Abstract

A pick-up apparatus for pick up a panel includes a first cup, a handle, and a valve. The first cup has a first cavity. The handle having a channel connected to the first cavity is connected to the first cup. The valve is disposed on the handle. When the valve is turned off, the channel is closed. When the valve is turned on, the channel is open to outside. When the valve is turned off and the first cup is tightly attached to the panel, the pick-up apparatus raises the panel. When the valve is turned on, the first cup is separated form the panel so that the pick-up device lays down the panel.
