Abstract

A flat display device is described. The flat display device comprises: a flat display module including a display side and a rear side opposite to the display side, wherein the flat display module includes a plurality of first fastening portions set on the rear side; a supporting stand jointed to the flat display module for supporting the flat display module, wherein the supporting stand includes a plurality of second fastening portions set therein, and respectively corresponding to and fastened with the first fastening portions for mounting the supporting stand onto the rear side of the flat display module; and a rear lid covering on the rear side of the flat display module and clipped between the rear side of the flat display module and the supporting stand.
