本發明提供一種保健氣體產生器,包括:一電解裝置,用以電解水,以產生一含氫氧混合氣體;以及一氣體混合系統,耦接電解裝置,以接收含氫氧混合氣體,並混合水蒸汽,霧化藥水,揮發精油或其組合,以產生一保健氣體,適於提供一使用者吸入。
Description
本發明係有關於一種保健氣體產生器,特別是有關於一種產生含氫氧混合氣體的保健氣體產生器。
一直以來,人類對於生命是十分地重視,許多醫療的技術的開發,都是用來對抗疾病,以延續人類的生命。過去的醫療方式大部分都是屬於被動,也就是當疾病發生時,再對症進行醫療,比如手術,給藥,甚至癌症的化學治療,放射性治療,或者慢性病的調養,復健,矯正等。但是近年來,許多醫學專家逐漸朝向預防性的醫學方法進行研究,比如保健食品的研究,遺傳性疾病篩檢與提早預防等,更是主動的針對未來性可能之發病進行預防。另外,為了延長人類壽命,許多抗老化,抗氧化的技術逐漸被開發,且廣泛地被大眾採用,包含塗抹的保養品,及抗氧化食物/藥物等。
近年來對於養生保健還有人提出芳香療法,芳香療法(Aromatherapy),又名香薰療法,是指藉由芳香植物所萃取出的精油(essential oil)做為媒介,並以按摩、泡澡、薰香等方式,經由呼吸道或皮膚吸收進入體內,來達到舒緩精神壓力與增進身體健康的一種自然療法。起源於古埃及,近代盛行於歐洲。法國化學家René Maurice Gattefossé 1928年發表其研
究成果於科學刊物上,首先運用此一名稱而開始了芳香療法。此外,經由Gattefoss'e的經驗也證實了植物精油在科學上的立論根據,亦即「植物精油因其極佳的滲透性,而能達到肌膚的深層組織,進而被細小的脈管所吸收,最後經由血液循環,到達被治療的器官」。
因此本發明係欲提出一種新穎的保健氣體產生器,所產生的保健氣體不但可以養生保健,包含舒緩精神壓力與增進身體健康,抗氧化/老化,還可以有某些治療效果。
本發明的觀點之一,在於提供一種保健氣體產生器,可以產生包含氫氧混合氣體的保健氣體,供應使用者吸入。
本發明的另一觀點,在於提供一種保健氣體產生器,可以產生包含氫氧混合氣體,並混合霧化藥水,水蒸汽或揮發精油,供應使用者吸入。
根據本發明之一實施例提供一種保健氣體產生器,包括:一電解裝置,用以電解水,以產生一含氫氧混合氣體;以及一氣體混合系統,耦接電解裝置,以接收含氫氧混合氣體,並混合水蒸汽,霧化藥水,揮發精油或其組合,以產生一保健氣體,適於提供一使用者吸入。
根據本發明的另一實施例之保健氣體產生器,更包括一添加氣體單元,配置於電解裝置與氣體混合系統之間,用以添加一氣體於含氫氧混合氣體中,以降低含氫氧混合氣體中之一氫氣濃度。其中添加之氣體為空氣,水蒸汽,鈍氣或其組合。
根據本發明的再一實施例之保健氣體產生器,更包括一流量
偵測器耦接於電解裝置,以偵測該含氫氧混合氣體的流量,並藉以控制該電解裝置中該含氫氧混合氣體的產出量。氣體混合系統更包括:一濕化器,耦接電解裝置,以接收含氫氧混合氣體,以產生一過濾後氣體。一霧化/揮發氣體混合槽,耦接濕化器,以接收過濾後氣體,並產生一霧化/揮發氣體與過濾後氣體混合,以形成保健氣體。
根據本發明的又一實施例之保健氣體產生器,更包括一轉向
閥配置於濕化器與霧化/揮發氣體混合槽之間,其中轉向閥可以選擇性連通濕化器與霧化/揮發氣體混合槽,使得霧化/揮發氣體與過濾後氣體混合,以形成該保健氣體。或者,選擇性阻斷濕化器與霧化/揮發氣體混合槽直接輸出過濾後氣體,以形成保健氣體。濕化器包括一純水槽,將含氫氧混合氣體導入一水槽或純水槽中進行過濾,以產生過濾後氣體。霧化/揮發氣體混合槽更包括一震盪器,適於對一液體進行霧化/揮發,產生霧化/揮發氣體。
液體可以為精油,藥水,純水或其組合。霧化/揮發氣體可以為揮發精油,霧化藥水,霧化水汽或其組合。使用者也可以透過控制震盪器的開或關,進行保健氣體的選擇,比如當震盪器為開,則霧化/揮發氣體與過濾後氣體混合,形成保健氣體。當震盪器為關,則不產生霧化/揮發氣體,保健氣體僅含有過濾後氣體。
根據本發明提供的保健氣體產生器,可以產生包含氫氧混合
氣體,並可選擇性混合霧化藥水,霧化水汽或揮發精油,以形成一保健氣體供使用者吸入。由於保健氣體中含有一定濃度的氫氣,使用者吸收後可以抗氧化,防老化。另外保健氣體中包含經醫師囑咐適用的霧化藥水,可以有助於使用者對藥水的吸收。再者,保健氣體中包含揮發精油,可以讓
使用者舒緩精神壓力與增進身體健康。

請參照圖一,其繪示本發明之一實施例之一種保健氣體產生器中電解裝置之示意圖。本發明中保健氣體係為一至少含有氫氣,氧氣之混合氣體,在本發明的某些實施例中,可以藉由電解水以產生含氫氧混合氣體。如圖所示,本發明的某些實施例中,電解裝置100包括一電解槽102,用以容納電解水104,電解水104主要成份為純水,視需要可以添加少量的電解質,比如氫氧化鈉,碳酸鈣,氯化鈉等。電解槽102中還包含電極106A,
106B,而電極106A,106B分別為一陰極電極及一陽極電極,並耦接至一電源(未繪示),以提供電解水所需之電能。在某些實施例中,電極106A,106B的極性可以是固定的,比如電極106A為陰極,電極106B為陽極。在其他實施例中,電極106A,106B的極性可以是交替變換的,比如在某一時間點,電極106A為陰極,電極106B為陽極;經過一預定時間後,在另一時間點切換成電極106A為陽極,電極106B為陰極,其後依此類推。
電解槽102中的電解水104,經過電極106A,106B通電後會
開始電解,而在陰極(負極)產生氫氣,陽極(正極)產生氧氣,且釋出於電解槽102的上部,而形成一含氫氧混合氣體108。而含氫氧混合氣體108由電解槽102的輸出管路110輸出,以作為後續的使用。當然,於另一個實施例中也可以將陰極產生之氫氣與陽極產生之氧氣,個別以一氣體導管導引出電解槽102,之後再進行混合而產生氫氧混合氣體。由於電解水104經過電解後所產生的氫氣及氧氣比例約為2:1(H2:O2),其中氫氣的比例可能超過66%。在某些實施例中,可以透過一添加氣體單元112,在輸出的含氫氧混合氣體108中再添加其他氣體,以降低含氫氧混合氣體108中氫氣的濃度,比如讓氫氣氣體體積之濃度降低介於2%~60%之間,例如是介於2%~4%之間。而添加的氣體可以是空氣,鈍氣(比如氮氣等),氧氣,水蒸氣,或上述氣體的任意組合。在另外的實施例中,也可以在輸出管路110中配置一流量偵測器114,可以偵測氣體的流量,根據此流量調整電解槽102中電壓或電流的大小(功率大小)來控制產氣量,以控制含氫氧混合氣體108輸出的流量,使得含氫氧混合氣體108進入下一個裝置,並與下一個裝置中的氣體混合時,氫氣的濃度可以降低。而所謂”調整”電解槽102中電壓或電流的大
小,也可以包含切斷電解槽102中電壓或電流(例如當流量偵測器114如偵測到不正常數值,譬如流量過高或過低時,流量偵測器114可以切斷電解槽102中電壓或電流)。值得注意的是,上述的添加氣體單元112及流量偵測器114,都是選擇性地使用,也就是可以同時使用,擇一使用,或完全不使用,而由其他可以降低氫氣濃度的裝置取代。此外電解槽102還可以包括一輸入管路116,用以補充電解槽102中的電解水104。在其他實施例中在輸出管路110中流量偵測器114也可以選擇性改為流量控制器,以控制含氫氧混合氣體108輸出的流量,使得含氫氧混合氣體108進入下一個裝置,並與下一個裝置中的氣體混合時,氫氣的濃度可以降低。
接著請參照圖二,繪示本發明之一實施例之一種保健氣體產
生器中氣體混合系統之示意圖。氣體混合系統200與圖一中的電解裝置100耦接,比如以管路202與圖一中電解裝置100的輸出管路110耦接,以接收含氫氧混合氣體108。氣體混合系統200包括一濕化器204,比如一水槽或純水槽,將接收的含氫氧混合氣體108導入內含的水或純水206中進行過濾,以產生一過濾後氣體208。在某些實施例中,濕化器204的目的在於過濾電解後的含氫氧混合氣體108中,除了氫氣與氧氣外,可能產生的其他氣體,比如氯氣。因此濕化器204的形式並不限於本實施例中的純水槽,也可以是適於吸收氫氣與氧氣外其他氣體或雜質的任何裝置。氣體混合系統200還包括一霧化/揮發氣體混合槽210,與濕化器204耦接,以接收過濾後氣體208,並與一霧化/揮發氣體212混合,以形成保健氣體214。霧化/揮發氣體混合槽210更包括一震盪器216,適於對霧化/揮發氣體混合槽210中液體218與液體220進行霧化,以產生霧化/揮發氣體212。液體218比如是純水,作為震盪霧化
的基液。液體220可以為精油,藥水,純水或其組合。因此所產生的霧化/揮發氣體212可以為揮發精油,霧化藥水,霧化水汽或其組合。
請參照圖三,其繪示本發明之另一實施例之一種保健氣體產
生器中氣體混合系統之示意圖。根據本發明的又一實施例之保健氣體產生器,更包括一轉向閥250配置於濕化器204與霧化/揮發氣體混合槽210之間。
其中轉向閥250可以選擇性連通濕化器204與霧化/揮發氣體混合槽210,使得霧化/揮發氣體212與過濾後氣體208A混合,以形成該保健氣體214。或者,轉向閥250可以選擇性阻斷濕化器204與霧化/揮發氣體混合槽210直接輸出過濾後氣體208B,以形成保健氣體。也就是說,使用者可以依據其需求透過轉向閥選擇,保健氣體是否需要混合揮發精油,霧化藥水或霧化水汽。
使用者可以選擇直接吸入僅含氫氧混合氣體的保健氣體,以有別於圖二所示的方式。
在另外的實施例中,使用者也可以其他方式來選擇保健氣體的組成,比如透過控制震盪器216的開或關,進行保健氣體的選擇。舉例來說,當震盪器216為開,則霧化/揮發氣體212與過濾後氣體208混合,形成保健氣體214。當震盪器216為關,則不產生霧化/揮發氣體,保健氣體214則僅含有過濾後氣體208。即透過控制震盪器216的開或關,可以使氣體混合系統選擇性地輸出該過濾後氣體208或該保健氣體214,供使用者吸入。
由上述實施例可知,保健氣體214中混合了包括氫氣,氧氣,並選擇性包括水蒸氣,揮發精油,霧化藥水,霧化水汽,以提供使用者(未繪示)吸入。經研究發現:人體因各種原因,(比如疾病,飲食,所處環境或生活習慣)引生的不安定氧(O+),亦稱自由基(有害自由基),可以與吸入的氫
混合成部份的水,而排出體外。間接減少人體自由基的數量,達到酸性體質還原至健康的鹼性體質,可以抗氧化,抗老化,進而也達到消除慢性疾病和美容保健效果。另外,經臨床研究,某些液態藥水經過霧化後形成1~5微米的藥水粒子,經由吸入的方式,而透過鼻黏膜或肺泡直接吸收,可以更有利於人體吸收,也就是說較少霧化藥水劑量即可達成原先一般口服或注射所需要藥劑量之治療效果,也因為使用少量霧化藥水劑量,也間接降低藥劑對人體產生之副作用。當然藥水也可以是口服藥溶於水後之混合液。因此,藉由具有氫氧氣與霧化藥水之保健氣體214,供人體吸入後可以達成更好之治療或醫療效果。甚至有臨床實驗顯示,對於一些久臥病床的病人,因為長期呼吸高濃度氧,造成的肺損傷,可以透過吸入氫氣以緩解肺損傷的症狀。而保健氣體中包含揮發精油,可以讓使用者舒緩精神壓力與增進身體健康。
藉由以上較佳具體實施例之詳述,係希望能更加清楚描述本發明之特徵與精神,而並非以上述所揭露的較佳具體實施例來對本發明之範疇加以限制。相反地,其目的是希望能涵蓋各種改變及具相等性的安排於本發明所欲申請之專利範圍的範疇內。雖然本發明已以實施方式揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何熟習此技藝者,在不脫離本發明之精神和範圍內,當可作各種之更動與潤飾,因此本發明之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (14)
- 一種保健氣體產生器,包括:一電解裝置,用以電解水,以產生一含氫氧混合氣體;以及一氣體混合系統,耦接該電解裝置,以接收該含氫氧混合氣體,並混合選自於由霧化藥水、揮發精油及其組合,所組成之族群中的一種霧化氣體,以產生一保健氣體,適於提供一使用者吸入。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之保健氣體產生器,其中該氣體混合系統更包括:一濕化器,耦接該電解裝置,以接收該含氫氧混合氣體,以產生一過濾後氣體;以及一霧化/揮發氣體混合槽,耦接該濕化器,以接收該過濾後氣體,其中該霧化/揮發氣體混合槽產生該霧化氣體與該過濾後氣體混合,以形成該保健氣體。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之保健氣體產生器,更包括一轉向閥配置於該濕化器與該霧化/揮發氣體混合槽之間,其中該轉向閥可以選擇性連通該濕化器與該霧化/揮發氣體混合槽,使得該霧化/揮發氣體與該過濾後氣體混合,以形成該保健氣體,或者選擇性阻斷濕化器與該霧化/揮發氣體混合槽直接輸出該過濾後氣體提供該使用者吸入。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之保健氣體產生器,其中該霧化/揮發氣體混合槽更包括一震盪器,適於對一液體進行霧化或揮發,產生該霧化氣體。
- 申請專利範圍第4項所述之保健氣體產生器,其中該液體係選自於由精油,藥水,純水及其組合,所組成的族群中的一種液體。
- 申請專利範圍第5項所述之保健氣體產生器,其中該霧化/揮發氣體混合槽更包括一震盪霧化基液,其中該液體置於該震盪霧化基液之上,而該震盪器置於該震盪霧化基液之下。
- 申請專利範圍第4項所述之保健氣體產生器,其中該使用者可以透過選擇該震盪器的開或關,使該氣體混合系統選擇性地輸出該過濾後氣體或該保健氣體。
- 一種保健氣體產生器,包括:一電解裝置,用以電解水,以產生一含氫氧混合氣體;以及一氣體混合系統,耦接該電解裝置,以接收該含氫氧混合氣體,並混合選自於由水蒸汽,霧化藥水,揮發精油及其組合,所組成之族群中的一種霧化氣體,以產生一保健氣體,適於提供一使用者吸入。
- 申請專利範圍第8項所述之保健氣體產生器,更包括一流量偵測器,耦接該電解裝置,以偵測該含氫氧混合氣體的流量,並藉以控制該電解裝置中該含氫氧混合氣體的產出量。
- 申請專利範圍第9項所述之保健氣體產生器,其中該流量偵測器可以切斷該電解裝置之一輸入電壓或一輸入電流。
- 申請專利範圍第8項所述之保健氣體產生器,更包括一流量控制器,耦接該電解裝置,以控制該含氫氧混合氣體進入該氣體混合系統中的流量。
- 申請專利範圍第8項所述之保健氣體產生器,更包括一添加氣體單元,配置於該電解裝置與該氣體混合系統之間,用以添加一氣體於該含氫氧混合氣體中,以降低該含氫氧混合氣體中之一氫氣氣體體積濃度,其中該氣體係自於由空氣,水蒸汽,鈍氣,氧氣及其組合,所組成之族群中的一種氣體。
- 申請專利範圍第12項所述之保健氣體產生器,其中該保健氣體中該氫氣氣體體積濃度介於約2%~60%之間。
- 申請專利範圍第8項所述之保健氣體產生器,其中該電解裝置包含兩個電極,其中該兩個電極的極性可以交替變換。
