Abstract
The present invention relates to a microbe detection system by using a microfluidic chip for detecting microbial species. The whole procedure comprising the extraction and the purification of microbial nucleic acid, the detection of hybridization, the detection of reaction result, and the like is operated in such microfluidic chip. The microbe detecting system of this invention simultaneously comprises a microfluidic driving device for driving a microbial sample and reagent to flow in the microchannels of each reaction area on the microfluidic chip, and a signal sensor device for detecting and analyzing a reaction signal of hybridization of the nucleic acid and the probe. Therefore, a rapid and precise microbe detection system can be established.
