Abstract

The present invention relates to a lens having far infrared emission and a manufacturing method thereof wherein the method comprising mixing and mulling plastic polymer like ceramic powder having far infrared emission, dispersant, plasticity agent, and plastic ester particles in a molten form; injecting the mulled liquid mixture having far infrared material into a mold to form the final product after being released from the mold. The lens of the final product thus obtained has permanent far infrared emission function. In addition, the uniform mulling step makes the ceramic powder having far infrared emission spread in the final product equally so that the visibility of the lens is high. When the lens is treated with transparent agents with anti-fog and anti-fingerprint effects, the lens of the present invention is a multi-layer lens not only having far infrared emission but also having anti-fog and anti-fingerprint effects.
