Background of the Invention In the field of container closures, closures are known that are formed by the articulation of two parts, an upper part having a suitable means for joining the neck of the bottle and being in a closing or opening position, and a lower part completed with a lid or spout, allowing a user to drink from the liquid contained in the container 02081-P-0001 without having to remove the closure. These types of closures have several disadvantages. In other words, the closure element, among others, is inadequate because these closures lack a means of indicating that the closure is properly closed, i.e., has reached the closed position. Similarly, due to deformations resulting from their configuration and use, closures cause leaks after a relatively short period of time. Therefore, it is desirable to develop these types of closures in order to provide closures for containers that are smooth, durable and capable of providing a long-lasting closure in the state of the art. Description of the invention The closure for containers provided by the present invention is therefore presented as an improvement on the state of the art because it satisfactorily achieves the aforementioned objectives, which are shown to be ideal for the art. The invention consists of a closure for containers comprising a cylindrical body formed by an articulated connection between two joined parts, a lower part having gripping means for holding the same on the neck of the container, and an upper part having an upper base connected to a perimeter wall, wherein said perimeter wall includes a visor for allowing the closure to be opened. The visor includes a flap disposed on its lower surface corresponding to an integral cutter provided transversely of said visor and on the lower edge of the lower part. The flap includes a bead disposed transversely to the axial axis of the lid for effecting the attachment of the upper part to the neck of the container. 02081-P-0001 The lid provided by the invention therefore includes a flap transversely to the visor provided on the upper part, wherein said flap includes on its inner surface a bead transversely to the axial axis of the lid for effecting the attachment of the upper part to the neck of the container. The lid therefore includes a bead or annular peripheral rib on the inner surface of the flap which is complementary to the neck ring, so that the bead and the neck ring of the lid overlap the upper part of the other in a closed state, producing a distinct "click" effect. This "click" notifies the user that the closure has occurred and ensures its sustainability and tightness. In a preferred embodiment, the perimeter wall of the upper part includes two pairs of vertical grooves made parallel to the axial axis of the lid to define the formation of two joining strips between the lower part and the upper part. This arrangement provides a long-term articulation of the parts that can allow the upper part to be closed/opened by bending/stretching the strips forming part of the perimeter wall of the upper part. Preferably, the lower part includes a ridge located between the strips. Preferably, the strips include a first perimeter vent on their inner surface, which reduces the inner diameter of the lid. In this way, the invention prevents dust from entering the interior of the container. Similarly, preferably, the ridge between the strips includes a second perimeter vent on their inner surface, which reduces the inner diameter of the lid. In this way, the invention prevents dust from entering the interior of the container. In another preferred embodiment, the upper part includes two recesses provided on the outer edge of the upper base, wherein said recesses are provided with corresponding peripheral grooves made around the perimeter and defining a tab with each of the strips, wherein said tabs are sized to provide a continuous peripheral edge 02081-P-0001 on the upper base. In this way, the invention makes it possible to maintain a constant diameter on the upper base of the lid and thus to center the lid on the closure caps, thereby facilitating the production of containers. Preferably, the upper part includes a protrusion between the two recesses which allows the lid to be opened beyond 180°. Said protrusion serves as a pivot point of articulation. Furthermore, the ridge will produce a "click" with the rib, which will inform the consumer that the cap has been opened properly. In another preferred embodiment, the rib positioned between the strips includes at least one rib that is frangibly attached to the top portion before the cap is opened. Therefore, the invention includes a means of ensuring the seal and integrity of the cap, which is readily visible to the user. In another preferred embodiment, the top base has a larger diameter than the perimeter wall of the top portion. Therefore, the top portion defines a rim at the connection between the perimeter wall and the top base to allow the use of mechanical cones to cap small caps. Mechanical cones are less expensive and simpler than vacuum cones traditionally used for capping small caps. Furthermore, unlike vacuum cones, mechanical cones do not require pneumatic installation in bottling lines, allowing the bottling machine to use them on any type of capping machine. In another preferred embodiment, the lower part includes a third peripheral vent located on its inner face, below the cutter, and on a plane extending at least between the ends of the cutter. This third peripheral vent is a retaining vent or spout that enables the cap to be held on the bottle when opened. 02081-P-0001 In another preferred embodiment, the upper part includes a bevel on the lower edge of the inner surface of the perimeter wall for contact with the neck of the container. In this way, the invention prevents the entry of dust and/or foreign matter into the interior, preventing them from coming into contact with the consumer's mouth. In another preferred embodiment, the top base includes a cylindrical skirt extending from its inner face and is sized for attachment to the inside of the neck of the container. The invention therefore includes means for closing the neck opening to improve lid closure. In another preferred embodiment, the top part includes at least one pair of ribs on the inside surface of its perimeter wall, each rib being positioned on either edge of the flap. The invention therefore improves lid tightness. Furthermore, the ribs create the "click" of lid closure so that the consumer is aware that the lid has been properly closed. Preferred Embodiment of the Invention The lid (1) is formed by an articulated connection between two assembled parts, a bottom part (2) and a top part (3). The lower part 2 comprises gripping means for holding the lid 1 on the neck 20 of the container during opening and closing. The upper part 3 comprises an upper base 5 coupled to a perimeter wall 7. A transverse visor 9 is provided on said perimeter wall 7, which can allow the lid 1 to be opened. According to the present invention, the visor 9 comprises a flap 10 transverse to it and corresponding to an integral cutter 4 provided on the upper edge of the lower part 2. The flap 10 further comprises a cord 11 disposed transverse to the axial axis of the lid 1 for securing the upper part 3 to the neck 20 of the container 02081-P-0001 on the edge of its inner surface. According to the configuration described, the cord (11) of the flap (10) passes through the ring of the container neck (20) in the closed position, creating a "click" that indicates and stabilizes said closed position. Preferably, the upper base (5) includes a cylindrical skirt (21) projecting from its inner face and is sized for attachment to the inside of the container neck (20). Said lid (1) consists of a substantially cylindrical body formed by an articulated connection between the lower part (2) and the upper part (3). Therefore, the fit of the cutter (4) of the lower part (2) and the flap (10) of the upper part (3) completes said cylindrical body of the lid (1). According to a preferred embodiment, the upper base (5) may have a larger diameter than the perimeter wall (7) of the upper part (3), so that the upper base (5) defines a rim that allows the use of mechanical cones during the capping phase. Therefore, positioning the upper base (5) relative to the perimeter wall (7) at the upper end of the transverse recess of the upper base (5) allows the industrial distribution of 80,000 bottles per hour in bottling lines. The upper (3) and lower part (2) are articulated. Two pairs of vertical grooves (12) are made in the perimeter wall (7), positioned parallel to the axial axis of the cap (1), and define the formation of two joining strips (13) between the two parts (2, 3). Said strips (13) articulate the parts (2, 3). The lower part 2 may include a rib 6 positioned between the strips 13. 02081-P-0001 On the inner face of the inside of the rear part of the lid the rib 13 may include a first peripheral relief 14 which reduces the inner diameter of the lid 1. By reducing the internal area of the lid 1, dust is prevented from entering the interior of the container. Similarly the rib 6 may include a second peripheral relief 15 which reduces the inner diameter of the lid 1. Thus the lid 1 reduces its internal area, improving the closure of the container and thus preventing dust from entering therein. According to a preferred embodiment the upper part 3 may include two recesses 15 provided on the outer edge of its upper base 5 and a pair of peripheral grooves 14 in said recesses 15. The perimeter grooves 14 define the formation of a joining piece 16 with each of the strips 13, wherein said lugs 16 are dimensioned to provide a continuous perimeter edge on the upper base 5. By keeping the diameter of the upper base 5 constant, the invention makes it possible to centre the lid 1 on the closure heads, thus facilitating the production of containers. Similarly, the upper part 3 may include a protrusion 17 between recesses 15 which allow the lid 1 to be opened by more than 180°. On the inner face, the lower part 2 may include a third perimeter outlet 18. Said third outlet 18 is placed on a plane below the cutter 4 and extends at least between said cutter 4. According to a preferred embodiment, the rib (6) placed between the strips (13) may comprise at least one rib (8) which is frangibly joined to the upper part (3) before the lid (1) is opened. Therefore, the invention provides proof of the intactness of the lid (1) in the region of articulation between the parts (2, 3) in such a way that the rib (8) breaks when the lid is opened, thus informing the user that the lid (1) has been opened.
