Abstract

The present invention provides a high-strength non-oriented electrical steel sheet of excellent magnetic and productive characteristics which consists of, by mass, C and N both below 0.010% and C+N ≤ 0.010%, 1.5~5.0% of Si, Ti or Ti+V below 0.8%, and (Ti+V)/(C+N) ≥ 16. Furthermore, unrecrystallized recovery structure is kept above 50 %.
