TARIFNAME KÜPESTE AKSESUARLARI ÜZERINDE YAPILAN YENILIK Teknolojik Alan: Bulus, insaatlarda balkon ve merdiven gibi alanlarda kullanilan baglanti veya küpestelerde, profillerin baglantisi amaci ile kullanilan aksesuarlar ile ilgilidir. Teknigin Bilinen Durumu: Merdivenlerin kenarlarindaki korkuluk anlamina gelen küpeste bir mimarlik terimidir. Küpeste ve korkuluk ayni yapi stilini ifade eden farkli sözcüklerdir. Hem estetik görünüm hem de güvenlik açisindan baglanti elemanlarinin yasam alanlarinda önemli bir yeri vardir. Küpeste baglantilari üç farkli alani da ilgilendiren özel bir yapi bölümüdür. Evlerde, isyerlerinde, kamusal alanlarda siklikla farkli baglanti çesitleriyle karsilasilmaktadir. Baglanti tasarimlarinda ahsap, alüminyum, demir, paslanmaz krom gibi farkli malzemeler kullanilmaktadir. Tarifnameye konu bulus burada bahsedilen küpestelerde kullanilan aksesuarlar ile ilgilidir. Küpeste aksesurlari, küpesteyi tasiyan korkuluk profillerinin birbirine baglantisini saglamaktadir. Bilinen teknikte küpeste aksesuarlari siklikla alüminyum malzemeden meydana gelmektedir. Alüminyum malzemeden aksesuar üretimi hem maliyeti artirmakta hem de üretim sürelerini uzatmaktadir. Alüminyum malzeme metallere göre hafif olsa da plastik malzemeye göre daha agirdir. Agirlik zamanla küpestelerde yorulmalara sebep olabilmektedir. Bu sebeple maliyeti düsük, üretimi hizli ve hafif bir küpeste aksesuarina ihtiyaç duyulmustur. Alüminyum malzeme darbelere karsi hassastir. Yamulma ve deforme olma egilimi göstermektedir. Küpeste korumaliginda kullanildiginda, ani bir darbenin aksesuari deforme etmesi olasidir.
