Yasli bakim merkezleri, okullar vb. belirli yas grubuna hitap eden alanlarda uyari sesini duymasi istenen ortak yas araligindaki insanlarin bulundugu mekanlar için sadece 0 yas grubunun duyabilecegi siddette ses üreten uyari sistemlerine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadir. Sonuç olarak yukaridaki problemlerin varligi ve mevcut çözümlerin yetersizligi sesli uyari cihazlari ile ilgili teknik alanda bir gelistirme yapmayi zorunlu kilmistir. BULUSUN AMACI Mevcut bulus, yukarida bahsedilen gereksinimleri karsilayan, tüm dezavantajlari ortadan kaldiran ve ilave bazi avantajlar getiren frekansi ayarlanabilir sesli uyari cihazi ile ilgilidir. Bulusun ana amaci okul, fabrika, hastane, yasli bakim merkezleri, askeriye vb. insanlarin ortak bir uyari sesi ile yönlendirildigi alanlarda, hedef kitlede yer almayan çevrede veya ortamda bulunan belirli yas grubundaki insanlari rahatsiz etmeden, yalnizca belirlenen yas grubu için sesli uyari yapabilen, frekansi ayarlanabilir sesli uyari cihazi ortaya koymaktir. Bulusun amaci ses frekansi degistirilerek özellikle belirli yas grubundaki insanlarin ikame edildigi okul, yasli bakim merkezleri fabrika gibi ortak yasam alanlarinda belirlenen yas araliginda insanlarin uyari sinyalini maximum seviyede duymasi, yas grubu disinda kalan insanlarin bu sesten minimum etkilenmesini saglayan frekansi ayarlanabilir sesli uyari cihazi ortaya koymaktir. Bulusun diger amaci ses frekansi degistirilerek Insanlara rahatsizlik vermeden sadece sesi duymasi gereken yas araligina ses sinyalinin ulastirilmasini saglamaktadir. Böylelikle gürültü çevre kirliligi minimum seviyeye indirilmektedir. However, since most electronic devices found in users' homes, schools, workplaces, and hospitals provide sound output within a specific frequency range, it is quite difficult for every user to hear the sounds emitted by these electronic devices with the same sensitivity. This can lead to psychological distress and a decrease in the user's quality of life. Currently available audio warning systems, particularly those used in shared living spaces, emit various metallic or electronic sounds to alert users audibly. Because the sound generated in this system is emitted at a fixed frequency, it can be heard even by those who are not intended to hear it or are bothered by it. The high volume and repeated warning sounds, such as school recess bells, can cause discomfort in those within earshot. These sounds can sometimes lead to medical conditions, even reaching the level of psychological obsession, in some elderly individuals. In areas catering to specific age groups, such as elderly care centers and schools, where people in the common age range are expected to hear the warning sound, warning systems that produce a sound intensity audible only to those under the age of 0 are needed. Consequently, the existence of the above problems and the inadequacy of existing solutions have necessitated a development in the technical field related to audible warning devices. PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a frequency-adjustable audible warning device that meets the aforementioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages, and provides some additional advantages. The main purpose of the invention is to provide a frequency-adjustable audible warning device that can provide audible warnings only to a specified age group without disturbing people in a specific age group who are not part of the target audience in areas such as schools, factories, hospitals, elder care centers, military, etc., where people are guided by a common warning sound. The purpose of the invention is to develop a frequency-adjustable audible warning device that allows people within a specific age range, such as schools, elderly care centers, and factories, to hear the warning signal at maximum levels, while minimizing the impact of this sound on those outside of this age group. Another purpose of the invention is to change the frequency of the sound, ensuring that the sound signal reaches only the age range where the sound is needed, without causing any discomfort. This minimizes noise pollution.
