Abstract

This invention provides a cutting and implantation module for facial bone surgery and a production method thereof. The cutting and implantation module comprises a cutting guide plate and a bone implanting body. Both the cutting guide plate and the bone implanting body are in compliance with the pre-cut region set in a 3D model data according to a facial bone and outputted by a 3D printing approach. The cutting guide plate guides a user to cut out the bone in the pre-cut region, wherein the shape and size of the bone implanted are matched to that of the bone in the pre-cut region. When the bone implanted replaces the bone in the pre-cut region and is implanted to the facial bone region where the bone has been cut, the bone implanted can be adhered to the facial bone so as to maintain the original appearance of the facial bone.
