Abstract
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of mold casting that contains heat-pipe heat sink, mainly including (A) providing a lower mold, the lower mold has a pre-set lower mold cavity inside the lower mold; (B) a heat pipe is provided in the lower mold, the heat pipe includes an opening end that is not sealed; (C) providing an upper mold, the upper mold has a pre-set upper mold cavity inside the upper mold, and the upper mold includes a pouring opening; (D) capping the upper mold with the lower mold; (E) a melted metal was poured through the pouring opening and after cooling down a raw material of heat sink module is formed; (F) removing the raw material from the molds and processing on the material of heat sink module; (G) a work fluid is filled into the inner accommodating chamber of the heat pipe from the opening end, then sealing the opening end.
