Abstract
The present invention provides a reformed nanocarbon tube which is characterized in that connecting grafted polyether gel to nanocarbon tube to enable its surface to have the hydrophilic/hydrophobic functional groups and resulting in a evenly dispersed effect in both organic polyermer or water. The invention also provides manufacturing method for the reformed nanocarbon and is characterized in that forming the carboxyl functional groups by the acidification or oxidation reactions followed by the amidization grafting reaction to obtain the nanocarbon tube of this invention.
