Buluş ham madde olarak seçilen domates, biber veya domates biber karışımı içeren salça, pulp ve püreden oluşan gruptan seçilen birey veya kombinasyonlarının etkin nem kontrolünün sağlanması için kurutularak salçanın un, tabaka, küp, silidir, para, tablet, draje, dikdörtgenler prizması, küre, öğütülmüş toz, bulyon, pita, flat, cips, pelleti, rende, segment, blok, tuğla, puf, toz veya aeresol gibi farklı boyut veya şekillerde üretilmesine ilişkin bir yöntem ile ilgilidir. Bu amacı yerine getirmek için buluş konusu yöntem tercih edilen ham maddenin kurutulması, öğütülerek veya öğütülmeden şekillendirilmesi basamaklarını ihtiva etmektedir.
