Abstract

The invention starts the torque of motor 3 by using inverter 2 controlled by the electric control unit l. After driving the load body 4, the inverter 2 is switched to the control of specified frequency, voltage, and electric current to conduct the velocity control of motor 3. The inverter control device has a motor 3 that can be driven rotationally to move up and down the mandrel so as to support the load body for moving vertically. The electric control unit l can control the motor 3 to drive rotationally by using the inverter 2. The encoder 8 can detect the rotation of motor 3. When the motor 3 starts, the electric control unit l sends out high voltage command to inverter 2 and detects the rotation of motor 3 by using the encoder 8. By corresponding to the motor 3, the electric control unit performs the specified frequency, voltage, and electric current control onto the inverter 2.
