Each of the above-mentioned sensors is composed of a stool detecting sensor for detecting the discharged stool or a urine detecting sensor for detecting the discharged urine. [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. Hei. No. Hei. No. Hei. No. Hei. No. Hei. No. Hei. No. Hei. No. 2006-209168. Since the automatic defecation treatment device is a structure in which the diaper-like cover is directly attached to the bedding bed, when a leak of washing water or urine is generated between the bedding bed and the diaper cover, the bedding bed is inside. As the water leakage expands, there will be concerns about wetting the bed. Moreover, it is a very troublesome structure for the patient to attach the diaper-like cover to the inguinal region. Further, when the diaper-like cover is attached to the groin portion, there is no way to sufficiently fit it. Further, when the diaper-like cover is attached to the inguinal region in the supine state, the buttocks outside the diaper cover are not sufficiently stabilized, so that pain occurs in the buttocks and the groin. Further, the diaper frame body is additionally provided to make the structure of the diaper cover body complicated. Here, the inventors of the present invention have developed a technique in which a part of the diaper-like cover is attached to the bedding, and the portion where the defecation is treated is attached to the groin of the patient, thereby eliminating various disadvantages of the conventional automatic defecation treatment device. In particular, the technique of the present invention is as shown in Fig. 41, in which the support hole 1041 having the U-shaped missing hole 1042 is fitted in the insertion hole 1012 of the center -6-201200116 of the bed 10 1 1 . Further, the diaper 1021 is placed between the bed 1011 and the urination treatment body 051, covering the patient's groin to prevent scattering or leakage of dirt, and to prevent the odor from escaping while not being visible from the outside, without Will cause the patient's shy mood. However, even in such automatic defecation treatment devices, the groin is fixed integrally with the treatment device, so that when the patient urinates, the waist cannot move left and right, and when the patient's buttocks move away from the predetermined position, the treatment is increased. The load of the device hinders the integration with the groin, causes the dirt to leak to the outside, or reduces the detection accuracy of various sensors, and causes dysfunction, which causes an undesired concern that the cleaning function cannot improve the predetermined result. It is an object of the present invention to provide a support frame for urinating the treatment body in which the abdomen is placed in the groin, and to be shaken left and right on the upper surface of the pedestal for the bedding bed, when the patient's buttocks are slightly moved and urinated. The treatment body will also follow the movement and shake to create a sense of unity, which can prevent dirt from leaking as much as possible, and will not become an obstacle to the function of the sensor, and further improve the sense of fit during installation, and can be used without pain, and can be used. When the bed 11 (see Fig. 1) is mounted on the pedestal 310 of the hole 12, the projection 36 of the guide passage 34 is fitted into the tube passage 13 communicating with the mounting hole 12. The support frame body 3 1 configured as described above forms a U-shaped U-shaped space 37 between the outer peripheral wall 33 and the belt-shaped guide passage 34. The inner bottom surface of the U-shaped space 37 is formed into a concave semicircle. arc. In the U-shaped space 37, a substantially U-shaped buttock mounting pad 41 (see Fig. 1) which will be described later is fitted. In this manner, the outer bottom surface 38 a (see FIG. 2 ) is formed as a convex semi-arc support frame 31 , and the inner bottom surface is swingably placed on the pedestal 310 of the concave semicircular arc, as will be described later. Corresponding to the patient's hip or waist movement - 21 - 201200116 Shake around to absorb the hip's offset. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the support frame 31 is shaken by the offset or movement of the hip of the patient, and is provided with the adjustment of the pedestal 310 for a range and a certain angle. Construction. That is, in the center of the support frame 31, a belt path 34 is provided which protrudes outside the frame of the front wall bracket 31 of the frame body, and of course, the guide wall front wall 33a on both sides thereof More prominent. The support frame 31 having such a structure is placed on the pedestal, and the right and left projections i disposed on the front wall 315 of the pedestal 310 are in a state of facing the outer side of the guide wall 35. Therefore, when the support frame 31 is rocked in one direction, the front ends of the projections 313, 313 abut, and can no longer exceed this. In addition, since such a certain range of shaking can be performed only on the bottom plate of the convex semicircular arc. In the front end portion of the front end portion 32, the guide wall 35 which protrudes further forward than the bottom plate 3 2 must be formed in a flat shape at the front end portion of the bottom plate 32 of the convex semicircular arc, that is, as shown in Fig. 7, in the support frame When the body 31 is not in position, the engaging piece 320 of the pedestal 310 is positioned in the space 3 2b formed by the flat, and the supporting frame 3 1 can be shaken without being connected to the bottom of the supporting frame 3 1 . As described above, the swing range is limited to a range in which the protruding 3 1 3 abuts against the guide wall 35. The seat 3 3 0 has a guiding passage 5 33a which restricts the shaking of the whole stopping means, and the facing branch 3 5 is also 3 3 3 ' 3 1 3 of the pedestal 3 1 0 from the time of the frame 3 1 0 3 Shake. Move, must be in part, also on the lateral side, g face 32a. The shaking of the middle face 32a is reversed by the 3 2 interference, and the protrusions 3 13 and -22- 201200116. However, as shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, when the movement is further sought, the hand is resisted by the spring force of the spring. Sheet 3 20 is fixed. In this state, the upper end edge portion of the outer bottom surface of the guide passage 34 is slid, that is, when the hand is resisted by the spring, the abutting tab 320 is pressed and buried. When the guide wall 35 is released, as shown in FIG. 9, the upper end surface 320a of the outer bottom surface 34a of the guide passage 34 is 320, 320, and the support frame 31 further increases the inclination angle. The engaging piece 320 is buried by the human hand and is fixed by the above-described protrusion 34 〇 and the recess 327. The material of the buttocks 41 is a soft material in which the nails are sealed, and is a feeling that the hips of the patient are placed on the skin of the buttocks. In particular, good ventilation, which is excellent in water repellency and water absorption, and which does not retain moisture, must have materials and feelings that prevent acne in patients. Further, the thickness of the buttocks 4 1 is at least equal to that of the bedding bed 1 and the outer peripheral wall 3 3 of the support frame 31 (see the above-mentioned shaking, 32 pressing 34a at the card guide 35). Abutting, the shaking of the clamping piece, no state, in order to understand the engagement of the release of the U 35 can be embedded in the acid, such as the acid, water, and the installation of Figure 2) more - 23- 201200116 High. When the buttock mounting pad 41 is fitted into the mounting hole 12 of the U-shaped space 37 that is fitted in the support frame 31, the U-shaped notch space 42 in the center of the buttocks 41 in the substantially U-shaped shape is embedded. The substantially U-shaped buttocks 41 for guiding the guide walls 35 of the guide passages 34 of the support frame 31 are in a state of surrounding the guide passages 34. Therefore, in a state where the buttocks 41 are fitted in the U-shaped space 37 of the support frame 31, the U-shaped notch space 4 2 of the buttocks 41 is integrated with the guide passage 34. Further, the bottom surface of the buttocks 41 is formed into a convex semicircular arc shape. Therefore, when the buttocks 41 are attached to the U-shaped space 37 in the support frame 31, the support frame 31 can be attached to the support frame 31. The inner bottom surface of the concave semi-circular arc is uniform and becomes a tight mounting. Further, in the U-shaped space 37 of the support frame 31, even if the washing water leaking from the urination treatment body 51 is soaked by the circumferential surface of the buttocks 41, the water leakage can be stored and prevented from being leaked. By forming a vacuum in the vacuum chamber 408, a stronger negative pressure is generated, and the dirt in the urination treatment body 51 can be more efficiently sucked. Further, the solenoid valves 95 and 96, the muffler 404, the two-base malodor removal filters 407a and 407a, and the muffler 407b are configured as one unit to constitute the filter unit 607. The structure of the automatic urination treatment device K and the treatment of the urination thereof are performed as described above, but the first aspect of the present invention is that, in this configuration, the support frame 31 on the pedestal 310 is excessive. When the shake-33-201200116 is activated, the cleaning operation in the project is stopped. In other words, the adjustment means 3 1 2, 3 1 2 for restricting the shaking of the support frame 3 1 are provided in the pedestal 310, but the engagement piece 3 20 of the adjustment stop means 3 1 2 is provided. When it is buried in the pedestal 3 1 0 and the shaking limit is released, when the waist of the patient is greatly shifted or twisted, when the support frame 31 is shaken and washed, there is a washing water to urinate. When the treatment body 5 1 leaks out, and the bedding bed 11 or the diaper 21 is contaminated, the next technique for allowing the patient to perform a comfortable washing process even in such a state is developed. . In other words, when the support frame 1 for detecting the oscillating state is provided in the support frame 3 1 and the support frame 31 of the urination treatment body 51 is detected to be shaken within a certain range or more, the stool treatment project or urination described later is stopped. Handle each cleaning action of the project. As a detecting means for detecting the rocking state of the support frame 3 1, a magnetic sensor 230, an infrared sensor, and a gradient sensing sensor which will be described later are used. As the detecting means, an electronic device such as an angle sensor that directly calculates a pan angle can be used. As the detecting means, as shown in Fig. 22, a magnetic field 230 that senses the magnetic field 设置 of the magnet 2 3 1 provided in the pedestal 310, and detects the rocking angle is provided. The magnet 23 1 is disposed at a central position in the width direction of the pedestal 310, and a support frame 31 formed upward forms a magnetic field Μ. The magnetic sensor 230 is a through hole 34a provided in the guide passage 34 of the support frame 31. The magnetic sensor 203 senses the magnetic field 产生 generated from the magnet 231 according to the rocking angle of -34 - 201200116 of the support frame 31, and transmits a predetermined signal corresponding to the shaking angle to the processing operation portion C. Further, the magnetic sensor 230 is connected to the processing operation unit C by wiring (not shown). Next, an operation state of the magnetic sensor 230 for supporting the respective rocking angles of the housing 31 will be described. FIG. 22 shows a state in which the rocking angle of the reference frame 31 of the pedestal 310 is set to 0°, and FIG. 23 shows a state in which the rocking angle of the support frame 31 that is slightly rocked with respect to the pedestal 310 by the frame 310 is 5°. . When the rocking angle of the support frame 31 is 0° to 14°, the magnetic sensor 230 senses the magnetic field 磁 of the magnet 2 31 and sends a predetermined signal to the processing operation unit C. The processing operation unit C determines whether or not the rocking angle transmitted from the magnetic sensor 230 described later is equal to or greater than a certain angle, that is, since the rocking angle is 0° to 1 4° smaller than a certain angle, the stool is started to be processed. The cleaning action of the treatment project or the urination treatment project. Next, the solenoid valve 91 is closed, and the solenoid valve 92 is opened to cause the pressurizing pump 6 00 to move only for a predetermined time. In this way, the warm water is sent from the warm water tank 50 1 to the washing nozzle line 603, and the washing water is sprayed from the washing nozzle 203 to wash the stool attached to the patient's anus (the washing operation of the anus). . The solenoid valve 92 is closed, and the number of washing operations of the washed buttocks and the washing operation of the anus is further repeated twice. On the other hand, when the patient largely twists the waist, the rocking angle 15 of the support frame 31 of the pedestal 310 is quite large for the pedestal 3 10 support frame 31 being largely shaken. At the time (see Fig. 24), the magnetic sensor 230 cannot sense the magnetic field 磁 of the magnet 2 3 1 , and at this time, the predetermined signal is sent to the -35-201200116 processing operation unit C. The processing operation unit C determines whether or not the rocking angle 15° transmitted from the magnetic sensor 230 described later exceeds a certain angle or more, and when it is determined that the rocking angle 15° is larger than a certain angle, the stool treatment process or the urination process is stopped. Control of each washing action of the project. In other words, in the above-described underarm washing operation of the stool treatment project or the urination treatment project, and in the above-described buttock washing operation, first, the solenoid valve 91 is opened from the control of the washing operation by the stop processing operation portion C. The state of the state to the closed state stops the operation of the pressurizing pump 600. Thereby, the warm water supply from the warm water tank 501 to the line 602a, the three-way valve 74, the underarm nozzle line 205b, and the buttock line 602c is stopped. That is, the washing water that has been sprayed from the underarm nozzle 202 to the vicinity of the patient through the underarm nozzle line 602b is stopped (the stop of the armpit washing operation). Further, the water supply (the stop of the buttock washing operation) of the washing water sprayed from the buttocks nozzle 104 to the buttocks of the patient via the buttocks nozzle line 602c is further performed. On the other hand, in the cleaning operation of the anus, the electromagnetic valve 91 is closed, and the electromagnetic valve 92 is opened to wash the washing water from the washing nozzle 203. Then, based on the control of the cleaning operation by the processing unit C, the solenoid valve 92 is first closed to stop the operation of the pressure pump 600. As a result, the warm water from the warm water tank 501 to the washing nozzle line 603 is stopped, and the water is sprayed from the washing nozzle 203 to the washing water near the anus of the patient (the stopping of the washing operation of the anus). Further, in the pulverization process of the stool, the pressurized water pump 600 is sprayed from the water discharge nozzle 505 as the washing water through the water nozzle line 605 through the water from the water tank 501 in the water tank 501. Then, the control of the above-described cleaning operation by the operation unit C is stopped according to the stop -36 - 201200116. First, the electromagnetic valve 93 is closed to stop the operation of the pressure pump 600. By this, 'stop the water supply from the warm water tank 510 to the hot water of the nozzle line 605, and stop the water from the nozzle 156 to the discharge passage 8 1 (washing the stool) The action stops). According to such a configuration, when the patient greatly twists the waist or the buttocks, the shaking is detected by the detecting means, and when the detected shaking angle is equal to or greater than a certain angle, the respective washing operations are stopped, so that the storage is prevented. When the water level of the washing water in the urination treatment body 51 is inadvertently raised, the washing water does not leak from the urination treatment body 51, and the diaper or the bedding bed 11 is soiled. It has the effect of being clean and often used. Further, the present invention is characterized in that a curved portion is formed in a part of such a urination passage. In other words, as shown in FIG. 25, the urination and the washing water discharged from the patient P into the urination treatment body 51 are transported outside the bedding bed 11 via the discharge pipe 103, and are provided in a part of the urination passage. The curved portion 150 blocks the urination and the washing water, and the water level rises, so that the space above the tube cross-sectional direction of the urination passage is sealed or narrowed. Then, in this state, when the suction is performed, the upper space in the cross-sectional direction of the tube in which the urination passage is closed is closed, and the urination passage in the lower hand side is in a negative pressure state, and the urination and washing water pass. The discharge passage 81, the check valve cover 66, and the discharge pipe 103 of the urination treatment body 51 are quickly conveyed toward the storage tank 300 of the excrement storage unit D. In addition, when the urination and the washing water flow in the bending-37-201200116 portion 1 50 of the urination passage, the urination and the washing water in the center of the tube section of the urination passage are due to the bending portion. The curvature of 150 generates a centrifugal force, and generates a first water flow F1 from the lower portion 150b of the curved portion 150 toward the upper portion 150a (or from the upper portion 150a toward the lower portion 150b), and further, the upper portion 150a and the lower portion 150b of the curved portion 150 of the urination passage, due to Since the pressure distribution is different, the second water flow F2 is generated from the upper portion 150a of the curved portion 150 toward the lower portion 150b (or from the lower portion 150b toward the upper portion 150a) by the action of the pressure gradient force, and the first water flow F1 and the second water flow are generated by the first water flow F1 and the second water flow. F2 produces eddy current F3. The urination and washing water can be quickly discharged to the urination passage together with the vortex F3. Further, in the urination passage, there is no urinary urination and the accumulation of washing water, and the odor generated from the urination passage can be prevented, and the urination can be effectively and frequently used. The curved portion 150 is provided at one position at any position of the above-described urination passage, but may be provided at a plurality. According to such a configuration, the urination and the washing water in the urination passage from the leading end side to the terminal side of the urination treatment body 5 1 and the discharge tube can be efficiently and surely carried out. In the discharge passage 81 of the urination passage, the urination and the washing water are not deposited and accumulated, and the odor generated from the discharge passage 81 can be prevented, and the sterilizing effect can be used frequently. The air bladder 151 has, for example, a semi-conical shape in a bulged state, and has an effect of efficiently stopping urination and washing water Z. By adjusting the height of the air bladder 151, the vortex F3 can be efficiently generated from the urination and the washing water Z flowing through the discharge passage 81 in the urination treatment body 51 -38 - 201200116. Further, when the urination and the washing water are stopped, the height of the air bladder 115 is increased (refer to Fig. 26), and when the urination treatment body 51 is discharged, as shown in Fig. 29, the air bladder 151 is lowered. The height also has an effect of facilitating the flow of the urination and the washing water Z in the discharge passage 81. In order to reduce the height of the air bladder 151, the timing of wilting the air bladder 151 may be immediately after the urination and the washing water in the suction passage 81 are sucked, and the discharge passage 8 may be detected in the water level sensor. When the water level is inside, it is also possible to detect the stool in the stool sensor G, and the height of the air bag is lowered immediately after the water discharge nozzle 105 performs the predetermined time to discharge the washing water. Further, the bent portion 150 may be provided from the beginning to the end of the discharge pipe 1 0 3 of the pipe passage 13 inserted through the bedding bed 11. Next, the procedure for mounting the patient will be described in detail with respect to the automatic urination treatment device using the diaper for urination treated body of the present invention described above with reference to Figs. 30 to 40. The bedding bed 11 is provided with a mounting hole 12 having a predetermined depth, and a tube passage 13 communicating with the mounting hole 12, and the upper surface of the tube passage 13 is opened and closed by the zipper 13a from the start end to the end. (Refer to Fig. 3 1) » Next, the pedestal 3 1 0 is placed in the mounting hole 12 of the bedding bed 11 with the rocking receiving surface 3 1 1 as the upper state (see Fig. 32). Next, the hole 22 at the center of the diaper 21 is attached to the attachment hole 12 of the bedding bed 11, and the waist portion 24 or the folded-back cover portion 23 is unfolded in a state of -39 - 201200116. Then, the buttocks mounting pad 41 is attached to the diaper 2 1 f (see Fig. 3 and Fig. 3 3). In the bedding bed U, the patient P is placed on the supine position, and the patient's buttocks are placed on the buttocks 4 1 state, and the patient's waist is further formed on the waist portion 24. The state of being pulled up on the tube passage 13 of the bedding bed 11 is opened (see Fig. 34). Therefore, as shown in Fig. 35, in order to attach the treatment portion main body 56 to the upper portion 21, as described above, the pull of the center of the open diaper 21 is spread to the left and right, and the opening portion 25a is inserted into the substantially L-shaped portion. The body 56 is attached to the pedestal 310 that has been placed on the hole 22 of the diaper via the support frame 31. Then, after the hip or the waist of the patient is placed on the main body 56, the L-shaped body main body 56 is held by the thigh of the patient, and then the upper end of the upper end portion 24 of the diaper 21 is closed from the left and right. The portions 24a and 24b are in a state in which the upper end portions 24a of the diaper 21 and the peripheral surface of the waist portion of the patient are fixed to the abdomen of the upper end portions 24a and 24b. Further, the treatment unit body 56 is attached to a part of the patient. As shown in Fig. 36, when the wear sensor I of the treatment unit body 56 detects the state of the patient, it is based on the signal of the wearer I! The light 29 lights up. Since the LED lamp 29 is turned on, it indicates that the processing unit is installed in a part of the patient, and the state of adhering to the affected part can be recognized. Then, after confirming the wearing state, the state of the hole 22 can be closed. The chain 1 3a is installed in the urine 25 25 and the processing part of the middle part of the processing section 1 is overlapped in the 24b circle, such as wearing the tiger LED! 56 the main cover of the body -40- 201200116 59. Next, the folded-back cover portion 23 of the lower end portion of the diaper 21 is folded back. At this time, both sides of the treatment portion main body 56 are covered by the folded-back covering portion 23 by the portion opened by the zipper 25. At this time, the cover 51 provided in the treatment portion body 566 covers the portion of the patient from above. In this state, both end portions 23a, 23b of the folded-back cover portion 23 of the diaper 21 are repeatedly wound around the waist portion 24 surrounding the waist of the patient, and by a predetermined stopper means 23c such as a magic felt ( The registration mark) and the like are then fixed. In this state, when the zipper 25 of the diaper 21 is closed, as shown in FIG. 39, the entire urination treatment device K is covered with the diaper 21, and a portion of the diaper 21 that surrounds the patient in a sealed state is formed. The state of the entire treatment unit body 56 installed here can also prevent the odor of the urination and the odor during defecation. Further, in the zipper 25, the opening and closing button 25b is provided at the upper end portion of the state in which the diaper 21 is unfolded, and since it communicates with the hole 22 at the center portion, the opening end portion 25c of the zipper 25 is inserted through the coupler 58. The discharge pipe 1 〇3 communicating with the treatment portion body 56 extends to the outside of the diaper 21. Further, as shown in FIGS. 37 and 38, when the patient attaching the treatment portion main body 56 is a male, the treatment portion main body 56 is attached, and the patient is wound around the upper end edge portions 24a, 24b of the diaper 21 After the circumferential surface of the waist is fixed, the urinary device used for male urination is further attached to the patient, and the upper end portion 24a for attaching the mounting portion 152 to the abdomen of the patient P is formed. 24b.
