group, thereby implementing the push motion information and the reminder message to the group. The function.

For the above-mentioned contact group, the user can also set the contact group in the processing module 104b through the operation interface of the first communication device 102, for example, adding a contact or updating an identification account.

In another embodiment, the smart camera system 100 of the present invention further includes a cloud host 105, as shown in FIG. The cloud host 105 includes a transceiver module 105a and a database 105b, and the transceiver module 105a can be connected to the third communication module 104a by wire or wirelessly. For example, the transceiver module 105a can connect to the third communication module 104a by using a long-distance wireless transmission method. Among them, the long-distance wireless transmission mode can be 3G, 4G, ADSL, WIFI or WiMAX transmission technology, but not limited to this. With this embodiment, the third communication module 104a can upload motion information to the transceiver module 105a. The transceiver module 105a then stores the received motion information in the database 105b to facilitate the user or group members to query the data. For example, the nursing staff belonging to the contact group can use the second communication module 103 to browse the information in the database 105b, so that the nursing staff can have a more comprehensive understanding of the daily exercise amount of the user. This practice allows the caregiver to immediately provide the user with the latest health management advice, which is very helpful for the user's daily health care.

In addition, the user can also download the information in the database 105b via the first communication module 102a. In this way, the user can record the past motion record in his first communication device 102 and summarize and review the downloaded information. The above download behavior also applies to members within a group. The features described above (Fig. 3) can also be applied to the embodiment depicted in Fig. 2.

In the embodiment of the cloud host 105, the user can also connect to the smart camera host 104 via the network and the cloud host 105 through the operation interface of the first communication device 102. This connection path is slightly different from the previously described manner (the interface of the first communication device 102 is connected to the smart camera host 104 via the network). However, both paths allow the user to manipulate the smart camera host 104 through the operation interface of the first communication device 102, for example, changing the difference value setting and updating the information in the contact group.

Although the above description is based on the exercise information, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the physiological information may be transmitted and the abnormal situation may be determined based on the physiological information to transmit the alert message. Alternatively, it is also possible to evaluate exercise information and physiological information together to determine an abnormal situation.

Through the above-mentioned smart camera system 100, in addition to the user's own physical information and sports information, at least one of the members of the contact group can also obtain this information. Especially when at least one of the physiological information and the sports information presents an abnormal situation, the user and the members in the contact group will receive the reminder message. In this way, users and members of the group can more easily care about each other's health and daily life.

Although the technical content of the present invention has been disclosed in the above preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the present invention, and any modifications and refinements made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention are encompassed by the present invention.
