Abstract
本發明主要提供一種可讓使用者利用簡單插接動作即可形成接觸導通,而適於日光燈管、省電燈管或類似燈管之結構。本發明所揭露之發光二極體燈管設有一光源模組以及二端蓋,而該連接器則用以將二端蓋分別連接於該光源模組二端側,該連接器至少包含有:絕緣本體、導電片以及連接端子,該絕緣本體設有一插槽,該連接端子設於該插槽內並與該導電片連接,該連接端子設有至少二彈性端子部,透過各端蓋之導電端子直接插接於該連接器,並與各彈性端子部形成接觸導通,以傳導電力,使具有簡易組裝,且一般人皆可更換維修套件。
Description
本發明係有關發光二極體燈管之連接器,特別是指一種可讓使用者利用簡單插接動作即可形成接觸導通,而適於日光燈管、省電燈管或類似燈管之連接器。
按,早期日光燈之燈管的材質大多為玻璃,且日光燈管內部含有少量的水銀,故,在拿取或裝設上需極為小心,因不小心打破日光燈管的話,其內部之水銀流出會對環境造成傷害,且人體不小心碰觸到或吸附到的話,也會造成中毒現象;且傳統日光燈雖便宜,但其廢棄物有汞污染或易碎等缺點者。
然,目前的日光燈新一代的改良,採用發光二極體(LED)來發光,其結構上也跟早期的日光燈設計是一樣的,以能適用早期的燈架。
請參閱第一圖所示,係指出該習知LED燈管的結構主要係包括一中空管體11、一發光模組12及兩外接模組13。其中該中空管體11包括一座體110及一燈罩111蓋設在該座體上。該發光模組12包括電路板120及複數LED121結合在該些電路板120上,且該電路板120上具電路與該些LED121電氣連接,該電路在該電路板120靠近兩側邊處分別具有兩導接區塊123。該兩外接模組13係結合在該中空管體11的兩端,每一外接模組包括一端蓋130、一固定塊131及兩端子。該端蓋130利用一螺栓133結合在該座體110上,該固定塊
131係以螺栓133螺鎖在該座體110上。該兩端子包括一嵌塊136及一導柱137。該嵌塊136嵌入該固定塊131中且一側由該固定塊131下方露出,並與外側電路板120上之外側邊的導接區塊123相焊接接觸。該導柱137延伸自該嵌塊136的一端面且由該端蓋130伸出至外部。
然而習知技術之缺點如下:
1.該外接模組組裝動作繁複,組裝成本較高。
2.焊接品質難以用肉眼判斷,因此有可能產生細小的裂縫,並且焊接人員水準若參差不齊,亦容易影響焊接品質。
3.一般LED燈管仍延用習用之燈座結構,則LED燈管插入習用燈座結構之插座時,因需旋轉90度始能接通電源,如此將使LED燈管之照射面也偏離90度,使LED燈管下方一側無法獲得照明。
有鑒於此,本發明即在提供一種可讓使用者利用簡單插接動作即可形成接觸導通,而適於日光燈管、省電燈管或類似燈管之連接器,為其主要目的者。
為達上述目的,本發明之燈管設有一光源模組以及二端蓋,而該連接器則用以將二端蓋分別連接於該光源模組二端側,該連接器至少包含有:絕緣本體、導電片以及連接端子,該絕緣本體設有一插槽,該連接端子設於該插槽內並與該導電片連接。
其中,該連接端子設有至少二彈性端子部,透過各端蓋之導電端子直接插接於該連接器,並與各彈性端子部形成接
觸導通,以傳導電力,使具有簡易組裝,且一般人皆可更換維修套件。
依據上述主要技術特徵,所述絕緣本體底部設有至少一突出之定位柱。
依據上述主要技術特徵,所述絕緣本體二側邊分別形成二開口,可供該導電片之二焊接部穿設而出。
依據上述主要技術特徵,所述第二導接部與各彈性端子部間形成有環狀連接部。
依據上述主要技術特徵,所述連接端子設有三個彈性端子部,各彈性端子部係以夾角為120度配置。
依據上述主要技術特徵,所述第一導接部可以設有穿孔,以供連接端子之第二導接部相套接。
依據上述主要技術特徵,所述燈管本體與該帽蓋間進一步設有滑動定位結構,該滑動定位結構係設有至少一凸肋以及可收容該凸肋之環槽,該凸肋兩側並設有切槽,由該凸肋及該環槽之相互卡掣,使該燈管本體與該帽蓋得以定位。
依據上述主要技術特徵,所述凸肋係設於該帽蓋之內環壁處,而該環槽則設於該燈管本體靠近二端側之外表面處。

及第三圖係本發明一較佳實施例連接器結構剖視圖所示,該連接器40至少包含有:絕緣本體41、導電片42以及連接端子43,其中:該絕緣本體41設有一插槽411,該插槽411前端形成有一插入口412,請同時參閱第四圖所示,其後端並形成有一開孔413,該絕緣本體41二側邊並分別形成二開口414,各開口414係與該插槽411相通。
該導電片42設於該絕緣本體41相對於該開孔413處,該導電片42設有位於該開孔413處之第一導接部421,以及由該第一導接部421朝二側延伸至該絕緣本體41側邊之焊接部422,並由各開口414穿設而出。
該連接端子43設於該插槽411內,該連接端子43設有第二導接部431,用以與第一導接部421相互連接,該第二導接部431並朝該插入口412延伸有至少二彈性端子部432,如圖所示實施例中,該連接端子43設有三個彈性端子部432,各彈性端子部432係以夾角為120度配置,而該第二導接部431與各彈性端子部432間形成有環狀連接部433,各彈性端子部432形成有內縮之連接部434以及末端朝外擴張之外擴部435;其中,該第一導接部421可以設有穿孔423,以供連接端子之第二導接部431相套接。
整體使用時,如第五圖及第六圖所示,該發光二極體燈管主要設有一燈管本體20,該燈管本體20內並設有光源模組21,該光源模組21並設有一電路板211以及設於該電路板211上複數發光二極體212,而該燈管本體20相對於該電路板211之二端側則分別設有二端蓋30,各端蓋30係設有
二電性端子31,而於各端蓋30內側則分別設有一導電端子32,該導電端子32係與該電性端子31連接,而該連接器則用以構成各端蓋30與該電路板211間之電性連接。
組裝時,該連接器40係設置於該光源模組之電路板211上,並使該插入口412朝向電路板211之外側,藉由該導電片之焊接部422焊接於該電路板21上,用以構成該連接器40與該電路板211之電性連接;請同時參閱第七圖所示,當端蓋30插接於該連接器40時,該端蓋之導電端子32由該插入口412插入,先利用各彈性端子部之外擴部435略向外擴張,以方便讓該導電端子32繼續朝後端移動至定位,此時各內縮之連接部434並可構成與該導電端子32之電性連接;另外,該絕緣本體41底部設有至少一突出之定位柱415,而該電路板21設有至少一收容該定位柱415之定位孔213,使該連接器40可更穩固定位於該電路板21上。
當本發明之燈管插入習用燈座結構時,該端蓋之電性端子31以及導電端子32藉由該連接器40與電路板211形成一電流迴路,使發光二極體212因接收到電力而發光發亮。故本發明可利用簡單插接動作即可構成端蓋與燈管之組裝,使其具有易組裝、易維修、易檢測、易更換零組件,進而增加實用性。
再者,該燈管本體與該帽蓋間進一步設有滑動定位結構,如第五圖所示,該滑動定位結構係設有至少一凸肋22以及可收容該凸肋22之環槽23,該凸肋22兩側並設有切槽24,如圖所示之實施例中,該凸肋22係設於各帽蓋30之內表面處,而該環槽23則設於該燈管本體20靠近二端側之外
表面處,藉由各切槽24提供該凸肋22彈性,以便於收容於該環槽23內,由該凸肋22及該環槽23之相互卡掣,使該燈管本體20與各帽蓋30得以定位。
當本創作之燈管插入習用燈座結構,並形成一電流迴路時,可同時利用該凸肋22可於該環槽23內進行滑動,使該燈管本體20與各帽蓋30可具有360度之相對旋轉,如第八圖所示,可構成燈管本體及電路板211來對應方位迴轉,以調整使用之需求照射角度。
再者,該凸肋22亦可係設於該燈管本體20靠近二端側之外表面處,如第九圖所示,而該環槽23則設於各帽蓋30之內表面處,同樣可使該燈管本體20與各帽蓋30相互定位,並可形成相對旋轉。
如上所述,本發明提供發光二極體燈管一較佳可行之連接器,爰依法提呈發明專利之申請;本發明之技術內容及技術特點巳揭示如上,然而熟悉本項技術之人士仍可能基於本發明之揭示而作各種不背離本案發明精神之替換及修飾。因此,本發明之保護範圍應不限於實施例所揭示者,而應包括各種不背離本發明之替換及修飾,並為以下之申請專利範圍所涵蓋。

Claims (9)
- 一種發光二極體燈管之連接器,該發光二極體燈管主要設有一燈管本體,該燈管本體內並設有光源模組,該光源模組並設有一電路板以及設於該電路板上複數發光二極體,而該燈管本體相對於該電路板之二端側則分別設有二端蓋,各端蓋係設有二電性端子,而於各端蓋內側則分別設有一導電端子,該導電端子係與該電性端子連接,而各端蓋於該電路板間則設有連接器以構成電性連接,且該連接器至少包含有:絕緣本體,該絕緣本體設有一插槽,該插槽前端形成有一插入口,其後端並形成有一開孔;導電片,設於該絕緣本體相對於該開孔處,該導電片設有位於該開孔處之第一導接部,以及由該第一導接部朝二側延伸至該絕緣本體側邊之焊接部;以及連接端子,設於該插槽內,該連接端子設有第二導接部,用以與第一導接部相互連接,該第二導接部並朝該插入口延伸有至少二彈性端子部,各彈性端子部形成有內縮之連接部以及末端朝外擴張之外擴部。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述發光二極體燈管之連接器,其中,該絕緣本體底部設有至少一突出之定位柱。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述發光二極體燈管之連接器,其中,該絕緣本體二側邊分別形成二開口,可供該導電片之二焊接部穿設而出。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述發光二極體燈管之連接器,其中,該第二導接部與各彈性端子部間形成有環狀連接 部。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述發光二極體燈管之連接器,其中,該連接端子設有三個彈性端子部,各彈性端子部係以夾角為120度配置。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述發光二極體燈管之連接器,其中,該第一導接部可以設有穿孔,以供連接端子之第二導接部相套接。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述發光二極體燈管之連接器,其中,該燈管本體與該帽蓋間進一步設有滑動定位結構,該滑動定位結構係設有至少一凸肋以及可收容該凸肋之環槽,該凸肋兩側並設有切槽,由該凸肋及該環槽之相互卡掣,使該燈管本體與該帽蓋得以定位。
