Abstract

The present invention provides a laminated film which is excellent in adhesion and humidity and heat resistance. The said laminated film comprises a coating layer laminating on at least one side of a base film, and is characterized in that the said coating layer comprising a polycarbonate-based urethane resin as a main component, and having 0.5 to 4.0 mmole/g of oxazoline group in the said coating layer.
