Abstract

This invention relates to a method for manufacturing cup part of underwear, comprising the following steps of: (a) preparing: respectively preparing a foam layer, an inner lining layer, an outer lining layer having at least a lining pattern part, and a exterior decorating layer having at least a exterior pattern part; (b) preliminary combining: combining the inner lining layer, the foam layer, and the outer lining layer together in order from inside out; (c) adjusting and adhering: adjusting the exterior pattern part of the exterior decorating layer at least partially to correspond to the lining pattern part of the outer lining layer, and adhering and covering the exterior decorating layer on the outside of the outer lining layer; (d) mold forming: pressing to fix the exterior decorating layer, outer lining layer, foam layer, and inner lining layer together by a high-temperature mold. By the aforementioned manufacturing method, a underwear having both artistic appearance and excellent gas permeability can be manufactured.
