Abstract

一種智慧推播方法及其系統，以一電子裝置、數撥放裝置，及一伺服裝置為工具，包含下列步驟：該伺服裝置接收來自於該電子裝置所傳送且用於預約播放位置、播放日期、播放時間的一預約訊息，及完成付費的一交易訊息，且根據前述預約訊息建立推播多媒體的一排程，在接收多媒體後，根據前述排程，推播多媒體至前述預約訊息中選定位置的播放裝置，使該播放裝置播放多媒體。藉此，不但能夠簡化該播放裝置載入多媒體的人力與時間，且能夠使前述多媒體的提供者，迅速普及於一般社會大眾，使多媒體的內容更多樣化。

Description

智慧推播方法及其系統
本發明是有關於一種推播方法，特別是指一種用於播放多媒體的智慧推播方法及其系統。
一般的數位看板，主要設置在人潮容易聚集的公開場合，如：大樓、購物中心的電梯，藉此，透過播放的多媒體，提供豐富的資訊。
而此類的數位看板，通常是低成本與較不佔空間的單板電腦，主要是透過抽換儲存單元，來更換多媒體，因此，供應商往往必須在廣告主提供多媒體後，頻繁的到各大樓、購物中心等地更新儲存單元，不但耗費人力及時間，且相當不符經濟效益。
在無線網路普及後，雖然可以改善前述直接到各地更新儲存單元的不便，但是，對於供應商與廣告主而言，仍然必須針對多媒體的播放地點、日期、時間進行多次的溝通或確認，如此瑣碎的程序，也阻礙了一般大眾透過前述數位看板推播訊息的意願，以致於前述電子看板播放的內容，往往局限於企業主的廣告，使影音內容的類型變化性不高。
因此，本發明之目的，即在提供一種能夠簡化人力與時間，且能夠迅速普及於一般社會大眾，使多媒體內容更多樣化的智慧推播方法及其系統。
於是，本發明智慧推播方法，以一伺服裝置為工具，用於在數位置分別透過一播放裝置播放一多媒體，且透過連線網路且分別附屬於一電子裝置的一應用程式獲取前述多媒體，該電子裝置具有一使用操作介面，該智慧推播方法包含下列步驟：
步驟a：該伺服裝置接收來自於該電子裝置所傳送的一預約訊息，該預約訊息包括預約播放多媒體的播放位置、播放日期、播放時間。
步驟b：該伺服裝置根據來自於該電子裝置所傳送的一交易訊息，及前述預約訊息，建立推播多媒體的一排程，該交易訊息包括完成付費的金融資訊。
步驟c：該伺服裝置接收來自於該電子裝置所傳送的多媒體。
步驟d：該伺服裝置根據前述排程，推播多媒體至前述播放位置的播放裝置，使該播放裝置播放多媒體。
一種智慧推播系統，包含：一電子裝置、數撥放裝置，及一伺服裝置。
該電子裝置用於上傳一多媒體、一預約訊息，及一交易訊息，前述預約訊息包括選定的播放位置、播放日期、播放時間，該交易訊息包括完成付費的金融資訊。
該等撥放裝置分別設置在不同的位置，用於播放前述多媒體。
該伺服裝置與該電子裝置相互通訊，及與該播放裝置連線，包括接收前述多媒體、預約訊息，及交易訊息的一通訊單元、儲存前述多媒體的一儲存單元，及一處理單元，該處理單元根據前述交易訊息與前述預約訊息，建立推播多媒體的一排程，且根據前述排程，推播多媒體至前述預約訊息中播放位置的播放裝置，使該播放裝置播放多媒體。
本發明之功效在於：簡化該播放裝置載入多媒體的人力與時間，使前述多媒體的提供者，迅速普及於一般社會大眾，使多媒體的內容更多樣化。

本發明之其他的特徵及功效，將於參照圖式的實施方式中清楚地呈現，其中：圖1是一示意圖，說明本發明智慧推播方法及其系統的一實施例；圖2是該實施例的一方塊圖；及圖3是該實施例的一流程圖。
在本發明被詳細描述之前，應當注意在以下的說明內容中，類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。
參閱圖1~圖3，本發明智慧推播系統的一實施 例包含：數電子裝置1、數撥放裝置2，及一伺服裝置3。
該等電子裝置1用於上傳一多媒體M(Multimedia)、一預約訊息M1，及一交易訊息M2。前述多媒體M包括組合兩種或兩種以上媒體的一種人機互動式訊息和傳播媒體，使用的媒體包括文字、圖片、照片、聲音、動畫和影片。前述預約訊息M1包括選定的播放位置、播放日期、播放時間。該交易訊息M2包括完成付費的金融資訊。在本實施例，該電子裝置1為一手持式行動通訊裝置，也可以是桌上型電腦、筆記型電腦、平板電腦…等等，分別具有一使用操作介面11。前述使用操作介面11在本實施例為一觸控螢幕，也可以是鍵盤、滑鼠、觸控螢幕任一種以上的組合。
該等撥放裝置2分別設置在不同的位置，用於播放前述多媒體M。
該伺服裝置3與該電子裝置1相互通訊，及與該播放裝置2連線，包括接收前述多媒體M、預約訊息M1，及交易訊息M2的一通訊單元31、儲存前述多媒體M與一文字資料庫的一儲存單元32，及一處理單元33。該處理單元33透過該通訊單元31，與連線網路且開啟網頁而嵌入有應用程式的電子裝置1相互通訊，或與連線網路且預先安裝有應用程式的電子裝置1相互通訊。
以下針對本發明智慧推播方法結合實施例步驟說明如下：
步驟41：該伺服裝置3透過前述應用程式與該 等電子裝置1相互通訊，使該等電子裝置1的使用操作介面1呈現一起始頁面。
步驟42：該伺服裝置3的處理單元33透過該通訊單元31接收來自於任一電子裝置1所傳送且做為憑證的一帳號與一驗證碼，並判斷前述帳號與驗證碼是否正確？如果是，進行步驟43，如果否，回到步驟42。
步驟43：該伺服裝置3透過前述應用程式，在該電子裝置2的使用操作介面21呈現一選單。該選單包括數個位置選項、數個日期選項、數個時間選項，及數個版面選項，還包括退費選項，供該電子裝置1根據選定的位置選項、日期選項、時間選項，及版面選項，產生預約訊息M1。
例如：一第一多媒體M的提供者，以該電子裝置1的使用操作介面11在選單中，選定了位置：台中市龍邦大樓、日期：2014年12月31日、時間：AM10：00~AM11：00。一第二多媒體M的提供者，以另一電子裝置1的使用操作介面11在選單中，選定了位置：台北市新寶大樓、日期：2015年1月15日、時間：PM3：00~PM4：00。
另外，值得說明的是，版面選項是指當該撥放裝置2具有多個顯示幕時，可以選擇其中一個顯示幕或一個以上的顯示幕，而退費機制與一般金流類似，且非本案技術特徵，故於此不再贅述。
步驟44：該伺服裝置3的處理單元33透過該通 訊單元31接收來自於該等電子裝置1所傳送的預約訊息M1。
步驟45：該伺服裝置3的處理單元33判斷前述預約訊息M1中，對應該位置的日期、時間是否已被預約？如果是，回到步驟43，如果否，進行步驟46。
步驟46：該伺服裝置3的處理單元33透過該通訊單元31傳送一免責聲明的警告訊息M3至該電子裝置1。
步驟47：該伺服裝置3的處理單元33判斷是否接收來自該電子裝置1同意前述免責聲明的一確認訊息M4，如果是，進行步驟48，如果否，回到步驟43。
步驟48：該伺服裝置3透過前述應用程式，將該電子裝置2導向第三方支付系統，供該電子裝置1進行付費，並於交易完成後產生前述交易訊息M2。
值得說明的是，前述第三方支付系統可以是Paypal、支付寶、信用卡、金融卡、WebATM…等等。
步驟49：該伺服裝置3的處理單元33判斷是否接收前述交易訊息M2？如果是，進行步驟50，如果否，回到步驟48。
步驟50：該伺服裝置3的處理單元33根據前述交易訊息M2，及前述預約訊息M1，建立推播多媒體M的一排程，並儲存在該儲存單元32。
步驟51：該伺服裝置3的處理單元33透過該通訊單元31接收來自於該電子裝置1所傳送的多媒體M，並儲存在該儲存單元32。
步驟52：該伺服裝置3的處理單元33判斷前述多媒體M是否上傳成功，如果是，進行步驟53及步驟54，如果否，回到步驟51。
步驟53：該伺服裝置3的處理單元33透過該通訊單元31傳送一第一通知訊息M5給該電子裝置1，告知多媒體M已上傳完成。
值得說明的是，前述第一通知訊息M5可以透過該應用程式呈現，或以簡訊方式呈現。
步驟54：該伺服裝置3的處理單元33根據一判讀機制，判斷前述多媒體是否符合推播規定，如果否，進行步驟55，如果是，進行步驟56。
前述判斷機制主要是根據預設的文字資料庫，比對前述多媒體M中的文字是否有相對應的文字，及根據擷取自前述多媒體M中的影像特徵，進行膚色區域的計算，當有相對應的文字，及膚色區域大於一預設值時，判斷前述多媒體不符合推播規定。值得說明的是，前述膚色區域的比對方式，是基於當人體裸露時，會有大面積的膚色區域。
步驟55：該伺服裝置3的處理單元33透過該通訊單元31傳送一第二通知訊息M6給該電子裝置1，告知多媒體不符推播規定，並回到步驟43。
值得說明的是，前述第二通知訊息M6可以透過該應用程式呈現，或以簡訊方式呈現。且由於多媒體M不符推播規定，因此，前述多媒體M的提供者可以回到選單 辦理退費。
步驟56：該伺服裝置3的處理單元33透過該通訊單元31傳送一第三通知訊息M7給該電子裝置1，告知多媒體M即將根據排程進行推播。
值得說明的是，前述第三通知訊息M7可以透過該應用程式呈現，或以簡訊方式呈現。
步驟57：該伺服裝置3的處理單元33根據前述排程，透過該通訊單元31傳送前述多媒體M至前述播放位置的播放裝置2，使該播放裝置2播放前述多媒體M。
經由以上的說明，能將本實施例的優點歸納如下：
一、本發明能夠簡化該播放裝置2載入多媒體M的人力與時間，且多媒體M提供者與供應商間不再需要針對播放地點、日期、時間進行溝通或確認，大幅簡化了了推播多媒體M的流程，與降低了推播多媒體M的門檻，而能夠迅速普及於一般社會大眾。
二、由於任何人都可以是推播多媒體M的提供者，因此，推播多媒體M的內容，不再局限於商業廣告，或局限於企業主，使影音內容的類型更豐富，且具有變化性，而能滿足一般大眾求新求變的需求。
惟以上所述者，僅為本發明之實施例而已，當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍，即大凡依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾，皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

  1. 一種智慧推播方法，以一伺服裝置為工具，用於在數位置分別透過一播放裝置播放一多媒體，且透過連線網路且分別附屬於一電子裝置的一應用程式獲取前述多媒體，該電子裝置具有一使用操作介面，該智慧推播方法包含下列步驟：步驟a：該伺服裝置接收來自於該電子裝置所傳送的一預約訊息，該預約訊息包括預約播放多媒體的播放位置、播放日期、播放時間；步驟b：該伺服裝置根據來自於該電子裝置所傳送的一交易訊息，及前述預約訊息，建立推播多媒體的一排程，該交易訊息包括完成付費的金融資訊；步驟c：該伺服裝置接收來自於該電子裝置所傳送的多媒體；及步驟d：該伺服裝置根據前述排程，推播多媒體至前述播放位置的播放裝置，使該播放裝置播放多媒體。
  2. 如請求項1所述的智慧推播方法，還包含有在步驟a前的步驟e：該伺服裝置透過前述應用程式，在該電子裝置的使用操作介面呈現一選單，該選單包括數位置選項、數日期選項，及數時間選項，供該電子裝置根據選定的位置選項、日期選項，及時間選項，產生前述預約訊息。
  3. 如請求項1所述的智慧推播方法，還包含有在步驟d前步驟c後的步驟f：該伺服裝置根據一判讀機制，判斷 前述多媒體是否符合推播規定，如果是，進行步驟d，如果否，進行步驟g：該伺服裝置傳送一通知訊息給該電子裝置，告知多媒體不符推播規定。
  4. 如請求項3所述的智慧推播方法，其中，前述判斷機制主要是根據預設的一文字資料庫，比對前述多媒體中的文字是否有相對應的文字，及根據擷取自前述多媒體中的影像特徵，進行膚色區域的計算，當有相對應的文字，及膚色區域大於一預設值時，判斷前述多媒體不符合推播規定。
  5. 如請求項3所述的智慧推播方法，還包含在步驟f後、步驟d前的步驟h：該伺服裝置傳送另一通知訊息給該電子裝置，告知多媒體即將根據排程進行推播。
  6. 如請求項1所述的智慧推播方法，還包含在步驟c後的步驟i：該伺服裝置傳送另一通知訊息給該電子裝置，告知多媒體已上傳完成。
  7. 如請求項1所述的智慧推播方法，還包含有在步驟a前的步驟j：該伺服裝置根據來自於該電子裝置的一憑證，允許該電子裝置登入該伺服裝置，該憑證為一帳號與一驗證碼。
  8. 一種智慧推播系統，包含：一電子裝置，用於上傳一多媒體、一預約訊息，及一交易訊息，前述預約訊息包括選定的播放位置、播放日期、播放時間，該交易訊息包括完成付費的金融資訊；數撥放裝置，分別設置在不同的位置，用於播放前 述多媒體；及一伺服裝置，與該電子裝置相互通訊，及與該播放裝置連線，包括接收前述多媒體、預約訊息，及交易訊息的一通訊單元、儲存前述多媒體的一儲存單元，及一處理單元，該處理單元根據前述交易訊息與前述預約訊息，建立推播多媒體的一排程，且根據前述排程，推播多媒體至前述預約訊息中播放位置的播放裝置，使該播放裝置播放多媒體。
  9. 如請求項8所述的智慧推播系統，其中，該儲存單元還儲存有一文字資訊庫，且該處理單元會比對前述多媒體中的文字是否與該文字資料庫有相對應的文字，及根據擷取自前述多媒體中的影像特徵，進行膚色區域的計算，當有相對應的文字，及膚色區域大於一預設值時，傳送一通知訊息給該電子裝置，告知多媒體不符推播規定。
  10. 如請求項8所述的智慧推播系統，其中，該撥放裝置具有多個顯示幕，且該預約訊息還包括有選定的顯示幕。
