Abstract
A process for mixing wheat germ powder and additive and a composition of the same where the process mainly comprises: a sauteing step, a powdering step, and an oil absorbing step. The process further comprises an additive adding step. It is noted that the wheat germ is the main component in this invention, and husk and rice germ are accessories., The oil absorbing step can be used to absorb part of the oil by the addition oil absorbing agent to overcome the powder cohering caused by the mixing of oil to the powder during the sauteing step and the powdering step, and simultaneously, the high nutrient oil is reserved in the components. In a preferred embodiment of this invention, the above components have a weight ratio as follows: main component: accessory: oil absorbing agent is 4:1:1.
