This invention provides an aquaculture pond sewage treatment system, performed by introducing sewage of an aquaculture pond out, clarifying and introducing back to the aquaculture pond for reuse, may apply on a single or multiple aquaculture ponds. The system includes: a clarification tank, at least one sewage draining pipe for introducing the aquaculture pond sewage into the clarification tank, at least one input pipe for pouring the sewage clarified by the clarification tank into the aquaculture pond. Each sewage draining pipe has a contaminant collecting portion, through multiple sedimentation and clarification processes by means of the sewage draining pipe and the clarification tank, water quality in the aquaculture pond may be improved and pollution to the environment in an aquaculture process may be reduced.
