Abstract

A method for producing paper material used for making environmentally friendly paper container comprises: (1) a first process: chemically mixing a bio-degradable material with a primer to form a liquid mixture; storing the liquid mixture in a tank; coating a roller with the liquid mixture and conveying the liquid mixture to a roller set; and conveying the liquid mixture from the roller set to a transfer-printing roller set; (2) a second process: performing a pre-heating and electrostatic treatment on the original paper roll; conveying the paper roll through a number of rollers and then to a transfer-printing roller set; rotating the rollers to enable the liquid mixture on the surface of the rollers to be comprehensively transfer-printed on one-side or two-sides of a sheet of paper; using a pinch roll set to form the transfer-printed paper; and drying the paper at a suitable temperature in order to effectively reducing the cost of use of bio-degradable material.
