Abstract

本發明共為兩件式組合而成,一為頭部光療器,另一為頸部光療器。本發明的頭部光療器之內部係使用660nm波長紅光及940nm波長近紅外光,透過時間及程序控制照射頭部,毛囊細胞接受到光的能量,增強毛囊細胞的粒腺體產生大量的核甘三磷酸(Adenosine Triphosphate)(ATP),使受損害或萎縮的毛囊細胞獲得再生及修護的功能。本頭部光療器之結構使用可調整之頭盔,可適應不同頭型的大小,充分使光照部分緊密與頭接觸,可防止鬆脫進而影響光照的效果。另有頸部光療器附於頭盔下方,頸部光療器內部安裝660nm波長紅光及940nm波長近紅外光,此作用為促進頸部的血液循環,可讓頭部血液更流暢,增快健髮及生髮之速度,並可解除頸部酸痛及緊繃。

Description

健髮儀
本發明為禿髮及健髮的新療程,利用特殊波長(5ψ660nm紅光及5ψ940nm近紅外光)及固定能量(功率)發光二極(LED),660nm紅光補充毛囊細胞能量,促使毛囊細胞增生核甘三磷酸,進而修護生髮,940nm近紅外光可增加頭皮血液循環,加快修護時間,其中供應LED之電流非常重要,過高對健髮會有不良反應,過低則無效果。
另僅有本發明為全世界首先使用660nm紅光LED及940nm近紅外光LED,作為健髮及生髮之運用。
已有部分醫療業使用低能量之雷射光進行健髮療程,但無使用LED之療程及儀器。
承如所知,現今能有效治療落髮及禿髮的醫療方法寥寥無幾,患者如欲有效的治療落髮之問題,往往需要大量的金錢的花費及長達數月的漫長的療程,無疑是對患者極大的考驗。
本發明人之一係引用本身對光線療法之醫療基礎及使用自行研發且已在台灣衛生署核可上市的”嶸元”光療儀,進行初步的實驗,發現使用660nm紅光及940nm紅外光照射頭部時,會有效的防止掉髮及促進頭髮再生,故進而發明本健髮儀。
本發明內容係將LED串接於軟性PCB板上,因使用軟性PCB板,故可依照LED固定座之弧度將LED順利安裝於LED固定座內,而LED串接方式為先接660nm紅光再接940nm紅外光,每一串接電路共串接6顆LED,每一串接電路之電源,均接續至LED驅動器(LED driver),LED驅動器供應電源均為定電流源,而LED驅動器由可程式微處理器(Microcontroller Unit)控制,由可程式微處理器控制LED的照射時間及照射區域。
共有三組LED PCB,分別固定於各個LED固定座後,使用螺絲固定於上頭盔、後頭盔及頸部外殼內。
頭盔上設有調整旋鈕,可方便調整頭盔,以適合不同頭型使用。
電源連接方式依續為:交換式直流變壓器→手動選擇控制器→頸部光療器→頭部光療器。而頸部光療器或頭部光療器皆可單獨使用。
頭部光療器部分:將上頭盔LED PCB 11固定於上頭盔LED固定座12後用螺絲固定於上頭盔21。將後頭盔LED PCB 31固定於後頭盔LED固定座32後用螺絲固定於後頭盔41。
將調節螺栓22分別置入上頭盔21的左右耳,並將後頭盔41及頭箍51插入上頭盔21的左右耳,將耳罩23分別用螺絲固定於上頭盔21的左右耳上,再將調節旋鈕24分別插入上頭盔21的左右耳,此調節旋鈕24可調整頭箍51之移動,可方便不同頭圍的人使用,並可固定頭部光療器於患者之頭部。
頸部光療器部分:將頸部LED PCB 61固定於頸部LED固定座62後用螺絲固定於頸圈外蓋71,此頸圈外蓋71附有自黏扣72,可將頸部光療器固定於患者之頸部。
頭部光療器及頸部光療器皆可單獨或共同使用。
將控制器81之電源線插入頸部光療器及頭部光療器,控制器81之電源來自交換式電源供應器91,交換式電源供應器91之規格是輸入AC 100~240V、輸出為DC 24V 1.5A。控制器81可設定光照的時間,其可設定時間最長為30分鐘,最短為10分鐘,當照射完畢時有音響提示。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種治療禿髮及健髮的裝置,包括:同時使用兩種LED光源,660nm紅光及940nm近紅外光照射頭部及頸部。
  2. 如請求項1所述僅使用LED 660nm紅光之頭部及頸部照射裝置。
  3. 如請求項1所述僅使用LED 940nm近紅外光之頭部及頸部照射裝置。
