Abstract

Conventionally, the contents providing server for carrying out digital audio broadcasting (DAB) using communication satellite (CS), broadcasting satellite (BS) and cable TV (CATV), the billing server carrying out billing processing; the order management server for order processing and the order management server receiving an order of expected products to be purchased from user and transmitting instruction to a billing server and an order management server in accordance with the order contents are separately mounted. Besides, all terminal equipment of users are not loaded with a billing application program for billing processing but an IC communication application program for IC card communication. As such, the billing processing system and the billing method using IC card that are implemented via network can reduce the load transferred to existing DAB system.
