Abstract
一種簡易式充氣閥構造,主要係於一底座中央設有一通孔,通孔底面設有一PU膜片,該膜片於對應通孔之外圍處設有至少一個孔洞,並經由高週波或模壓加工技術將膜片外周緣與底座壓合,一擠壓體設於底座上方,具受壓後可彈性回復之彈性,其內部具有一氣室空間,氣室頂部設有至少一穿孔,底部周緣則設有密封緣,且同樣經由其它加工技術結合於底座而形成一充氣閥構造,藉此使該充氣閥與另一氣囊結合成為一襯墊氣囊,並可按壓此充氣閥使氣囊達到充氣之效果。
Description
本發明有關一種具緩衝保護功效之襯墊氣囊的充氣閥構造,適用於裝置在球鞋、運動鞋、休閒鞋鞋體、安全帽或類似需為膨脹緩衝襯墊材結構產品上。
鞋子的設計除了美觀為第一要務外,功能性的考量亦是另一重視的要件,例如在鞋體內增設氣墊,據以提供避震緩衝的作用,讓使用者在行走、運動跑跳的過程中,足部可以獲得最佳之襯墊保護。而如於安全帽之內襯,亦有需要作襯墊後提供緩衝的需求。
而習用具有可充氣氣囊的鞋子設計,如美國專利第6,189,172號案所示,該泵浦與該洩氣閥所構成的組件,包含:一氣囊泵浦,具有一入口及一出口,該出口是用來將流體排出至氣囊內;一洩氣閥,具有一輸入口及一輸出口,該輸入口與氣囊作流體互通;其中該洩氣閥包含:閥體,由非柔性材料所構成,該閥體具有一從入口延伸至出口的內孔;一上端向內延伸的凸緣,該凸緣包含一底部表面、一頂部表面及一貫穿底部表面至頂部表面的內孔,該底部表面係用作為一氣閥座;一柱塞,貫穿該閥體之內孔,該柱塞具有一小直徑的上段部以使其能通過該上端向內延伸之凸緣的內孔,該柱塞更設有一具有較大直徑的下段部以使其無法通過該上端向內延伸之凸緣的內孔,該柱塞的下段部具有一與該上端向內延伸之凸緣的
底部表面並列的頂部表面及一底部表面;一環圈,以柔性材料製成,配置在該柱塞下段部與該上端向內延伸的凸緣之間。
然,前述的鞋子可充氣氣囊其泵浦與該洩氣閥與氣囊為以導管銜接,使用上必需於腳部穿鞋後再以手部按壓泵浦而充氣漲大鞋內氣囊,於鞋體外甚至暴露出泵浦與洩氣閥,外觀上無法達到簡潔。為此本發明人為求設計一種可安裝於運動鞋體內,其穿鞋方法一如常態普通鞋子的穿著習慣,使得穿鞋者於腳部穿鞋後,利用自然行走的過程便可達到氣囊的充氣,使鞋內空間柔軟防震有彈性地與腳掌接觸,使腳部與鞋子更舒適相合,對於腳部急遽運動時更顯得合腳之舒服感受,以提供消費大眾使用,為本發明所欲研創之動機。
本發明之主要目的,在提供一種簡易式充氣閥構造,可對襯墊襯設於鞋體內之氣囊擠壓充氣,藉以使足部得到完善的緩衝保護功效。
本發明之另一目的,在提供一種簡易式充氣閥構造,具有簡易之構件可減少製造成本,藉以增加市場之產品銷售競爭力。
為達上述目的,本發明所設計的簡易式充氣閥構造,係包含有:一底座、一PU膜片以及一擠壓體;其中該底座頂面中央處設有一管座,管座內則具有一通孔,而該PU膜片係對應於底座通孔之外圍處設有至少一個孔洞,並經由高週波或模壓加工技術將膜片外周緣壓合於通孔底面處,以形成一單向氣閥之形態設計,而該擠壓體其內部具有一氣室空間,氣室頂部設有至少一穿孔,底部周緣則設有密封緣,且同樣經由高週波或模壓加工技術將其壓合於底座上方,以組成一具氣室之充氣閥構造,使用時可
將該充氣閥結合於一氣囊之一側而成襯墊氣囊,並將該氣囊組製於鞋體內部。藉此,則可利用使用者行走時之踩踏過程,直接擠壓該充氣閥以填充氣囊空氣,令足部得到舒適且完整之包覆性,同時兼具更安全之保護功效。

請參第1、2圖,本發明所設計之簡易式充氣閥1構造,主要由一底座10、一PU膜片20以及一擠壓體30所組成;其中該底座10較佳為以TPU塑膠硬材所製成,且概呈一盤狀體,並於頂面中央處設有一管座11,管座11頂面設有呈凹凸狀之波浪面12,管座11內則具有一通孔13,實施時較佳可於通孔13底緣設有呈圓弧狀之倒角14,且於外側周緣設有多數支凸肋15,另底座10頂面之管座11外圍處更設有一凸環16。
該PU膜片20,係設於上述底座10通孔13之底面處,且大於通
孔13外徑處至少設有一孔洞,圖中較佳實施例為環設有多數個孔洞21,並將PU膜片20外周緣經由高週波或模壓加工技術與底座10壓合,以使膜片之各孔洞21對應地設置於通孔13之外圍處,以形成一單向閥形態設計。
該擠壓體30,係設於底座10上方,且為一具有彈性之材料所製成,其內部具有一氣室31空間,氣室31頂部設有一穿孔32,底部外側周緣設有密封緣33,同樣經由高週波或模壓加工技術將其密封緣33處壓合於底座10,以形成一具氣室之一充氣閥1構造。且於其它可行之實施例中,其中該擠壓體30於氣室頂部穿孔32上更可設有一單向閥(圖未視出)。而前述採用高週波或模壓加工技術結合元件之手段,亦可以黏劑黏合之手段替代。
請同時參第3~5圖所示,圖示實施時可將該簡易式充氣閥1結合於一氣囊40的一側,藉以成為一襯墊氣囊2裝置(如第3圖所示),故當施加壓力於充氣閥1之擠壓體30時,擠壓體30氣室31內部之空氣受到擠壓而朝底座10之通孔13排出,而通孔13底部之PU膜片20將受到排出氣體壓力的擠壓而產生些許之細縫,此時空氣則會經由PU膜片20之各孔洞進入氣囊40內(如第4、4A圖所示);而當施於擠壓體30之壓力釋放時,該擠壓體30則會產生一彈性回復力,空氣則可由頂部之穿孔32進入氣室31內填充,此時通孔13底部之PU膜片20將同時受到氣室31之負壓作用與氣囊40內氣體之壓力而向上緊貼於通孔13,並因膜片材質之特性而具有些微的韌性,使得PU膜片20於通孔13處形成一凹弧面(如第5、5A圖所示),而與通孔31周緣緊密的完全貼合,藉以達到氣體之逆止效果,進而形成一單向閥形態的設計,如此反覆擠壓作用以完成氣囊40空氣之填充。
藉此,當襯墊氣囊2組製於鞋體內部時,使用者則可透過行
走時之踩踏過程連續的按壓充氣閥1,使空氣填充至氣囊40中膨脹,進而使足部能得到舒適之包覆性與良好的保護功效。
另於圖式未揭示之其它範疇實施例,亦可將本發明應用於作為安全帽內襯元件,同樣可穿戴頭部後進行擠壓充氣完成包覆,於脫帽前進行洩壓即可。
綜上所述,本發明確可達到之預期目的,不僅可提供一種舒適且安全保護足部之襯墊氣囊的簡易式充氣閥構造,且具有低製造成本之優益性,具有實用價值無疑,爰依法提出專利申請。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之較佳實施例,當不能用以限定本發明可實施之範圍,凡習於本業之人士所作明顯的變化與修飾,皆應視為不悖離本發明之實質內容。

Claims (6)
- 一種簡易式充氣閥構造,設有一底座、一PU膜片及一擠壓體所組成,其特徵在於:該底座係概呈一盤狀體,且其頂面中央處設有一管座,管座內則具有一通孔;該PU膜片係設於上述通孔底部,且於對應底座通孔之外圍處設有至少一個孔洞,並經由高週波或模壓加工或其它加工技術技術將膜片外周緣與底座結合;該擠壓體係設於底座上方,具受壓後可彈性回復之彈性,其內部具有一氣室空間,氣室頂部設有至少一穿孔,底部周緣則設有密封緣,且同樣經由高週波或模壓加工技術或其它加工技術技術結合於底座,藉此以形成一充氣閥構造。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之簡易式充氣閥構造,其中底座通孔底緣設有呈圓弧狀之倒角。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之簡易式充氣閥構造,其中底座中央管座之頂面係呈凹凸狀之波浪面。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之簡易式充氣閥構造,其中底座於頂面外圍處設有一凸環。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之簡易式充氣閥構造,其中底座於PU膜片外側周緣設有多數支凸肋。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之簡易式充氣閥構造,其中擠壓體氣室頂部穿 孔上更設有單向閥。
