Abstract

Bir numunede bir hedef nükleik asiti saptamaya yönelik bir test gibi bir kimyasal veya biyokimyasal reaksiyonu yürütmeye ve sonuçlarını saptamaya yönelik bir cihaz olup, söz konusu cihaz bir nükleik asit amplifikasyon reaksiyonunu gibi bir kimyasal veya biyokimyasal reaksiyonun bir sıvı fazda gerçekleştirilebileceği bir birinci göz veya bu tür bir birinci göz için bir alma aracı; birinci gözden uzanan bir birinci kanal; isteğe bağlı olarak ikinci göz aracılığıyla söz konusu birinci kanaldan gelen sıvı içeriğini bir emici membranında almak üzere düzenlenmiş bir yanal akış test cihazı içermektedir, burada söz konusu membran bir hedef nükleik asit gibi kimyasal veya biyokimyasal reaksiyonun ürünlerini saptayabilen elemanları içermektedir. Bu tür cihazların kullanımına yönelik yöntemler ve bunları kullanılarak testlerin yürütülmesine yönelik aparat da açıklanmakta ve hak talep edilmektedir.
