Abstract

A combustible supplying apparatus supplies combustibles to a gasification furnace for gasifying the combustibles. The combustible supplying apparatus includes a hopper for storing the combustibles therein, a first combustible supplying mechanism for supplying the combustibles to the hopper while preventing external air from leaking into the gasification furnace by the combustibles, and a second combustible supplying mechanism for supplying the combustibles in the hopper to the gasification furnace in fixed quantity while controlling the combustibles stored in the hopper so as to have a constant amount.
