TARIFNAME Tekstil Imalatçilari ile Toptan Alicilarinin Bulusmasini Saglayan ve Sektörün Is Hacmini Artiracak Özelliklere Sahip Dijital Platform Teknik Alan Bulus; tekstil imalatçilari ile bu firmalardan toptan alim yapan yerli/yabanci müsterilerin ve bu sektöre lojistik hizmeti saglayan kargo firmalarinin bulusmasini saglayan ve sektörün yurtiçinde ve yurtdisinda is hacmini artiracak özelliklere sahip web sitesi ve mobil uygulamalardan olusan yerli üretim kaynaklari ile gelistirilmis dijital platform ile ilgilidir. Bulus özellikle, tekstil toptan imalati ve satisi yapan firmalar, tekstil toptan alim ve satimi yapan müsteriler ve tekstil sektörü kargo tasimaciligi yapan firmalari içine alan dijital platform ile ilgilidir. Teknigin Bilinen Durumu Günümüzde firmalardan bazilari kendi imkânlari çerçevesinde, kendilerine özel web siteleri üzerinden ya da genel e-ticaret sitelerine üye olarak genel uygulamalari kullanmak yoluyla firmalarini ve ürünlerini kisitli imkanlarla tanitmaya çalismaktadirlar. Mevcutta tüm tekstil imalatçilarini ve toptancilari bünyesinde toplayan, sektörün ihtiyaçlarina yönelik hazirlanmis ve firmalarin hem yurtiçinde hem de yurtdisinda tanitimini saglayacak ve ürün yelpazelerini sergileyerek yeni müsteri kazanmalarini imkan taniyacak, profesyonelce yönetilen ve dijital ortamda pazarlamasi ve sosyal medya yönetimi dogru sekilde yapilan bir platform eksikligi bulunmaktadir. Türkiye'de tekstil imalati yapan ve sayisi on binlerle ifade edilen irili ufakli firma bulunmaktadir. Bunlardan kurumsal yapida ve mali olarak güçlü bazilari disinda firmalarin kendilerini tanitmalarina yönelik profesyonel web siteleri ya da dijital platformlari bulunmamaktadir. Daha çok sosyal medya kullanimi ile (0 da yine kisitli sayida firmanin sahip oldugu ve amatör yöntemler ile yönetmeye çalistiklari mecralardir) saglanmaya çalisilmaktadir. Diger taraftan firmalarin dogru bilgilerine, adreslerine ya da Iletisim bilgilerine dahi internet üzerinden erismek, çogu firma için mümkün olmamaktadir. Müsteriler ile iletisim, ürün bilgisi paylasimi, anlik bilgilendirmeler vb. ihtiyaçlar ise cep telefonlarinda bulunan anlik mesajlasma uygulamalari (Whatsapp, Messenger, Viber, Telegram vb.) kullanilarak saglanmaya çalisilmaktadir. Özellikle yabanci müsterilerin; ihtiyaçlarina uygun ürünleri imal eden firmalari bulmak ve o firmalarla iletisim kurabilmek için firmalarin adres, telefon ve lokasyon bilgilerini elde etmek üzere kullanabilecekleri bir dijital platform bulunmamaktadir. Türkiye'nin, bu kadar çok sayida ve kaliteli üretim yapan firmaya sahip olmasina ragmen, internet arama motorlari üzerinden yapilan sorgulamalarda öne çikamamasi, hatta çogu firmanin bizzat adi ya da markasi ile yapilan aramalarda dahi izine rastlanamamasi, potansiyel birçok yabanci müsterinin ülkemiz tekstil imalat pazarindan yeterince yararlanamamasina neden olmaktadir. Firmalarin ihracat konusunda (hatta yurt içi pazarina satis konusunda) eksikleri bulunmaktadir. Bunlarin baslica sebepleri maddeler halinde sunlardir: Firmalarin erisilebilirligi ve bilinirligi azdir. Firmalarin çogunun internet ortaminda mevcudiyetleri bulunmamakta ya da dogru bilgilerine ulasilamamaktadir. Firmalarin pazarlamaya yönelik, özellikle internet üzerinden erisilebilirlige Iliskin çabalari ya da yatirimlari bulunmamaktadir. 3› Sosyal medya kullanimi nispeten yaygin olmakla birlikte tüm sosyal medya seçeneklerinin kullanimi, güncelliginin saglanmasi ve yönetimi oldukça zordur ve çogu firma tarafindan dogru yönetilememektedir. B› Firmalar müsteriler ile iletisim kurmak için günümüzün kaçinilmaz seçenegi olan mobil ortamdaki online mesajlasma uygulamalarini kullanmaktadirlar. Ancak her ülke vatandasinin tercih ettigi ya da ülke bazinda izin verilen/yasaklanan farkli uygulamalar bulunmasi sebebiyle, bazi yabanci müsteriler ile iletisim kurmakta zorluklar yasanmaktadir. 3› Bazi firmalar, yabanci müsterilerle iletisim saglamak üzere tercüman bulunduruyor olsalar da, tüm dillerde tercüman bulundurmak zor ve maliyetlidir. Dolayisiyla tercüman bulundurulmayan bir dilde iletisim gerektiginde zorlanmaktalar ya da satisi kaçirmaktadirlar (hatta potansiyel bir müsteriyi kaçirmis olduklarinin farkinda olmamalari dahi mümkündür). amaçla, yine bu is için tasarlanmis olmayan ve herhangi bir ürün sergileme özelligi bulunmayan online mesajlasma uygulamalari kullanilmaya çalisilmakta, farkli müsteri segmentleri için farkli mesajlasma gruplari kurularak çözüm üretilmeye çalisilmaktadir. Türk Patent Kurumunun veri tabaninda yapilan patent arastirmasinda mevcut teknige iliskin olarak 2018/06280 numarali bir basvuruya rastlanilmistir. Bu basvurunun özeti; "Bulus, internet sitesi ve mobil uygulamalar üzerinden saglanan yeni bir elektronik satis sistemi olup; müsteri tarafindan E-Ticaret platformuna (web, mobil uygulama vb.) girilmesi, eksiksiz girilen bilgiler ile üyelik kaydi olusturulmasi, satin almak istenilen ürünler ya da ürün gruplarinin müsteri tarafindan belirlenen ya da satici tarafindan önceden olusturulmus paketlerin biri ya da birkaçina göre belirlenmesi, belirlenen ürünlerin toptan paket fiyatina göre bedelinin ödenmesi, belirlenen serinin/paketin/ürün grubunun/kombinasyonun E-Ticaret platformunda perakende fiyat üzerinden satisa sunulmasi, satisa sunulan ürünlerin perakende fiyati üzerinden satilmasi ve satilan ürünlerin bedelinin müsteriye aktarilmasi islem adimlarini içermesi ile karakterize edilmektedir. Bulus, yeni bir elektronik satis sistemi olup; belirlenen ürünlerin biri ya da birkaçini müsterinin istegi dogrultusunda müsteriye gönderilmesi ve akabinde, belirlenen serinin/paketin/ürün grubunun/kombinasyonun kalaninin E-Ticaret platformunda perakende fiyat üzerinden satisa sunulmasi islem adimlarini içermesi ile karakterize edilmektedir. Bahsedilen elektronik satis sistemindeki müsteri tarafindan belirlenen ya da satici tarafindan önceden olusturulmus paket; bir ürünün önceden olusturulmus belirli bir adetten olusan paketi ve/veya, bir hazir giyim ürününün belirli frekanslardaki bedenlerden olusan bir ya da birkaç ya da istenilen adette serisi ve/veya, ayni tip, beden, renk ya da özelliklere sahip belli bir ürünün müsteri tarafindan belirlenen adetten olusan paketi ve/veya müsteri tarafindan kendi zevk ve tercihlerine göre kombinasyonu olusturulan ya da moda tabirle kombinlenen giysi ve aksesuar gruplarindan olusan istenilen adetteki kombinasyon paketidir. Bulus, FIFO (First In First Out) yöntemi geregi ilk alan müsterinin ürünlerinin platform tarafindan ilk olarak satilmasi ve sistemin toptan paket fiyatina ürün alip satmak isteyen müsterileri siraya koyup ilk alanin ürünlerini ilk satmasi ve müsteri tarafindan alim esnasinda ve satis esnasinda kaçinci sirada oldugunun görülebilmesi ile karakterize edilmektedir." seklindedir. Görüldügü üzere sistem tüketicinin, pazarlama zincirine dahil edilerek ihtiyaç duydugu ürünü temin etmesini ve bu ticaretten kar elde edebilmesini saglayan bir satis sistemi ilgili olup bunun yaninda yukarida bahsedilen "tekstil imalati ve toptan alim/satim islemlerinde" yasanan dezavantajlara çözüm saglayabilecek bir yapilanmadan ya da "tekstil imalatçilari ile toptan alim/satim yapan müsterilerinin ve sektöre hizmet veren nakliye firmalarinin bulusmasini saglayan" bir platformdan bahsetmemektedir. Sonuç olarak yukarida anlatilan olumsuzluklardan dolayi ve mevcut çözümlerin konu hakkindaki yetersizligi, ilgili teknik alanda bir gelistirme yapilmasini gerekli kilmistir. Bulusun Amaci Bulus, mevcut teknikte kullanilan yapilanmalardan farkli olarak bu alanda yeni bir açilim getiren farkli teknik özelliklere sahip bir yapinin ortaya koyulmasini amaçlamaktadir. Bulusun öncelikli amaci; imalatçi ve toptanci firmalari ve bu firmalarin ve bu sektöre lojistik hizmetleri saglayan nakliye firmalarinin, toptan alim/satim yapan yerli ve yabanci müsteriler ile bulusmasini ve tüm taraflarin tek bir platformda bir araya gelmesini saglamaktir. Bulusun bir diger amaci; web sitesi üzerinden hizmet vermenin yani sira, Android (Google) ve iOS (Apple) platformlarinda da gelistirilen uygulamalar ile hem imalatçi firmalar için hem de müsteriler Için, günümüzün "her alanda dijitallesmeye dogru giden dünyasinda" her an erisilebilir sekilde çoklu platformda hizmet veren bir sistem ortaya koymaktir. Bulusun bir diger amaci, firmalarin kendi imkanlari ile saglayamayacaklari, bu platformun yatirimlariyla "yurtdisi fuarlarina katilim, sosyal medya tanitimlari ve internet reklamlari" gibi yayginlastirma çalismalari sayesinde, etkin tanitim mecralari üzerinden dünya çapinda ulasilabilir olmalarini saglamaktir. Bu sayede firmalar konsantrasyonlarini olmasi gerektigi gibi imalata, kaliteli üretime ve müsteri memnuniyetine yönlendirebilecek, internette var olmak, öne çikmak, sosyal medya yönetimi ile ugrasmak vb. konularinda harcayacaklari eforlarini ise bu isi profesyonelce yapacak olan bulus konusu bu sisteme birakarak karliliklarini artirabileceklerdir. Bulusun bir diger amaci, müsterilerin; istedikleri ürünü imal eden firmayi, sektöre özel tasarlanmis bu platform üzerinde kategorik olarak rahatlikla bulabilmelerini ve saglanan filtreleme özellikleri ile amaçlarina en uygun firmalari kolaylikla tespit edebilmelerini saglamaktir. Bulusa konu olan sistem ile birlikte, firmalarin iletisim bilgileri yaninda, adres bilgileri ve planlayabilecegi gibi belli bir bölgeyi ziyaretleri sirasinda da o bölgede yer alan imalatçilari harita üzerinde görüntüleyebilecek, ihtiyaçlarina göre filtreleyebilecek ve istedikleri adrese yol tarifi alabileceklerdir. Müsteriler de bu sayede güncel ürün bilgilerine daha kolay ulasmis olacak ve Türk imalatçilardan yaptiklari alimlar artmis olacaktir.
