Abstract

This invention relates to a grinding method for the nanonization of hard material and product made thereby. The method comprises: providing hard material; breaking the hard material with pounding shear force so as to obtain powder particles; adding the powder particles into wet-type grinding machine with the existence of low-concentration alcohol or water as fluid carrier; and grinding the particles with a rotation speed about 1000 to 2000 rpm so as to get a nano-sized powder. Furthermore, the present invention comprises: adding the powder particles into wet-type grinding machine; adding 30% to 40% (w/w) methanol or alcohol solution as fluid carrier; adding dispersing agent and setting the rotation speed between 400 to 60 rpm. By the use of the present invention, no agglomeration will happen, and the resultant obtained may possess desirable dispersity with shorter processing time.
