Abstract
The present invention relates to a solar cell structure. It includes a first-type semiconductor substrate having a light-receiving surface and a backside surface; a second-type doped emitter layer formed on the light-receiving surface; a first electrode structure formed at the light-receiving surface and electrically connected to the second-type doped emitter layer; and a second electrode structure formed at the backside surface and electrically connected to the first-type semiconductor substrate; and a backside reflective layer formed at the backside surface.
