Abstract
Bir numunedeki DNA'nın tür köken (ler) inin tespiti için bir yöntem olup, en az bir türden DNA'yı tanımlamak için numunenin metagenomik sekans analizini takiben, tanımlanmış tür DNA?dan türe özgü bir hedefin amplifiye edilmesi ve nicelleştirilmesi için türe özgü kantitatif polimeraz zincir reaksiyonu (qPCR) gerçekleştirmeyi içerir.
