Abstract

The present invention related to an insole and an orthopedic shoe provided for the foot of human body to step on. The said foot part comprises a calcaneus, a cuboid bone, two outside metatarsus, a medial longitudinal arch, a lateral longitudinal arch and a transverse arch. The said insole comprises a first plate which consists of a stepping part and a correcting part. The stepping part contains a surface and an external longitudinal curve corresponding to the lateral longitudinal arch, and the correcting part is disposed at the middle of external longitudinal curve. In addition, the region of cuboid bone corresponded to the foot projects upward from the surface of the stepping part. While wearing, the bottom of foot can step on the first plate, so as to support the foot by the bulge of the correcting part, enabling the foot to adjust and to shape along the top surface of the first plate. As a result, the disclosed design has the advantage of adjusting outwardly overturning force on foot arch and is beneficial for the human body.
