Abstract
This invention provides an inexpensive fluororubber composition which is excellent in hot-water resistance, steam resistance, and corrosion resistance at high temperatures, especially not lower than 150 DEG C, and is usable as a gasket, packing, and seal. The fluororubber composition comprises (a) a ternary fluororubber vulcanizable with a peroxide, (b) a filler comprising bituminous coal, (c) a hydrotalcite compound, (d) an organic peroxide, and (e) a co-crosslinking agent. Also provided are a gasket, packing, and seal each obtained by vulcanizing the composition.
