Abstract

The present invention provides a high strength water-preserving aseptic particles of culture media and a manufacturing method thereof. The particles of media comprises a porous core and a dense shell, wherein the porous core primarily provides the culture media with the function of keeping water and air, and the dense shell primarily provides the particles with strength and the function of water regulation; where the core and the shell can be obtained from organic wastes, natural mineral powders or inorganic wastes. This invention also provides a manufacturing method of the high strength water-keeping aseptic particles of culture media, including the steps of: selecting raw materials, preparing powders, pellitization of cores, wrapping and compacting shells, drying, high-temperature sintering, or adjusting media contents.
