Description of the invention: [Technical field to which the invention belongs] The present invention relates to a packaging machine, and more specifically to a device for wrapping packaging films and the like around a packaging object. In addition, the present invention relates to two packaging methods, and more specifically to a packaging method in which a packaging film is wound around a packaging object. w [Prior art] In order to prevent dirt or cuts on the surface of various products, they are wrapped in sheet-like packages, such as films. Moreover, when the shape of the packaging object of the product is a rectangular parallelepiped shape, the film is covered on the four sides of the rectangular parallelepiped, and the film is coiled on the remaining two sides to the packaging object to make the thin protrusions protrude. Further, the shape can be folded back respectively. The end of the film protruding from the package is also known as caramel packaging. Such packaging is not only folded back, but the package is peeled off from the packaging object, and is stuck at the end of the film and the folded-back portion. In addition, the bonding is performed by using an adhesive or directly bonding the films to each other by thermally melting the films themselves. In addition, usually because more products of the same shape are packaged, the above-mentioned package is a special nightmare; 隹 t β ^ & 仃. Further, for example, a packaging machine disclosed in Patent Document 1 described below is used for packaging. Patent Document 1: Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 8-276905. Although conventional packaging machines such as the dagger clothing machine can automatically and quickly enter the packaging, the device becomes more complicated. That is, in order to roll the thin pan to the four sides of the packaging object, the packaged object 96629.doc 200526469 must be rotated or floated; ^ 6 # 子 ^ gram is rolled to the four sides according to the state of the part of the packaging object. In addition, after the film is rolled to the state of the four sides of the packaging—the first and second appearances—when the part protruding from the remaining two sides is folded back, the person—the edge of the mouth dagger clothing object, because the end must be directed inward Folding the film, it is necessary to have a mechanism with good precision for folding back. Further: The packaging object is a thin plate-like case such as a CD (small compact disc) case. The length of the protruding part is relatively small. ^ The short turn-back is reduced, especially the structure of the turn-back mechanism has become precise and complicated. In addition, when the film is deformed by warping or the like, it may be restored to its original state by restoration force. For this reason, when packing by a packaging machine, in order to maintain the packaging state, an adhesive film must be used to melt the film. In this case, a packaging machine is provided with a bonding means. The packaging machine based on this self-knowledge technology is large and complicated, and the equipment cost is too high. Therefore: when the number of packages is small, there is a problem that the average package quantity is too expensive. In addition, when packing is not in a wide area such as Gongwei, but in a small office or other general office, a larger packaging machine cannot be installed. Here, an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging machine with a simpler structure that can be packed by Gu Yi. [Summary of the Invention] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the packaging machine of the present invention can use a heat-fusionable packaging body to package a packaging object. The packaging object is a slightly rectangular parallelepiped with a certain width, width, and thickness, including upper and lower sides, front and back sides. And the left and right sides, 4 the upper and lower sides are opposed to the thickness direction; the front and back sides are opposed to the length direction; the left and right sides are opposed to the width direction; a mounting table, a movable bending member and a front heating means are provided; the mounting table The packaging object can be placed; the front heating means can be heated to a temperature at which the packaging body can be fused. 96629.doc 200526469 degrees, the mounting platform has a front lower step portion, and the movable bending member is provided with a front upper m portion and 彳If the movable bending member is moved to the mounting table ^ and the movable bending member is moved to the mounting table side, the position of the front upper step portion becomes a position facing the thickness direction of the front lower step portion, and the movable bending member is moved to the mounting table side. State '状态 moves the aforementioned front heating means between the front lower step portion and the front upper step portion. The packaging body on the front side is fused. According to the present invention, the wrapping body is coiled on the four sides (upper and lower sides, front and rear sides) of the packaging object, and in this state, the ends of the packaging body can be easily combined and packed with each other. That is, The package is rolled up so that both ends of the package become the front side, and the top and bottom and front and back are made for about one week. By the front upper step and the front lower step, the part protruding from the front side is bent. Move the A-side heating means between the front lower step and the front upper step. The package can be fused, and can be coiled to the four sides of the package object. 0 Progress, a side folding member is set, and it is placed on the load. The packaging object on the table can be slid to pass through the side folding member. When the packaging object is folded through the side, at least one of the left and right sides of the package can be folded. The front end of the sliding direction of the side folding member can also be described. The side-side force is avoided, and the hand #, and the side heating means can be heated to a temperature at which the packaging body can be fused. The object slides so that the left and right sides of the package can be folded in by the left and right side folding members. Further, the side heating means is provided at the front end of the sliding direction of the left and right side folding members, so 96629.doc 200526469 = The package itself slides in the The folded side can be fused. Said mounting = There is a mounting surface on the mounting table where the image can be placed, and the aforementioned mounting surface is set in a horizontal direction. The sliding direction of the WAA dagger object is the system. The mounting surface can also be oriented downwards. If this structure is adopted, the mounting surface of the mounting table is inclined, and the packaging object can slide along the mounting surface and the 7 plane. Sliding ㈣T-side sliding makes the package editable. It is provided with a lower moving part that can support the farmer's object below, and the lower side can move the raw materials to the top of the pack. The structure can support the packaging object underneath. Evening movement to the sliding direction of the packaging object-the side moving part, so the sliding direction of the son-in-law 0. Further, a claw part is provided in the lower side moving part, even if the claw part is folded in After the side facing the right and left sides of the package can protrude. According to this structure, since the claw portion is provided on the lower moving portion, the packaging object can be selected while folding in a protruding manner on the left and right side surfaces. In addition, it is also possible to provide a package body having a claw portion on the upper side, and the claw portion may be folded into a package projecting from the front side of the packaging object toward the left and right side surfaces. According to this structure, since the claw portion is provided on the upper moving portion, it is possible to fold into a package projecting from the front side of the packaging object toward the left and right sides. The surface heating means can be installed even on the upper moving part. 96629.doc -10- 200526469 The right-hand structure is based on this, because the front heating means is installed on the upper moving part ', the structure can be simplified. In addition, a rotating body having a conical surface is provided on the left and right side folding members. When the packaging object is slid, the packaging body can be folded into the left and right side surfaces protruding from the upper and lower sides of the packaging object by the conical surface. According to the structure of the right, the left and right side folding members are provided with a suspicious turning body having a conical surface. The conical surface can be folded into the protruding portions on the left and right sides, and the folding can be smoothly performed.

In addition, a cut is provided on the left and right side folding members, and the cut has a portion inclined to the sliding direction of the packaging object. When sliding the packaging object, the packaging body on the left and right sides protruding from the top and bottom of the packaging object can be used to enter and fold. In addition, the connecting rod 2 i β is further provided with a sliding portion 33 that is engaged with the guide portion 31 provided at the lower portion of the mounting table 10 and can be moved in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, by moving the connecting rod 21, the first moving claw 11 moves to the longitudinal direction. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2 (a), the “sliding portion 33” is suspended from the guide portion 3 ′, and the connection rod 21 and the first moving claw 11 fixed to the connection rod 21 are fixed to the connection rod 21. The member is supported by the mounting table 10 through the guide portion 31. Further, the packaging machine 1 includes an operation portion 30 connected to the connecting rod 21. The first moving claw 11 can be moved by sliding the operation portion 30 to the longitudinal direction. A protrusion 35 is provided on the operation portion 30, so that the protrusions 35 of the two operation portions 30 are opposed to each other, and a spring 34 is provided between the protrusions 35. The spring 34 is a compression spring, and the force is applied to the two operation portions. The direction in which 30 moves away from each other acts as a force to move the operation sections 30 away from each other. The two operation sections 30 are arranged on the left side of the mounting table 10, so they can be operated with one hand. The second moving claw 12 is shown in Figure 1. The display has 2 members. In addition, the shape of the second moving claw 12 is an elongated plate. In addition, a frame-shaped member 22 is provided in the packaging machine 1, and two second moving claws 12 are attached to the frame-shaped member 22. Moreover, the The frame-shaped member 22 is axially supported by a shaft portion 22a provided in the connecting portion 50 and extending in the width direction. The member 22 is rotatable with the shaft portion 22a as the rotation center, and can be moved toward the mounting table 10. In addition, the front end portion 12a of the second moving claw 12 is mounted on the mounting table 10 side. The front end portion 12 & In the length direction, the shape of the front end portion 12a is approximately 96629.doc 200526469. When the frame-shaped member 22 is moved to the mounting table 10 side, the second moving claw 12 is moved from the upper side to the lower side, and can be moved to the load. Set the outer side in the width direction of the platform 10. The movable% curved member 17 is a plate-shaped member as shown in FIG. 1, and is supported by a shaft portion 17a extending in the width direction by a sigma, "σ ° 卩 50". Movable The bending member 17 is rotatable with the shaft portion 22a as the rotation center, and can be moved toward the mounting table 10. The rotation center of the movable bending member 17 and the rotation center of the frame-shaped member 22 on which the second moving claw 12 is mounted are connected to the mounting table 1. 〇 is set on the same side as the reference. In addition, the shaft position of the center of rotation of the shaft is located on the outside of the side of the protrusion 18 of the rectangular mounting table 10 (the front side of the CD case 80 placed 84). , The direction is parallel to the side. 17a is connected near one side edge of the movable bending member 17. In addition, near the other edge on the side opposite to the shaft portion 丨 7a, a front upper stage J report P20 is provided. Furthermore, the movable bending member 17 uses the shaft portion 22a as The center of rotation can be moved to the side of the mounting table 10. The movable bending member 丨 7 is moved to the side of the mounting table ,, and the position of the upper step portion 20 on the front becomes above the lower step portion 18a on the front surface of the mounting table 10. The front upper step portion 20 becomes a position facing the thickness direction of the front lower step portion 18a. Further, a slit i7b is provided in the movable bending member Π. When the movable bending member 17 is moved to the mounting table, the handle 40 constituting the holding plate 39 attached to the front surface heating means 15 described later passes through the cutout 17b. Therefore, when the movable bow member 17 is moved, the handle 40 is prevented from coming into contact with the movable bend member?. 96629.doc 200526469 The folded-in portion 13 is an elongated plate-shaped member, and two fold-in portions 13 are provided on the left and right outside sides in the width direction of the mounting table ι0. The position of the folded-in portion 13 is located outside the left side 85 and the right side 86 of the CD case 80 placed on the mounting table 10 as described later. The length of the folded-in portion 13 is approximately the same as the length of the recessed portion i0a of the mounting table 10 in the length direction. An upper surface 13 a is provided in the folding portion 13. The positional relationship between the upper surface 13a of the folding section 13 and the mounting table 10 is when the mounting table 丨 0 is positioned on the upper side, and is positioned lower than the recess 10a of the mounting table 10, and the mounting table 10 is positioned on the lower side. Defensively, it is located on the upper side than the mounting table 10. The folded-in portion 13 is fixed to the fixing plate 43. During the movement of the mounting table 10 from the upper state to the lower state, the position in the up-down direction of the recessed portion 1 and the position in the up-down direction of the folded-in portion 13 become approximately the same. The folded-in portion 13 is inclined toward the upper surface 13a. Specifically, the rear lower step portion 9a side is inclined higher than the front lower step portion 18a side. The front heating means 15 is placed on the side on which the movable bending member 17 is provided with the mounting table 10 as a reference. In other words, the position of the front heating means 15 is located outside the front side 81 of the CD case 80 placed on the mounting table 10. In addition, the cross-sectional structure of the front heating means 15 is shown in FIG. 3, and the front heating means is composed of a tube member 37 and a heating wire 38; the tube member 37 is formed of resin and rubber and has a cylindrical elasticity; the heating wire 38 It is an internal heating element provided in the tube member 37. When the electric current flows to the electric heating wire 38, the electric heating wire 38 generates heat. As described later, the heat-conducting cylinder member 37 heats the resin film 90 which contacts the cylinder member 37, and the resin films 90 can be fused to each other. In addition, in 96629.doc -22-200526469, the resin M of the package body is expected to be in the Q π w state / abdominal Γ 90 ′, and the adhesive can be contained by preheating, and the adhesive can be fused by heating. The W surface heating means 15 is held by a holding plate 39. Specifically, the holding plate 'is a plate-shaped member. The front heating means 15 is installed so as to be coiled around the holding plate 39, and the 彖 12 is placed on the entire side edge of the mounting table 10 of the holding plate 39. The holding plate 39 is made of a heat-resistant resin, and it is difficult for the heat generated by the electric heating wire to be transmitted to the holding plate 39 side. The holding plate 39 can be moved in the width direction toward the mounting table 10 side. Furthermore, a force is applied by a mounting member 10 in a direction away from the load by a force applying member (not shown), and a fixed handle 40 is provided on the holding plate 39. The front heating hand slave 15 only moves the handle 40 to the side of the mounting table when it is pressed to the side of the mounting table, and then moves to the side of the mounting table 未 to stop the pressure. direction. Know the position of the front heating means 15 at 40 o'clock when the lower handle is located near the upper portion P white portion 18a on the lower side of the front, forming the vicinity of the 4 sides 8 1 of the cd case placed on the mounting table 10. Furthermore, by moving the front heating means 5 to the side of the mounting table 10, the front side 81 of the CD case 80 can be pushed down. Further, in a state where the movable bending member 17 is moved to the mounting table 10 side, the front heating means 15 may be moved to the mounting table 1G side. In this case, the front heating means 15 moves between the front lower step 8a and the front upper step 20. The side heating means 16 are arranged on both outer sides in the width direction of the mounting table 10. The cross-sectional structure of the side heating means 16 is shown in Fig. 4 and is the same as the front heating means 15. 96629.doc -23- 200526469 In addition, the holding plate 39 of the 'side heating means 16' is positioned above the folding portion i 3 and can be moved in the length direction toward the mounting table 10 side. When the mounting table 10 is moved to the mounting table 10 in a lower state, the mounting table 10 can be moved to the vicinity of the outer side in the width direction above the recessed portion 10a on the edge of the left and right side of the mounting table 10. In the same manner as the uranium surface heating means 15, the side heating means 16 applies a biasing member (not shown) to apply a force from the mounting table 10 in the direction of leaving. In addition, a fixed handle 40 is provided on the holding plate 39 of the side heating means 16, and the side heating means 16 moves to the side of the mounting table 10 only when the handle 40 is pressed to the side of the mounting table 10. In this way, the side heating means i 6 can operate in the same manner as the front heating means 15. Next, a method of packaging (:: 1) a box 80 with a resin film 90 using a packaging machine 1 will be described. The resin film 90 used is slightly wider than the width of the CD case 80, and has a length longer than twice the total length and thickness of the CD case 80. In addition, when a long thin material is used, it is cut to the above-mentioned length in advance. In addition, the material of the resin film 90 is not particularly limited, but conventionally used resins made of polyethylene and polypropylene can be used, and stretch films can also be used. f. First, as shown in FIG. i, the position of the mounting table 10 is set in advance as the upper frame member 22 and the front folding frame in advance as positions separated by the mounting table. As shown in FIG. 5, the resin film 90 is placed on a mounting table. 96629.doc -24- 200526469 The placement position of the resin film 90 is such that the lengthwise end of the resin film 90 is used as the vicinity of the front lower step portion 18a so as to cover the entire concave portion i0a. When the resin film 90 is placed in this way, the front lower step portion 18a and the rear lower step portion 19a are covered with the resin film 90. The distance between the end of the resin film 90 in the longitudinal direction and the center of the front lower step portion i is made shorter than the thickness of the CD case 80 in advance. Further, the resin film 90 is placed on top of the resin film 90 to align it with the recess 10a. As shown in FIG. 6, the resin film 90 is sandwiched between the CD box 80 and the lower step 18a Therefore, the resin film 90 is bent along the front lower step portion 18a toward the front side 81 side of the box 〇. Similarly, the resin film 90 is sandwiched between the CD case 80 and the rear lower step portion. Between i9a, the resin film 90 is curved along the lower step 19a toward the rear side of the CD case 80. In addition, the lower surface 84 of the CD case 80 is covered by the resin film 90. Then 'return the resin film 90 It covers the top 83 of the 00 box 80. As shown in Fig. 7, the length of the resin film 90 is slightly larger than the length and thickness of the cd box 80, so the end is covered with the 00 box. 80。 83 top surface. Further, the resin film 90 covers the rear side surface 82, the upper surface 83, and the lower surface 84 of the CD case 80. The two ends of the resin film 90 in the longitudinal direction are located near the front surface 81. Further, as shown in FIG. Shown that the movable bending member 17 is rotated and moved to the mounting table 10. In this way, the front upper step 2 The position becomes opposite to the thickness direction of the front lower step portion 18a. By the front upper step portion 20 of the movable bending member 17, the resin film 90 protruding from the upper surface 83 is bent to the front side 8? Side. Resin film 90, 96629.doc -25- 200526469 is overlapped to form the state shown in Figure 8 and Figure 9 (b). At this time, if the resin film 90 is pulled slightly toward the front side 81 side, there will be no Wrinkles, the resin film 90 is adhered to 0: 0, and the box 80 can be more beautifully packaged. Further, in this state, the overlapping part of the resin film 90 is fused by the front heating means 5 to be bonded. Specifically, the current flow The electric heating wire 38 to the front heating means 15 causes it to heat up, and raises the barrel member "to high temperature in advance, so that the handle 40 is moved to the direction shown by the arrow symbol in Figs. 9 (a) and (b), so that the barrel member 37 is in contact with The overlapping part of the resin film 90. Then, the heavy part of the resin film 90 becomes warm-melted and adhered. Even after the movable bending member 17 is returned to the original position after the adhesion, the restoration force of the resin film 90 cannot be restored. Status. In this way, as shown in FIG. 10, the front side 81, the rear side 82, the upper side 83, and the lower side 84 of the CD case 80 are formed. 〇1) A resin film 9 is formed on the left side and the right side 86 side of the case 80. The state protruding in the width direction. Further, as shown below, the resin film 90 is folded into a portion protruding from the left side 85 and the right side 86 of the CD case 80. The left side 85 and the right side 86 sides are folded. For the folding method, only the right side 86 side will be described, and the left side 85 side which is symmetrical and the same content will be omitted. As shown in FIG. 10, since the mounting table 10 is in the upper state, the recess 1 of the mounting table 10 〇a is located above the upper surface 13 a of the folding-in portion 13. Therefore, a portion protruding in the width direction of the resin film 90 is positioned above the upper surface 13a of the folding portion 13. In addition, the front end 11a of the first moving claw 11 is located at the front side and the rear side of the protruding resin film 90. 96629.doc -26 200526469 Next, move the two operation parts 30 to the inside, as shown in FIG. 12, the i-th movement i moves inward, protruding from the right side of the CD case 80. The part is borrowed from the front end 11a is pressed to bend inward to form the state shown in FIG. In this embodiment mode, since the two operation portions 30 are moved to the inside, the operation portion 30 can be grasped to operate all the first moving claws u with one hand. In addition, it is assumed that there is only one operation unit 30, and even if all the first moving claws 11 can be operated by the one operation unit 30. When the first moving claw 11 moves toward the inside, among the protruding portions of the resin film 90, the front side protruding portion 91 protrudes from the front side 81 side, and the side protruding portion 92 protrudes from the rear side 82 side to fold inside. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 11, the upper surface protrusion portion 93 protruding from the upper surface 83 side and the lower surface protrusion portion 94 protruding from the lower surface 84 side are folded into the front side protrusion portion 91 and the rear side protrusion portion 92 ′ in the thickness direction slightly. Deformation. Furthermore, the frame-shaped member 22 is moved to the mounting table 10 side. In this way, the resentment of the frame-like member 22 passes through the states of FIG. 13 and FIG. 16 to form the resentment as shown in the figure μ, Θ, and the member. If the frame-like member 22 is moved to the side of the mounting table 10, Then, the position of the second moving claw 12 is moved to the vicinity of the right side 86 of the CD case 80. As shown in FIG. 13, the upper projection 93 is folded down by the second moving claw 12 and 'makes the second moving claw 12 When moving to the mounting platform 10 side and lowering to the lower side, the front end portion 12a of the "second moving claw 2" 2 is overstepped on the side 86a above the right side 86 of the tilted CD case 80. For this reason, the upper protruding portion The folding position advances slowly from the side (the right side in FIG. 13) to the rear side (the left side in FIG. 13), and the folding can be carried out with less obstacles. After the folding of the upper protruding portion 93 is completed, the operation of the supporting member 23 Knob 96629.doc -27- 200526469 25 'Move the mounting table 1 〇 from the upper state to the lower state. As shown in Figure 丨 4' In the upper state of the front of the operation knob 25, the lower protruding portion 94 is folded into 折 13 The upper surface 13 a is on the upper side, and if the mounting table 10 is moved downward, the lower projection 94 is folded upward. The upper protruding portion 93 forms the inner side of the lower protruding portion. In addition, the state shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 20 changes to the state shown by the solid line. When moving toward the lower side, the mounting table 10 is changed from the upper state to the upper side. The lower side of the saddle is passed through the upper surface 13a of the folding section 13 by the upper and lower positions of the mounting table 10. At this time, the upper surface 13a of the folding section 13 is placed on the lower surface 84 of the CD case of the mounting table , and is tilted. When moving in the state, the folding of the lower protruding part 94 is gradually advanced from the front side (right side of Fig. 18 to Fig. 20) to the rear side (left side of Fig. 18 to Fig. 20), so there is less obstacle to smoothly fold in. Next, the hand leaves the operation portion 30, the i-th moving claw 丨 丨 returns to the original position, and the frame-like member 22 also moves upward. The state shown in Fig. 9 is created. In this state, the folding portion 13 presses down Below the protruding portion 94, since the front side protruding portion 91, the rear side protruding portion 92, and the upper protruding portion% are inward, using the folding-in 邛 13, by pressing the lower protruding portion 94, the resin film can not be folded back. As it is. The side heating means 16 fuses the above-mentioned folded-in part by fusing. Specifically, 'the electric current flowing to the side heating means 16 calls for heating, so that the barrel member 37 is raised to a high temperature in advance, and the side heating means 16 is borrowed by the handle 40. The contact of the lower protruding part of the resin sheet with the lower protruding part fuses the lower protruding part 94 with the upper protruding part 93. By means of the side heating means 16, if the lower protruding part 94 and the upper protruding part 93 96629.doc -28 · 200526469 are dissolved Then, the folded-back portion of the right side 86 of the resin film 90 cannot be restored to its original state by the restoration force of the resin film 90. The packaging is thus completed. In this conventional packaging method, the CD case 80 to be packaged is placed on the mounting table 10, and since the CD case 80 is not lifted, the structure of the device can be simplified. In addition, the end portion of the resin film 90 of the package body and the bay area corresponding to the (80) side of the box (1) and the folding back can be performed by using the step portions 18a, 19a, 20 and the moving claws 11, 12 , So it can be packed with simple operation and high accuracy. Eight people will explain a packaging machine 2 according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 22 is a front view and a side view of a packaging machine according to a second embodiment of the present invention. 23 to 26 are enlarged side views of the upper portion of FIG. 22. Fig. 27 is a perspective view of a CD case and a resin film to be packaged. Figures 28 to 32 are perspective and side views of the middle stage of packaging. As shown in FIG. 22, the packaging machine 2 is provided with a mounting table 110, a movable bending member in, left and right side folding members (side folding members) m, and a heating drum (side heating means) 133. The mounting base 110 is provided with an inclined portion 137 having a mounting surface i37a inclined to a horizontal plane, and the mounting surface 137a along the inclined portion 137 can move the upper side moving portion 128 and the lower side moving portion 29. ^ Mentally inclined. [U37 is a rectangular plate-shaped member, the horizontal side of the inclined portion m: the: degree is an angle close to vertical. The inclined portion "7" is supported adjacently by being provided below the support. In addition, a front lower step portion ma is provided above the inclined portion 137 on the mounting surface side of the inclined portion 137. The front lower step system extends in the horizontal direction as shown in Fig. 22 (b) of 96629.doc 200526469. The upper moving portion 128 and the lower moving portion 129 have a rod-shaped body portion 142 extending in the horizontal direction and claw portions 111 arranged at both ends of the body portion 142. The protruding direction of the claw portion 111 is along the mounting surface 137a of the inclined portion 137. The claw portion 111 of the upper moving portion 128 and the claw portion 111 of the lower moving portion 129 face each other toward the inside. Specifically, the claw portion 111 of the upper moving portion 128 faces inward, and the claw portion 111 of the lower moving portion 128 faces upward. The length of the main body portion 142 is approximately equal to the width of the CD case. In addition, the distance between the initial stage position of the lower-side moving portion 129 and the front lower-side step portion 18 & is approximately equal to the length of the CD case 80. The upper moving portion 12 8 and the lower moving portion 12 9 are movable along the mounting surface 137 a of the inclined portion 1 3 7. The groove 141 is provided on the mounting surface 137a side of the inclined portion 137. The protrusion 135 provided on the upper moving portion 128 and the lower moving portion 129 is fastened to the groove 141 to prevent the upper moving portion 128 and the lower moving. The portion 129 is detached from the inclined portion 137 and can move along the mounting surface 137a. In addition, since the groove 141 is provided in a direction extending in the vertical direction, the upper moving portion 128 and the lower moving portion 129 can move in the vertical direction. The upper moving portion 128 and the lower moving portion 129 are biased upward by using a biasing member (not shown). With this configuration, the upper moving portion 128 and the lower moving portion 129 can be moved downward only when necessary. In addition, a brake (not shown) is provided so that the lower moving portion 129 is in the initial stage position. The upper moving part 128 is provided with a handle 140. By operating the handle 14, the upper moving part 128 can be manually moved to the vertical direction. In addition, a heating section (front heating means) 143 is provided on the lower side of the upper moving part 96629.doc -30-200526469. The resin film 90 of the front side 81 of the CD case 80 can be fused as described later. The CD case 80 can be placed on the upper side of the lower moving portion 129 of the mounting table no and the mounting surface 137a of the inclined portion 137. The left and right side folding members 130 are shown in Figs. 22 and 31, and are located at two places on both sides of the self-inclined portion 13 7 slightly below the center. Furthermore, the left and right side folding members 130 at two places each have cone-shaped rollers 13 and 132, and are rotatably fixed by the shafts 13a and 132a fixed to the side of the inclined portion 137. The directions applied to the shafts 131b and 132b are horizontal, and are arranged approximately parallel to the mounting surface 137a of the inclined portion 137. The rollers (rotating bodies) 131 and 132 have a truncated cone shape as shown in FIG. 22 (a), and the diameter of the inclined portion 13 7 is reduced. The heating rollers 133 are provided at the lower sides of the folding members 13o on the left and right sides, respectively. And 'is heated by the heat generated by the electric heater. The heating roller 133 is rotatably fixed by a shaft 13 fixed to the inclined portion 137 side. The direction of the shaft 133b is perpendicular to the mounting surface 137 & of the inclined portion 137, and is perpendicular to the moving direction of the upper moving portion 128 and the lower moving portion 129. In addition, the outer peripheral portion of the heating roller 133 may be in contact with the left and right side surfaces of the CD case 80,%. As shown in FIGS. 23 and 24, the movable bending member 117 is a [character-shaped plate, and is provided near the upper end of the inclined portion 137. Furthermore, the movable bending member m is supported by the inclined portion 137 by a shaft that can be rotated by the shaft 117a, and can be moved to the mounting table 'J, and a front upper step portion 1 is provided in the movable dome member 7. A cutout 96629.doc 200526469 147 is provided in the movable dome member 7 as shown in FIG. 22⑷, so that the handle 4 of the upper moving part i28 can be moved. When the movable bending member 117 is moved to the side of the mounting table 110, the position of the front upper P white portion 120 becomes a thickness direction facing the center of the front lower step portion 11 at this time. At this time, the front step portion 120 and the front lower portion The distance between the side steps may be approximately equal to the thickness of the CD case 80. /. A person uses a packaging machine 2 to explain how to use a resin film 90 to pack (:: £) a box 80. f First, as shown in FIG. 27, a resin film 90 is mounted so as to cover the upper surface 83, the rear side surface 82, and the lower surface 84 of the CD case 80. In addition, the material and size of the resin film 90 are the same as those of the packaging machine of the first embodiment. The width of the resin film 90 is slightly wider than the width of the CD box 80, and the length is 2 times the length and thickness of the CD box 80. If it is slightly longer, specifically, the width of the resin film 90 is the width of the cd case 80 plus the length of the folded back sides, and the length is 2 times the length and degree of the CD case 80 and the overlap is added. . Next, in this state, the CD case 80 and the resin film 90 are placed on the mounting surface 137a of the packaging machine 2 on the upper side of the lower moving portion 129 on which σ 11 〇 is placed and the inclined portion 1 37. At this time, the movable bending member 117 is opened in advance as shown in Fig. 23. FIG. 28 is a diagram of the resin film 90 in this state. In this way, although the side surface 82 contacts the lower moving portion 129 after the cd case 80, the claw portion 111 of the lower moving portion 129 projects upward, so that the rear side protruding portion 92 of the resin film 90 can be folded. In addition, the 84 side of the lower surface of the resin film 90 is held between the mounting surface 137a of the inclined portion 137 and the CD case 80. Further, the top of the 84 side of the lower surface of the resin film 90 is 96629.doc -32- 200526469. The lower side step 1 1 8 a 'can be bent toward the front side 8 1 side. Next, the movable bending member 117 is rotated and moved to the side of the mounting table 110. 24 and 29 show this state. In this way, the position of the front upper step portion 120 becomes a position facing the thickness direction of the front lower step portion 118a, and the upper 83 side is also curved toward the front side 81 side. In this way, the bottom surface 84 of the resin film 90 and the front surface 81 and the top surface 83 are curved along the front surface 81 and cover the front surface 81 of the cd case 80. In addition, a part of the resin film 90 on the front side 8 is formed in an overlapping state. Furthermore, when the handle 140 is moved to the lower side, the upper side moving part i 28 is moved to the lower side. Thus, as shown in FIG. 25, the lower side of the main body portion 142 of the upper side moving portion 128 is in contact with the front side surface 81 of the CD case 80, and the heating portion 143 of the upper side moving portion 128 is bent to the front side 81 side of the CD case 80 Then, the overlapping resin film 90 is heated and fused. As shown in Fig. 30, the resin film 90 is rolled up to cover the upper surface 83, the rear surface 82, the lower surface 84, and the front surface 81 of the 00 case 80. In addition, the left and right side surfaces 85 and 86 of the CD case 80 are formed in a state where the resin film 90 is projected on the upper surface protrusion portion 93 and the lower surface protrusion portion 94. The front side protruding portion 9 丨 and the rear side protruding portion 92 are folded back by the claw portions 111 provided on the upper side moving portion i28 and the lower side moving portion 丨 29. The handle 140 is further moved to move downward. Moreover, if upward force applied to the upper moving portion 128 and the lower moving portion 129 moves downward with a large force, as shown in FIG. 26, the upper moving portion 128,. 〇1) box 8〇 And the lower moving part 129 also moves downward. Furthermore, the left and right sides 85 of the box 80, 96629.doc -33- 200526469 86 'reach the positions of the left and right sides of the both side portions slightly below the center of the inclined portion 137, folded into the vicinity of the member 13o. In this way, the CD case 80 can be slid and moved to the same direction as the moving direction of the upper side moving part 128 and the lower side moving part 129, and the sliding direction of CD ± 80 is along the mounting surface 137a. Further, as shown in FIG. 31, the lower protruding portion 94 is folded into the inside by the conical surface of the roller 131 of the drum 130 on the left and right sides, and the upper protruding portion 93 is folded into the inside by the conical surface 132a of the roller 132. Therefore, if the CD case 80 is folded through the left and right side members 13, the upper protruding portion 93 and the lower protruding portion 94 overlap and fold so that the upper protruding portion% becomes the front side. The folding-in is performed from the lower side to the upper side. Next, as shown in Fig. 32, the heating roller 133 passes through the overlapping portion, and the outer peripheral portion 133a of the heating roller 133 contacts the upper protruding portion 93. Then, the upper protruding portion 93 and the lower protruding portion 94 of the resin film 90 are heated. In addition, the heating roller 13 3 'resin film 90 was disposed near the lower side of the left and right side folding members 13o and returned to its original position by 90-fold folding. The front side 81 of the CD case 80 passes through the heating drum 133, and if the CD case 80 is moved to the lower side than the heating drum 133, the packaging of the CD case 80 is completed. Also, Fig. 2 8 to Fig. 3 2 illustrate only the left side 85 side, but the right side 8 6 side is also packed in the same manner. Next, a packaging machine 3 according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described. Fig. 33 is a front view and a side view of a packaging machine according to a third embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 34 is a perspective view of the left and right side folding members. Figures 35 and 39 are perspective views of the middle of packaging. Figures 36 to 38 are three-dimensional views of the middle of the packaging process. 96629.doc -34- 200526469 Figures and side views. The packaging machine 3 is provided with a mounting table 1 丨 0, a movable bending member 117, left and right side folding members (side folding members) 丨 60, and a heating roller 133 as shown in Fig. 33. In addition, the packaging machine 3 is different from the packaging machine 2 described above only in the configuration of the folding members 160 on the left and right sides. The folding members i60 of the left and right sides of the packaging machine 3 are shown in Fig. 34, and two cutouts 161 and 162 are provided in the inner shape and the rectangular shape of the angled cylinder. The left and right side fold-in members 160 are provided in two places, and the positions are the same as those of the left and right side fold-in members 1 30 of the second embodiment, on the two sides slightly below the center of the inclined portion 137. The left and right side folding members 160 are provided so that the cutout surfaces 163 of the cutouts 161 and 162 are provided as the inside. The cuts 161 and 162 of the left and right side folding members 160 are formed to penetrate inside and outside. One cut 161 extends from one end 165 to the other end 166 in the longitudinal direction, and the other cut 162 extends from one end 165 to the middle in the longitudinal direction. In addition, as shown in FIG. 33, one cutout 161 is arranged on the mounting surface 137 & side of the mounting table ι10 of the inclined portion 137 rather than the other cutout 162. The cutout 161 on one side extends from one end 165 to the vicinity of the middle portion, and extends approximately parallel to the sliding direction of the CD box 80 in the longitudinal direction. The sliding direction is inclined from the vicinity of the middle portion to the other end so as to be separated by the inclined portion 13 7. In addition, the other notch 162 is inclined from the one end 165 to the vicinity of the middle portion so as to approach the inclined portion 137 in the sliding direction. The position in the thickness direction of the one end 165 side of one of the cutouts 161 is located near the mounting surface 137a of the inclined portion 137. Moreover, the position in the thickness direction of one end 165 side of the other cut 162 is moved from the vicinity of the loading surface 137 of the inclined portion η7 to the position in the thickness direction of only the thickness portion of the CD80. Using the packaging machine 3, a method of packaging the cd case 80 with the resin film 90 will be described. As in the case of the second embodiment, as shown in Fig. 27, a resin film 90 is mounted so as to cover the upper surface 83, the rear side surface 82, and the lower surface 84 of the CD case 80. In addition, "the front side 81 is fused to cover the upper surface 83, the rear surface 82, and the lower surface 84" in the same manner as described in the second embodiment. After that, the folding method of the resin film 90 protruding from the left and right sides 85 and 86 is different from the method described in the second embodiment as described below. Specifically, the upper moving portion 128 is moved downward using the handle 140, and the CD case 80 and the lower moving portion 129 are moved downward. In this way, the upper and lower protrusions 93 and 94 of the portions of the resin film 90 protruding from the left and right side surfaces 85 and 86 are moved to the vicinity of the left and right side folding members i60. Further, if the CD case 80 is moved downward, the state shown in FIG. 35 is formed from the state of FIG. 35. The lower protruding portion 94 enters one of the left and right side folding members 160 and the upper protruding portion 93 enters the other one. 62 Inside. Fig. 36 (b) shows a cross-section near the lower end of the CD case 80. However, in the state where the cutouts 161 and 162 are started, the lower projection 94 and upper projection 93 of the resin film 90 are not bent. Further, if the CD case 80 is moved downward, the lower projection 94 advances along one cut 161, and the upper projection 93 advances along the other cut 162. Since the other notch 162 is inclined in a direction close to the inclined portion 137, as the CD case 80 is moved, the upper protruding portion 93 can be gradually bent toward the inclined portion 137 side. 96629.doc -36- 200526469 Furthermore, when the vicinity of the lower end of the CD case 80 reaches the vicinity of the middle of the left and right side folding members i6〇, it will become the state shown in Figs. 37 (a) and (b), and the upper protruding portion 93 can be completely folded. Into. In addition, the lower protruding portion 94 cannot be folded in near the middle. Next, when the CD case 80 is moved downward, the lower projection 94 advances along one of the cutouts 161. Since one of the cutouts 161 is inclined in a direction away from the inclined portion η ?, as the (: 1) box 80 moves, the lower protruding portion may slowly bend toward the side opposite to the inclined portion 137. Further, if the entire CD case 80 passes through the left and right side folding members 161, as shown in FIG. 39, the left side of the CD case 80 is folded by the resin sheet 90. Further, similar to the packaging machine 2 described above, the weight of the upper protruding portion 93 and the lower protruding portion 94 reaches the heating roller, and the outer peripheral portion of the heating roller 133 contacts the upper protruding portion 93. Then, the upper protruding portion 93 and the lower protruding portion 94 are fused by heating. In addition, since the heating roller 133 is disposed near the lower side of the left and right side folding members 16o, the resin film 90 can be fused until the bouncing returns to the original position. When the packaging machines 2 and 3 are used and the resin film 90 of the packaging body is used to pack the CD case 80 to be packaged, packaging can be performed with a simple operation. That is, the resin film 90 is rolled up in the CD case 80 and packed in the packaging machine in this state], 3, and the movable bending member 117 is rotated and moved, and the handle 14o is moved to the lower side to complete the packaging. Therefore, packaging can be performed without complicated operations, and anyone can simply pack. In the above-mentioned embodiment, although the packaging object is (:; box 8), other packaging objects are also included. In addition, although the package 1 is a resin film, other packages can be used. 96629.doc -37- 200526469 [Brief description of the drawings] Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a packaging machine according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
