Abstract
Denim kumaşın dokunması esnasında kullanılan çözgü ipliklerini boyama için geliştirilen proses özet olarak cağlıklara yerleştirilmiş leventlerde bulunan çözgüler sırasıyla 1. aplikasyon teknesi, ara yıkama tekneleri, 2. aplikasyon teknesi , döner rotorlu spreyleme makinesi, havalandırma ünitesi, arka yıkama tekneleri, haşıl tekneleri, kurutma barabanları ve dokuma levent sarım tertibatından kısımlarından oluşmaktadır. Yeni geliştirilen bu proses ile zemin düz boyama üstü desenli boyama, zemin düz boyama üstü ikincil boyama, zemin ıslatma/merserizasyon üstü desenli boyama, ıslatma/merserizasyon üstü düz boyama işlemleri yapılabilmektedir. Slasher makine hattına döner rotorlu spreyleme makinesinin entegre edilmesiyle geliştirilen bu proseste, Slasher makinesinde çözgü ipliğine ıslatma, merserizasyon ve zemin boyama işlemlerinin birlikte veya ayrı ayrı uygulanması sonrası başta indigo boyarmaddesi olmak üzere döner rotorlu spreyleme makinesi ile çözgü ipliğinin düz veya efektli olarak boyanması sağlanmaktadır. Boyanan çözgüler dokuma işlemi sonrasında kumaşa doğal efektli bir görünüm kazandırmaktadır.The process developed for dyeing the warp yarns used during weaving of the denim fabric, in summary, the warps in the beams placed on the creels, respectively, the 1st application trough, intermediate washing troughs, 2nd application trough, rotating rotor spraying machine, ventilation unit, rear washing troughs, sizing troughs, drying drums. and parts of the woven beam winding device. In this process, which was developed by integrating the rotary rotor spraying machine into the Slasher machine line, the warp yarn is dyed with a rotary rotor spraying machine, especially indigo dye, after the warp yarn soaking, mercerization and ground dyeing processes are applied together or separately. The dyed warps give the fabric a natural effect after the weaving process.
