Abstract

The preparation of active antrodia salmonea mycelium substance and the compound of the same inoculates antrodia salmonea mycelium on a slab and cultivates it for two weeks under 25° C. Hypa is scraped and inoculated into a flask, and cultivated with pH4.5, 10–250rpm oscillation for 7 to 9 days under 25° C. The cultivated substance inside flask is then inoculated into ferment trough with 15 to 30° C, trough pressure 0.5–1.0 kg/cm2, and approximately pH 2–8. Stir with a speed of 10–150rpm, or under air lift condition, aerate with an aerate rate of 0.01–1.5 VVM. After 21 days of cultivation, extract mycelium with water solvent to generate mycelium extract, and combine the extract with cultivated clarifier, then precipitate with ethanol to separate active antrodia salmonea mycelium substance, or extract cultivated suspension organic solvent such as ethanol and methanol by oscillation, add in clarifier to decompress concentration for active antrodia salmonea mycelium substance and/or compound containing such substance.
