In order to be used by disabled individuals who will receive physiotherapy treatment specified in the state of the art, assistive medical products have been developed that only enable the disabled individual to stand and provide walking support. As stated, currently existing products cannot be used in active physiotherapy exercises for the treatment of all different physiological disorders such as kyphosis, scoliosis and pelvis when the individual only performs standing and walking activities. As a result, there is a need for development in the relevant technical field due to the negativities encountered in the known state of the technique and explained above.
