Abstract
A plastic film with hole is provided to encapsulate a photovoltaic module. Within, at least one solar cell is encapsulated between a first substrate and a second substrate. Thickness of the plastic film with hole is substantially equal to the solar cell. The shape of the hole of said plastic film with hole is substantially equal to the solar cell to contain it. While encapsulating, the first substrate is firstly provided; a first plastic film is disposed on the first substrate; the plastic film with hole and the solar cell are disposed on the first plastic film; a second plastic film is disposed on the plastic film with hole and solar cell; and the second substrate is disposed on the second plastic film. All of the plastic films are further melted and bonded together, after solidified, to complete the encapsulating.
